Amazing! We love going to Bush Gardens, this place has plenty of great rides for adults and kids. The kid's section is my favorite from all the Orlando parks. Christmas time "December," is wonderful! In December this place is full of lights and decorations. To me, it's the park that has more lights and Christmas decorations. Also, the show on Ice is FAN-TAS-TIC! A most do if you are in the Orlando or Tampa area!

A park for small people only. Never had a problem fitting on roller coasters before, but couldn't ride on about half the rides (according to my 11 year old-the good half), the swing down arms crush collar bone and Rib cage, no accommodations for bigger people. Just paid over $100 to watch other people ride roller coasters and buy a $12 hard cider. Lame. My 11 year old is having a blast though...

Absolutely the best amusement park ever. It is so much fun. I recommend the Falcon's Fury it's so scary but also so much fun. It was awesome to see all the animals there as well. A fantastic experience. Follow @the_joshter on Instagram

The best park florida has to offer! Prices arent astronomical like the place with the black ears. Same with the lines to get on the rides. Longest wait was 20 minutes....once. Unlike the place with the black ears that had minimum wait times of 2 hours!
Always clean and inviting to all quests and staff is extremely helpful.

Used the quick pass and was able to ride all the rides multiple times. Over all the theming was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Two points as for why it wasn't 5 stars was the food lines were short but the staff moved with no purpose and took 15 minutes to help two people in front of me. Multiple food vendors were like this. The other thing was the disorganization at the boarding zone for rides. No one was direction the queue at loading so many many seats went empty when groups didn't wanna break up or had odd numbers in line making the wait that much longer. The rides were all very fun and worth going on but was only able to enjoy them because of the quick pass. Otherwise I maybe would have gotten through 4-5 In an 8 hour day where with the pass I got to ride all and several multiple times. Over a two dozen rides I the same time frame.

Spent all day there and besides the carousel we only got to go on two rides. Spent over an hour in line just for one ride to break down. Walked across the park to go on another ride and it was not working. We still had fun though, if the rides worked it would of been 5 stars.

First time there with my family. My oldest loved all the roller coasters and my youngest has a blast seeing elmo and friends. They have a water part but was to cold for the kids to go in. Its awesome no matter how old there is something for you. Food costs more here then disney and parking is crazy at $25 but other then that it's a blast.

Yes Busch Gardens is still standing in the world of a pandemic. And it was wonderful to get to go there and see everything I remembered and everything that was new. There was hardly anybody there. The capacity was so low that they didn't even fill the entire Preferred Parking Lot close to the entrance of the building. Nobody parked in the main parking. Shuttles were not running. They were not needed to run. Places to acquire a drink of water were few and far between and it made it uncomfortable a little bit. What really was uncomfortable was buying there all-you-can-eat dining meal deal and only having two places where it could be used for actual food and not just go and small amount of snack foods. They're all day dining meal was not worth it please consider not getting it. They did not give me a refund because we could only make it to one location for a meal before the Park closed. There were not many animals wondering about for some reason. The elephants were not out and I've never seen that in 38 years of going to Busch Gardens. Basically the animals that were out that we did get to see where the flamingos, orangutans with that oh so very cute little baby orangutan, Alligators, cheetah, and a few of the birds that were in cages. The Children's Park was open partially with one employee running two rides at the same time. Make you waited in a bit of a line but that was okay. Grover was out dancing about for us. So many of the restaurants and watering holes were just closed. I was told that the restaurants and watering holes open up more on the weekends so that might be the better time to go. We went in the absolute middle of the week. If you don't like crowds that was a great time to go.

Much better than our last visit, because there were no rowdy Brazilian teenagers cutting in line everywhere. The lines and wait times were long for almost everything but it was overall very enjoyable. The weather was cool but not cold with a few pop up showers that passed quickly. We visited for 3 days. One of the days we bought the unlimited dining. Cost about $150 for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. It was a great value. Lots of variety and food options. You can get a full meal every hour and unlimited soda and bottled water all day. Essentially you can try every restaurant and if you dont like the food toss it and wait an hour. We liked the dining the most because no one was hungry or thirsty all day. And with 60 minute and up wait times you can eat hop in line and not worry.

