Is the unique place I knew out of the borders of my country but believing that it is the biggest one. This complex is divided in 3 halls (A,B and C) each one has 3 or 4 floors. In this place for more than 100 hundred years is hold one of the most important fair in the world "Canton Fair Import and export" It takes place twice in the year and divided into 3 phases, each one takes 1 week. If you want to make business with China (world supplier) do not hesitate to visit in April to May and secod phase on Oct. If your visit is for first time I recommend good accompany, advice as well as good hotel to rest after a day to walk for evey meter of the complex.

You need to be physically very active because the expo is enormous and you need to walk everywhere. Make sure you wear sneakers!
Also you need to be able to make a sacrifice with you food regime - the fast food on premisses is really bad. McDonalds in Building C feels like a Michelin restaurant :)
Avoid coming and going with the crowd in the popular morning and evening hours - the subway is packed.
A good thing is that the pass for the expo is free. I ve registered mine online.

I have attended this venue several times for the Canton Fair. A fair that you should not miss if you are an importer, in fact, is geared towards foreign buyers. The amount of products that can be found there is huge, hence it is divided into three phases. The complex is huge and offers facilities to move between the different areas. It also has subway stops to get there quickly from any point in Guangzhou. You have practically all the services that you need at your disposal inside the enclosure.

Awesome exhibition, great way to increase quality suppliers
Big place which want to play in the international business by showing to the world how China and its manufacturer evolves ...... but for the visitor there are some bad experiences waiting. Especially when one want to visit the toilets. Actually they are same as the ones 60 years ago in Europe or in the Western world: A stinking hole in the always wet floor with wet paper and all kinds of toilet-related splits and dots all around. Shortly: Just disgusting. China: You want to progress and compete with the world. You can in many things but correct toilets would tell a lot about also.
Forget about any size you've seen or been at a local or international fair; for me an unprecedented size I had the opportunity to be in two stages of the fair and I walked 140km in total of the two stages without getting to know all of the pavilions all the floors there are things that you will not find and you will not need but you will want to have them .
