My experience today was not as great as usual the hamburgers were greasy I've always liked your hamburgers but today they were not good

Never eat there again !!! My hamburger was paper thin and my banana split..,well,wasn't like any split I've ever had... They used chocolate chips instead of chocolate syrup.Then when I took it back up there and ask if I can get some syrup they tried to charge me for it it gave me attitude when I wouldn't pay and became all snoody

Sorry, I used to go here when I lived in the neighborhood. I recently found myself in the area and had to make the stop. It's fast food, the rating is way above what I would give McDonald's. The biggest fries in town, who doesn't love that? I tried the crispy chicken sand and I know I'll be back to order this again, and you know I did, but I got the double bacon. The fried foods like the sampler I ordered and chili fries the last time. Okay Iv'e been there 3 time in the last month, so this is high ratings for me.

Side are always good but my tenderloin was kinda blah. Your experience may differ. Expect long wait times

I love Cabana. I shouldn't eat wheat products, but when I do, I always eat Cabana before getting back on the wagon!

Bomb fast food for a fine dining price. Meaning it's pretty pricey for a fast food joint. But it is worth it.

Absolutely NOT wheelchair accessible. The owner was in and I spoke to him his response was that it is an old building. Here is a suggestion take out at least one of the tables that has the chairs built into it and put a table that has movable chairs. I also explained we were going to eat on the outside deck ,... NOPE no ramp only steps to get to the deck. I let the owner know I would not be back until I know it is more accessible .

Last two times I've went to cabana to get ice with my children my hurricanes have been runny. I ignored it on the first occasion they were somewhat busy and I dealt with it. Tonight on the other hand my icecream was like water and I asked for them to remake it and the gal said there wasn't anything wrong with it. They remade it which I appreciated it but it was still runny. I don't know if its something with their machine or the chocolate icecream. I think I won't be going there for some time.

I love there food way better than any other fast food place plus they have ice cream and frozen yogurt. Yummy

The food is good if you have the incredible amount of patience and time it takes to get through the drive through. I ve been here for 10 minutes and the same 6 cars in front of me remain. Horrible wait. Is was the same yesterday as well.

We had a pleasant time. We ate in & had the Tenderloins & Fries. Very delicious. The staff takes the time to make sure you have everything. Then I took home 2 sandaes. 1 hot fudge & the other one was Butterfinger. Oh so tasty. Great ice cream yummy

A hidden fast food gem in St. Joe, when all other fast food let's you down, Cabana won't... In the ice cream you get more than what you pay for... A small at Cabana in ice cream is a large at most chain ice cream places.

The food is awesome! I go to Cabana Grill about once a week to get pretty much anything on their combo menu. Their ice cream is delicious, too. Oh, and you get way more than you'd expect! Very tasty.

By far best soft serve ice cream in St Joe. Food isn't bad but you really go for the ice cream!

The slowest place ever. Sit in line for 40 mins and got my order wrong.

What is wrong with the staff at this place? Manager is rude. Girl running the register is rude and doesnt know anything. They argue and treat customers poorly. Literally watched them rob a customer of 10 dollars and basically told him he wasnt going to get his money back because the girl running the register doesnt pay attention to what sje is doing. I will not be going back. Would probably be better off just closing this location down or fire the staff and start over.

It s Sysco truck food but tastes better than most every other Sysco truck establishments. Excellent when you want American fast food without chain junk. The ice cream menu is legit and always tastes so good, plus it s hard beat the tallest cones in town after a long hot day of working outside.

It could be better than dairy queen. The hurricane had lots of stuff in it but it was all at the bottom. Once I found all the topping it was great!

Great food, we use drive thru so cant really answer about the inside condition. Outside, parking lot is a little small but theres nothing they can do about it. They do keep it clean. Employees are always polite

my girlfriend had to leave this place and cross the avenue in order to use the restroom at burger king. this is because she is handicapped and the cabanas restrooms have a 3" step into them which her wheelchair cannot get into. hardly handicapped accessible.

Never again will I patron this business. The burger I ordered was slopped together and the tomato was tiny. A whopper jr is bigger than a 1/4 cabana burger and 1/3 the price. You lost a customer. Never going to get ice cream here.

Not consistent. Tenderloin tastes like what I imagine cardboard tastes like. After that experience, I decided ice cream only and only once in a while.
So this past Saturday I went to Cabana right at 11 am. I was the first customer at the drive thru. I ordered a medium peanut plunge. It was the first time I had ordered this. It came in a clear plastic bowl with a domed lid. It was delicious and worth the price. It was so good in fact, that I decided to treat myself to a large the next day. What I got on Sunday at 5pm was a 16 or 20 oz Styrofoam drink cup. I informed the sweet little girl at the drive thru. Same girl took my order both days. I was told by at least 4 of the employees that is the large. Basically what i have here is a cup of hot fudge with a little bit of ice cream that is liquefied and some peanuts thrown on tpp. GROSS! Horrible food, horrible service. I am never coming back.
