My favorite spot to start my preparty with friends. They have good spots to listen to music and also dance. Bartenders are awesome.

A bit on the pricey side for me but excellent atmosphere. Definitely Uber there if you're not in the Brickell area.

Great experience! Before the Pandemic, I was just there last night and the Dj was playing music that seem to come from a lime wire play list, he was all over the place with the mix. To get in the vibe I had drink more. The Bartenders Were great!

By far top 5 best bars in Miami. QUALITY drinks with fair prices. My recommendation for a one and done drink, the blue Long Island. Gets me every time!

They play great music and the bar is equally as lit as the club area. Definitely coming back here

You have a good time, the only bad thing is parking a headache, taking alternative transportation is the best, besides that when you visit that place you don't leave there without having a good drink.

I m not much of a bar guy myself but the atmosphere and service here are truly something else. The second I walked into this place I was just purely amazed. My drink courtesy of the nice bartender woman was made perfectly just how I like it. That s all anyone can really ask of a bar, isn t it? I can also tell you the bathrooms are kept nice and clean for when you decide to break the seal, my friends.

Went here for the Potter Crawl and the Blackbird did a great job with the theming. The floating candles and the large screen projector playing Harry Potter was great. The DJ's did a god job with the music selection but the drinks were EXTREMELY overpriced. I get that its Miami but charging $9 (without tip) for a pretty watered down tequila shot was too much. Still a fun place though.

Awesome environment, bartenders are knowledgeable and patient.

Been here on a Saturday night around 11, and well we had to wait to get in, even though it was not full house. Once inside we stayed approximately 10 min, noise is terrible, no music just that super extra loud noise of the crowd talking. I'd give another shot another day but so far not a good impression.

There's a good selection of "hand-crafted" cocktails and craft beers so there's something here for everyone. If you're lucky enough to get a table you can play games like Jenga. The music selection was pretty good too.

Unless you really, really want to have your phone stolen and then have to deal with crooked cops (welcome to Miami), this is not the place for you. I have a 40% rate of getting my phone stolen there. This place is a scam

Not a bad place to grab a drink. Anytime I'm hopping around Brickell I stop in and check it out. Sometimes they have live music. The back patio is enclosed with glass ceiling and AC.

Went here on a Tuesday night (which was ladies night) while on vacation in Miami. Drinks were great, especially their blackbird special.

Loved the outdoor setting, only complaint was that the inside bar was extremely dark and loud.

Large bar with nice outdoor area as well as indoor area. Liked the edible plant wall!

This location is one of my favorites. I look forward to a return trip. Bring your hunger - portions are filling. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.

My wife and I went here the monday before New Year 2014. This place was horrible. Aside from the poorly trained bartenders, the place was dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting, the bartop was sticky, and there was broken glass on the patio. It took 20 minutes to get a bartender to serve me two beers in a nearly empty place. When I paid the bartender with a 100 dollar bill for 2 beers, she gave me back 6 dollars in change. I could not even get her attention back and had to get another bartender to get me the right change. They basically tried to rob me because when I asked for the owner they said they didnt know who he was and gave me my money immediately. The "manager" told me the owner was too drunk and left early...on a monday night. Go to this place if you want crappy service and want to get robbed, seems like they have a good system for ripping people off.

This place sucks it's geared towards the older crowd, which is fine but if you're down to have a fun night don't come here. The music is absolutely terrible, and is completely random. Really tired of hearing constant throwback music from the 90s we're in 2017 get it together.

Amazing club! Ladies night was the best! Open bar for women until very late! Great music!

The bird is past it's hayday before Brickell City Center denied it it's outdoors and ivy walls, but still retains some grit and open vibe for a Brickell quickly losing it.

It's an American bar, I thought it would be something Latin, but it was not bad, just not the usual in vzla

I can see why this place is highly rated. I wasn't sure what to expect based on the funky clown/carnival sounding name but all I knew was that I wanted to watch the Cavs vs. Celtics game and have a couple drinks and some bites. Turns out it was a great choice and I'll definitely be back again!

Sugar Bar on the 40th floor.. Great views but really poor service. Waited about 40 mins to order drinks at the 1 bar available.

I always have a good time at Blackbird. They have live music each week so that you can enjoy yourself in a more intimate space than a club, but you can also dance if you want. The atmosphere is dark with limited space inside and a more spacious outdoor area with some seating and a secondary bar. As with anything, if you hang with good people you will have a good time.

Has an outdoor patio as well, indoors can be packed but great music.

I loved loved LOVED their Harry Potter bar crawl. Had so much fun at the trivia.

Came here on a Monday night and was not disappointed. The place is easy to find in the parking lot and since it was a random Monday night there was plenty of parking. The whole vibe was great from the moment I walked in. There was a live band there and they were great. The drinks were awesome. I had a great time and can't wait to come on a Friday or Saturday.

My group of 4 was out on Friday night and just wanted to dance and have a good time. We waited in line until around 9:30-10 and were directed to an inside table and told to wait before going to the outside because there wasn t room. We were happy to do that until we watched no less than 20 people come in from the line and go straight to the outside area. We waited 15-20 minutes to see if there would be room and the server all but told us to go home and that there wouldn t be room for a long time.

There s no way all those people were bottle service tables and we were really disappointed because we ve had good experiences here before. Will not recommend Blackbird again to anyone.

Tuesday is ladies night, and it's LIT. There's ample dance adventures to be had in the back area. A bit snug, but not enough to want to leave.

The DJ spinned a colorful splash of newer records (think: Cardi B, Drake, Rhianna), old school jams (ODB, Snoop, Dj Jazzy) and a few, much appreciated curve balls were thrown in with some funk and electric mash ups that got the room fist pumping and hopping at one point. Moments were punctuated in dance circles that captured the essence of Miami night life.

There's no cover or charge of drinks for the ladies. Maybe it was a bit early to call at midnight, but just as a gentle reminder, please, do tip your tender at the bar you recieve your drink, as it seemed to be an uncharted concept upon glance at the tip jar.

Overall, energetic vibes, cool and friendly people. Would absolutely recommend for a vibrant night out!!

It's alright, it's just a bar, no food, meh cocktails.

First thought: there was a line out the door which took about 10 minutes for me to enter which to me is a good sign. Once I entered it didn't disappoint. There is no cover but they get their money from drinks which is reasonable. Dj did pretty well 8/10, as did all bartenders/servers I encountered. I stayed until about 3 am and certainly wasn't the last one to leave. Staying open until 5 am, BBO definitely insures you get more than a great night out.

Always SUPER packed and it's almost an hour wait time to get in just to be bombarded with a lot of people. Basically body to body and smoking is allowed so it smells bad but if you dont mind any of that, they have great music and fun atmosphere

This place was.......sooo great I loved it and it was my first time there.. The DJ estatic about himmmmm...wow! They play music for everyone. The happy hour for woman all you can drink is great..! The drinks are not watered down people....the crowd is mixed young adults...maybe to mid 30's ...the back room is huge like a Patio...very nice if you want low key stay inside.....thumbs up

Blackbird is a nice party spot in downtown miami brickle area. Nice atmosphere and crowd.

It s always pretty crowded on a Tuesday (ladies night) not a bad thing depending who you are. Drinks are a bit weak but the DJs are normally pretty good.