Such a wonderful park. I just wish we had more time and it wasn t raining when we went. Nevertheless it was well worth it. My 1 year old loved the Sesame Street season section and the water area there. It was also a very very hot that day so the water was refreshing. The animals were AMAZING! They all looked happy and well cared for.
Again, I wish I had more time to spend there. Unfortunately we couldn t ride any rides due to the weather, but we will be coming back in the future. The work they put into this park shows and the staff were all very friendly-especially the staff in the Sesame Street park.
Honestly if I could sit there all day and watch the animals I would...

Very disappointing. No music. No sky ride. Long lines. No water ride. Waited in line for the train at least 45 minutes. Very few animals, and they were far away. Very few places to eat. Inflated prices. No ice show. I wish I had not bought the silver season pass. I am sick that I threw away $225.00. They even made us park in preferred parking, and we had to walk a half mile to the gate. General parking is much better as it is a short walk to the tram station. What must one day pass holders think? What a rip off for them. What must visitors from other countries think? They entrance fee should be less or they should close til covid is gone. So sad. I have been a season pass holder for at least 15 years.

Howl-o-scream was amazing! I loved the characters. I do wish that the employees were nicer. We are so used to the amazing sweet CM's at Disney that we expected the same level of service. Most were amazing this evening but a small handful were not as nice and probably just had a bad day, so I still rate 5 's.

Had an amazing day. The park was very quiet which meant we managed to ride all the big rides many times which was cracking. Have been before many years ago and the park did not disappoint. The only down side was that the new hybrid coaster wasn't finished yet so will look forward to riding that the next time we are here.

I loved it, pretty sure that if not for Covid- 19 the whole experience would have been awesome. But wearing masks all the time while walking under the sun endlessly with two toddlers, pretty hard even with strollers.... plus some attractions closed due to social distancing... Minus 1 star because the food was a bit bad, that was one BAD burger!!!!! (@Zagora cafe )

Rated 5 stars in part out of loyalty but also due to it still being an essential place to visit in Tampa. It's a better coaster park than ever before due to both new additions and old classics, and as of 2020 it is improving again in terms of maintenance and zoo attractions after a slump during the Sea World difficulties of event years.

Not much to see here folks save your money go to Disneyland. but if you love big roller coasters then this is the place for you. Only 2 rides for those that don't go on coasters a skyline and a train ride. They also have a small couple of areas where you can look at animals but there's so many people crowded around the spots you'll be lucky if you see anything.

Had a great visit here. I do like this one over the one in Virginia. Got on a ton of rides early before the lines grew and tried out the new Tigress which was pretty cool. One of my favorite parks in Florida for sure.

It's not worth going to busch gardens during the covid-19 pandemic. The lines are from 1 to 2 hours of wait time because they keep leaving more than half the rides empty due to social distancing and most of the rides are closed due to maintenance. The park is also closing at 6pm leaving you with little time to ride the rides especially all of them. They charge over $105 per ticket to wait in lines in the burning sun for 2 or 3 rides. I had a horrible experience I wont come back till this pandemic issue is resolved

Well in all honesty, I have never been to Busch gardens before and i just wanted to know, is it a good place for people that do not like very fast roller coasters, cause i love fast roller coasters but my roommate (and my friend) will never go on fast roller coasters, and if there are any roller coasters that he would like what would they be?

Masks required throughout the park but with a few "mask relief stations" several hand washing stations set up, hand sanitizer at every ride and throughout the park, ride sanitation between ride cycles, social distancing followed, bathrooms were clean and there was little to no wait at all the rides. We had a great time. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lost phone which is totally on me however the customer service is the worst service. Fill out a report and then sent on my way. I know where it is located but have no one willing to offer any help on when they will actually send some one to look for it. Just receive email which of course on my phone. So when I get to a computer I see email state that they will email me if they found it. I call the number they gave me and of course it s just a recording tell you to leave a message and then nobody calls you back. Go to park and try talk to lost and found person and all he tells me is that there s nothing he can do if nobody brought it up. And that he gets 100 of these a week so they will get in touch if they find it.

