Super service of an employee (young man) regarding the purchase of mobile to my mother (elderly lady ) he "met her, so she could understand it"

Moderate prices and very good quality services and nice people with experience !.

If you ask the staff where a product can be found, you always get an answer, the staff knows where the goods are

Bilka is the center of Aalborg's largest shopping mall. He has a large clothing department and an excellent selection of meat, fish and pastries. The beverage department can also be seen. Really a great selection!

An employee in BilkaToGo shouted that we did not have to stay in the stall when we did not have items we had to take off .... We had so but needed help because we could not get the order on the big screen ... Han did not even ask if we needed help ... He almost told us to drive away from the stall .... We were the only car that held out there. Do not bother us to shop inside the warehouse itself because it seems messy in that and beyond doubt. Have used the concept since September 2018, but service has become worse as it has been used more by more customers. Has experienced goods that have been packed inappropriately so some of the goods have broken such as bread or mash vegetables and fruits. Similarly, we also have bananas that could last for a few days before becoming inedible and only optimal for pastries. Yes, I could keep up because we've been there every week ... December was really bad, there was REALLY call service ...

Super Supermarket with a large selection of goods and a good service if you have problems with something that you have bought.

There is no regularity in the placement of products in the store. A person who does not know the language is very difficult to navigate.

Definitely a hypermart by Danish standards. Got pretty much everything you might need, in one location.

Was there 1 hour before closing time, there was no one to help in the store that was filled with TOMME shelf, at the box it was only the self-service box that was open so ALL 10 sodas, ALL 20 cake milk etc. were to be picked up individually by the cart The scanner, put on the weight table and then put back in the shopping cart, it is not smart.

Goes to checkout at 21:40, one Wednesday evening in September and then it's only scan even boxes that are open !!

All daily goods, toys, clothes and shoes, garden and housing things gathered in one store .... but it is a bit on the expensive end ang prices.
Opportunity to get something to eat while shopping further, if you need a little break in the middle of shopping.

A real exercise experience in the bistro, where the food was cold, most tables floated with used crockery and leftovers, the racks were full, the tables sticky. It must be able to do better.

The best thing about Bilka is the selection of items - the price is not impressive and their bistro should be closed due to poor food quality. Visits are recommended early on weekdays to avoid the rush hour.

Okay, but the bistro can only be laid down. The food was inedible. There was no good food and there was also no good dining. The staff were sour and it took a very long time before we ordered the food.

In general expensive. But having located near other stores, makes your shopping more colorful and enjoyful

The shop is ok, but their menu of ham, kale and browned potatoes is the worst deal of food we have been given. That should be tightening up. The meat reasonable, but the rest dry and dull

That was the last time I ate at the bistro in Bilka in Skalborg today at about 5pm, I asked her who accepted my order nicely if she wanted to make some fresh pom-fries instead of the ones they had left over from last time they made a large portion of grapefruit, she asked why, I answered that they were not very good and her answer was that she thought they were better, but I could get some fresh grapefruit but I should wait another three to four minutes more, it was completely okay, my friend and I waited 6 minutes, but in the meantime I could hear her talking to one of the others about it, the end of it was that we got the old pom frites and they had a walk in the fry probably three times plus they were cool and tasted of frying oil, still have a taste of frying oil here three hours after, it certainly can't be healthy to eat all that frying oil.
Ate the food but my mate could not, then it is as if I am sick of it.
BUT MY COUNCIL FOR EVERYONE IS LEARNING TO EAT IN THE BISTRY IN SKALBORG.

They have a lot, but could never find groceries here. Too long distances, meat and vegetables in too low quality and no service.
