I arrive at the animal store, where I was finally greeted by the animal store team, very nice! Arrival at the checkout, I finally find the rest of the sellers. I then witness an incredible scene these days. One of the employees being belittled and yelled at like an evil by one of her superiors I suppose. The other employees didn't say anything ... I am a regular customer, and I notice that this gentleman is often in a state of intoxication. I find unacceptable the lack of respect for the staff, the obvious lack of staff .... is it your company policy that nowadays, we see this kind of scenes in the general public and when leaving the store. What last image do you leave to customers?

The promiscuity of animals in such small spaces promotes the development of diseases (coryza ...). More than 10,000 animals are illegally imported into France each year to feed pet shops. Animals bought at a discount with often diseases due to their breeding conditions by unscrupulous breeders.
Animals are not for sale, shelters are packed.

The "animal experts" that you say you have are only employees having the additional function of taking care of maintenance, for the rest the animals are managed like the rest of the goods with a large margin for each animal sold. Besides, what do you do with animals that cannot be sold? Did you euthanize them or do you fill the shelters that are already packed? Or do you return them to the sender?