My wife and I always have a great time at Busch Gardens. During our most recent visit we noticed they are selling the impossible burger, which we were very happy to see. I wish they would make the entire park smoke free. The designated areas are very helpful but if the wind shifts, you can smell it even outside of that area. They appear to have made it a little more difficult to locate the animal feeding times or demonstration times. It would also be helpful if they would make it easier to see when the animal enclosures close for the day.

As a side note, Busch Gardens if you're reading this, my family grew up going here. My grand-father went when it first opened, then took my father who then took me. The one thing I miss the most is seeing the Clydesdales. I understand that with the increased popularity of Busch Gardens the crowds were probably too stressful for the horses, but I think you should do a special event (once a day/once a week) where we can see them parade around.

**Tip for those that have never been to Busch Gardens: If you want to see the animals and ride roller coasters. Go see all the animals first then have lunch and then ride as many roller coasters as you want. The majority of the animals are more active early in the morning to mid-afternoon.

The first time my two son s visit Busch Gardens on our family vacation we had a wonderful time.
Busch Gardens was the best family theme park that my two kids and I have ever visited.
We took a lot of family and magical photos at Busch Gardens theme park and resort.
While we were on one, of the huge water rides my camera got soak from the water and all our family photos from Busch Gardens were gone.
I was so hurt and in tears, that all our family memories of Busch Gardens was gone.
And then with comfort, my two son s told me we could go back to Busch Garden during their Christmas Town to create new family memories and new family photo s
My two sons and I are looking forward to returning back to Busch Gardens this year summer.

We live in orlando and we have Disney annual passes, but since we got the 4 parks Annual pass( Aquatica, SeaWorld, Busch gardens and Adventure park), we felt in love with Busch gardens and it became our first destination every week for many reasons.
We love the Animals and how you can go so close and pet them beside the nice rides.
Other things that they always give lots of free extras, $10 food and free guests, candies on many occasions..
On the other side they always have cold water

Busch Gardens is a zoo and an amusement park all in one. The amusement park aspect of this park is great, the rides are definitely worth the wait times. The zoo part of the park is pretty good, it only focuses on Africa though, but the behind the scene tours are really what make it. My husband and I did two different tours, the "Heart of Africa", tour where we got to get up close to the Hippos and the Lions and the "Elephant Encounter". Please when visiting consider spending the extra money on an encounter. I promise you will never forget it.

Our family loves Busch Gardens. It s such a beautiful combination of an all-inclusive zoo experience and a theme park. I also love that the tickets are much lower priced than Disney or Universal Studios.

If you really wanna save, Busch Gardens does a pay for the day, play all year deal every year that allows you to by an annual pass at the price of a daily one. I love this deal!! Great for business and great for the family. Howl-o-Scream is also another great event that is put on by Busch Gardens that is a must for Halloween/Horror lovers.

Fun place for all ages. From sesame street to the Tower of Doom; all ages will enjoy it.
The train circles through the safari giving you a must break from walking. There are great shows, educational workshops, rides for all age groups, and decent places to eat, nothing out of this world, but expands from vegan to carnivores. They now offer something like fast passes, for extra cost.
Christmas lights are beautiful if you like that sort of holiday atmosphere.
It is quite tiring, the distances within the park are quite a bit, but there is so much to see, that pne can hardly notice. I enjoy walking, but little ones benefit from a stroller.
You may also get wet in 2 or 3 rides.
Fun way to spend the day

Awesome amusement park. They have a lot of roller roaster and assorted rides. If you aren't into that it's still a great place to come & enjoy the great outdoors. It's also similar to a small zoo. They have a really nice African safari train ride around the park with all sorts of free roaming animals to watch & enjoy for people of all ages. Bring your wallet. It can get pricey but buy an annual pass or look for discounts. The day pass for food is a good idea & you can share drinks & snacks through the day on your visit. It's a wonderful place to come & spend the day & they have a great holiday light show if you're feeling festive. I recommend coming later in the day to enjoy the park & staying to see the Christmas lights at night.

