Always compare the price with their online store, often the price is cheaper there than in the store itself. If you talk to a seller about it, they will make things difficult at first, but if you keep making your ears, you will get your product at the correct price.
When you try to exchange something a few hours after purchase because parts are broken, you are treated as dirty. Then they just try to put it in your shoes because the quality would indeed be. After many discussions and exchanged for their desire, but with the notes on the receipt that the product was taken in good condition this time. As if you can know that before it is installed. Great store and always friendly service. There is a big drive-in which makes it easy to pick up things. For the rest, just a construction store. So super handy if you want to build or even get something small. Also nice to add a small coffee bar if you want something to drink or something to eat. Definitely recommended.

Very wide choice of all kinds of work tools but sometimes just not extensive enough if you need something or more specific tools. It is clear that they respond to the home-garden and kitchen do-it-yourselfer. Prices are in accordance with the ease that you have to get something close to home. As soon as you need a lot of something, it may be smarter to go to a building center. I find the drive-in super handy. Just drive in, take what you need in building materials and pay.

The offer is very large but the staff is sometimes hard to find. There is also a sandwich shop in the store, very well cared for and always tasty, original sandwiches.

Online customer service is nowhere to be seen, even after 3 days of no response. Fortunately at Hubo, they were awake and helpful the same day.

Then NOW THE REASON of the low score: I had noticed a number of times, the condition and the hygiene of the toilets:
1.right nasty, in both men and women (urine on the floor, wipes with feces on the floor, generally DIRTY TOUT COURT
2. no toilet paper at 11am Monday morning
3. NO GLASSES available for men. (takes 1 from a rack ...)
4. taps, soap dispenser, urinal, operating the sink - all defective (1 working tap for the men) several spots defective ...

Admittedly this is a DIY store, not a restaurant or the like, but if you want / have to make toilet visits possible for customers, then it could really be better please. from

No bicycle parking at the door. If you have precious things, you do not want to lose that bike out of sight. There is no trunk with lock on that bike like a car. So a bicycle parking place next to the shopping cart would be (bicycle) friendly

Well-stocked store with building materials and interior design. A large selection of tools and power tools. Service who knows the product well. You can enter the external warehouse with building materials by car and load the goods straight onto the car.

We buy most of our do it yourself business here. Great store. Unbelievable choice. Helpful staff.
