Excellent choice very clean plenty of parking available

Colourful display of new spring stock, many on special offer for multibuys. Some outdoor display staff passionate and quite knowledgable about their plants. Well designed building leads you through an octagonal path through indoor displays surrounding outdoor nursery.

Amazing value for money, extensively stocked with almost everything you could wish for in your home and garden. Even has its own bistro style restaurant and popular indoor kids play area.

Hi have to say a big thank you to one of your staff members! Didn't get her name but a lovely mature lady who was so helpful on Monday. I brought rather a lot of Christmas baubles and I was flying back to Alderney with them. She very kindly found a box and tissue wrapped them all. Excellent service.

Food was lovely with plenty of choice and the flow of the different departments makes for a lovely shopping experience

There are so many different things there that almost whatever your needs are you will be able to find them - including reasonable food.

Went in to get some gardening equipment for my partner. I hadn't a clue what I needed but a guy there was very knowledgable and got me everything I needed.

Lack of staff on food counter. Not the first time I have had the chance this experience.

Great store to walk around when there is nothing to do and the plus is we can take our Lhasa Apso with us.

A good reasonable garden centre with hundreds of varieties of garden plant's and garden implements and even caters for pets.

Love the range of books for children and adults. A nice range of little gifts too.

Nice place to look round. Food counter offers plenty of choice from tea and cakes, salads, hot meals and ice cream to name a few.

Great place however I bought a expensive large cactus from here over a month ago and got home with it to find out it was dead and rotten at bottom so had to be dumped.

hopefully they will contact me to sort it out. Willing to change review if issue is fixed.

But saying that I went there again last week and got a cactus arrangement in a pot which was really good value.

This is purely about the cafe. Very poor customer service, the food was microwaved and a long wait despite there being a very small queue due to two workers chatting amongst themselves and having a poor attitude when the couple Infront of me politely asked if they could be served. Not impressed. They were not serving at the 'cake' counter but failed to tell some customers for at least 5 minutes to come to the hot food counter. Prices are far too expensive for the quality of food. I have been here many times in the past and it has definitely deteriorated. A shame because the shop is fantastic.

Nice place if your looking for candles, seeds , plants, cooking books, but also: good food (if you want to dine earlier than 6 pm). Friendly staff

We went to the Greek restaurant for lunch, it was superb, not just the food, the staff, the waitress AND the Black Martini was to die for. We will definitely be going back, Thank you to all staff.

Large plant choice, more available staff may be able to keep up with the watering! There are some very knowldgeable cheerful and helpful young staff, which is refreshing.

Cafe is great and but the value depends on what you go for (e.g. breakfast is good value as is the afternoon tea, other things can be a bit pricey). The kids play areas are good but can become quite hectic with the amount of kids that go there, especially on rainy days

Shopping good, but the food has gone down hill badly. Coffee was poor and it took nearly 30 minutes before our food was delivered to the table.

Every time IV been here there's been an issue with paying not from my end but from there end and the cafe's still to noisy but they do have a great selection of plants trees shrubs flowers and so on usually and the pet section is good.

Love this place, such a lovely cross section of goods and the flowers are aoways so lovely, the restaurant could do with a better quality of food and the queuing service is so slow

I don't visit here often but went in looking for some new houseplants. They were setting up Christmas in the middle of October! Got a few plants though but really, October Christmas?