I went to Howl-O-Scream I wasn't very impressed maybe it's too early. Everything's really overpriced there. Bottled water $3. Rides you have to buy a locker to put your stuff in overpriced. Food like $13 for a hamburger and some fries. I can see why families might enjoy it if you live in the Tampa area. But really everything is overpriced. Oh yes parking $25

Love it here, they've got a great variety of things to do all the time. We come for the coasters of course, Cheetah Hunt is the best in the park in my opinion, but they also have great animal habitats and exhibits. This year, for the first time, we went on the safari tour and got to feed the giraffes and learn about a lot of the species living there. I'd highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting the park. We also always visit Lory Landing to feed the birds, definitely worth it.

I haven't been here since I was in middle school. It's worth having the annual passes because that day it rained and most of the rides were closed but it was still fun and a great day. Plus we can go back whenever it's convenient. So we went to Zambia Smokehouse and the pine was ridiculous but it went by fast. The food.... Amazing!! Everything was yummy and worth it. We walked around and saw the animals which were beautiful!! My pictures don't do it justice. I like the decor and theme of the park... everything African. The bakery and had funnel cake with ice cream which was very yummy and we went to the Brazilian handcrafted chocolate and had shots in their chocolate cups. That was fun too lol because we ate the cups right after. Towards closing we were able to ride the Falcon (I closed my eyes the entire time) and the Kumba (a classic). They were really fun!

Today was not a busy day so we could get on rides without too much of a wait. On a heavier traffic day the way they set up the Quick Queue lines would make it almost impossible to ride anything without paying a small fortune for the quick queue pass. The rides are fun, the park is clean, the food is normal for a theme park, subpar and overpriced.

Get it together Busch Gardens the line for temperature checks was ridiculous. They had 1 person at one point checking temps and then they stopped altogether for 5 minutes while guests are standing in line baking in the sun. I am very disappointed that they have not figured a better way to get people through lines. The other parks in Orlando have not had this issue

Overall good experience. Couldn't go through a lot of the interactive exhibits because of covid which was disappointing. Animal exhibits are very nice. Safari train ride was fun and there wasn't a long wait. It was very hot so we decided to wait in line for the Congo river rapids. Wasn't a bad ride but it wasn't worth waiting 90 minutes to ride. All of the shows were shutdown as well so there wasn't much else to see outside of the exhibits and scenery. We did love the themed areas. The Egyptian area was our favorite. They did a wonderful job with the themes using music and buildings from each area.

Amazing when I went on a Monday. No wait times walked on every ride. Horrible when me and my boyfriend went together on Saturday night. So many people we had to walk 25 minutes cuz they only had one tram going out to the adventure island parking lot they made us park at. And then we also ended up taking that 25 minute walk back to the car after we had walked all around the park because the line was so long it was insane. They could definitely use some of their investments from christmastown profits for a parking garage. I'm just saying. The rides themselves are amazing so much fun the refill cup is awesome refills only 99 cents. Super excited I have the fun card till 2020! Absolutely beautiful there right now also with all the lights!

This place definitely ain't a Disney but the rides are so much better and the prices, more affordable. I will always enjoy Busch Gardens. Since I was a kid I would always come here to get away. I do say if your from out of town patience is a virtue waiting in some of these roller coaster ride lines. The lines can get pretty hectic especially around events but its always worth it. Also if your going to be there all day and night the food arm bands are the way to go. You will definitely get your moneys worth. Oh and parking is insane during events so! Don t worry relax and enjoy your time
