A great day out for the whole family. You can bring your own picnic lunch. There are plenty of baby animals that you can touch, pat and play with. The keepers are very friendly and are happy to have a chat and let you know what is going on.

Nice little farm, has a vast number of animals and a great place to take the little ones. They do cow milking, animal patting/feeding, sheep shearing, tractor rides and many other shows.
It's definitely worth the money.

We were greeted at the entrance by the beautiful peacocks. Lots of variety of animals, patting shed at the Farmyard nursery and the dog show were fun. Tractor ride is ok, the day we were there we didn't really see animals on the field, probably just the timing though. We also enjoyed seeing the native animals area, plenty of wallabies, emu birds, kangaroos. Overall, family friendly, great for toddlers and we had very positive experience at the city farm.

Cafetaria has spacious seating area but has limited options for the menu. We ordered schnitzel, chips and gravy, and it was overly salty. Good thing we brought something for our little one.

Our family of 4 had an awesome time here. Lots of farm and Australian native animals, most cam be touched and fed by hand. You can purchase a small bag of food to feed the animals atvthe ticket counter and the gift shop. My kids loved the goats and lamb enclosure where you can feed these gentle animals hand. We didn't go on the tractor ride which seemed to be very popular. There is a cafeteria which sells hot food (nuggets, hotdogs, chips etc) at a very reasonable price and are very generous portions. All staff we came across were friendly. Overall, a very good place to spend a few hours with your going family.

Amazing friendly staff. Well kept animals, very clean and plenty of parking. I am an independent disability support worker and brought my client here to see cows and sheep, as they had never seen cows or sheep in real live before only on TV or in books. My client was amazed by the different types of cows and really enjoyed the sheep shearing show as she had never seen a sheep in real life before let alone shearing of a sheep. Thanks to Mike (I think his name was) my client was able to bring home a sample of wool which made her day. Thanks to all the wonderful staff that really made our visit worthwhile.

This is an interactive farm, with several native and farmyard animals. On top of the entrance fees, you can purchase some food to feed the animals and add on for the tractor ride (which wasn't very fantastic in my opinion).

It was a weekday and my family literally almost had the whole place to ourselves. Besides the friendly staff and us, there were only two other visitors throughout. We stayed for all the shows and talks, and had some exclusive time with the animals. Be sure to check out the timing of the different shows and talks, which were really good and informative. Our favourites were the Sheep Shearing show and the Koala talk.

Unfortunately, the cafe was closed that day due to the low demand. Thankfully, we had some pastries to tide through.

My family spent almost 4 hours here and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Definitely a good place for children too.

Nice place to see farm animals, especially for kids. Our baby loved it.
However the food is not good. Choice is poor and there is no option for kids except chips and burger which is weird since most people come here because they have kids...
Even worse, we had to give our 1yo baby a chicken burger and discovered after a bite that the chicken had gone bad. I reported it to the management who refunded me and told me they will check with the company that provides the meat but apparently were not checking the food they cook and serve!!! Unacceptable!
Go there for the animals but stay away from the Cafe.

I had a terrible experience. The reception staff at the gate accused me and my family of getting in for free and kept arguing with me. Then the staff said some other things that was completely false. I will remind friend and family about the bad experience. My friends were also treated badly by the same staff. I will also share my experience on social media

The farm was a lovely day out. There's a number of planned shows divided into a morning and afternoon session. Additionally, there's a feeding shed which is a fun activity which toddlers can enjoy.

There's a cafe but it stops serving hot food early, so if you plan on staying late in afternoon, it's best to bring some food and drink.

Animals enclosures were not up to standards, no form of enrichment provided. A kangaroo was put on display with a gaping hole on its bottocks not covered or cleaned out. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

Bit pricey for entry - $25 for an adult and $15 for a 3yo for not that many animals. The kitchen closed at 130pm for hot food and when we tried to order chips at 12 was told it would be an hour wait, even though there were chips available in the tray. But the kids had fun so I guess it was okay.

Top quality. This is a fantastic place to bring the family, especially younger kids. Petting areas, koalas that are literally a few centimetres away, kangaroos and emus as well as the usual farm animals. I would happily come here rather than taronga zoo.

Great for younger kids but might be a bit small for older ages. We had a great time at the many interactive shows and easily spent 4.5 hrs there. Kiosk was underwhelming and slow so take your own food.

Took my 4 year old to the farm today. He had a fantastic time feeding the animals. All the shows were entertaining and the staff was warm and friendly. We had a really rustic farm experience with the tractor ride and all!!Best part is the place is so easily accessible by public transport and the frequency of the buses are also good. I would recommend it for all with toddlers and primary school kids.

If there's "glamping" this is the "glamfarm". It's farming activities for families without the dirt and poop stomping associated with farms. Definitely must see for families and parents hoping to get more love / kudos for the kids.

Only one chance to make a good first impression. . Arrived early and was met by one of the most unfriendly ticket lady working on a kid's place ...maybe she was just having a bad day. . fortunately the rest of the staff were great. Kids loved the animal contact in the animal nursery, milking the cow (by hand) the tractor ride, the whip demonstration and the sheep dog show .. weather was good the day we were there. It's was a good morning ... but quite a long drive from the city

Wonderful experience! Our 3 year old daughter had a blast looking and interacting with the animals. It feels a bit small, but there's a picnic area with a shop available that sells food and drink. There's some feed available that the kids can give to the animals in the petting zoo, which was very entertaining for our daughter.

Great family environment animals run freely around only like chickens and ducks etc. Barbecue area and a big grassy field close to BBQ area good for ball games etc. There is sheep sheering tractor ride which could be improved on but the kids seem to like it,a kids place you can go inside with the animals, a lot of animals to hand feed, learn to milk a cow. Good to get the kids out for the day for them to learn and interact with farm animals and nature!!

Quite expensive to gain entry. Animals are great, tractor ride was fun although it could have gone longer (at least 2 laps)...staff at the front and gift shop are quite rude to be honest. The canteen closes at 1:30pm ! And it is very over priced food for what you get (so I would suggest taking your own). Since the canteen closes early they really should provide a drink dispenser or at the very least a bubbler we were there on a HOT day and all of us where DESPERATE for water by the end of the day (we had ran out)....
All and all I would recommend it as a one time adventure ...
