High Class Shopping. High price segment in the shopping, nice bath, fitness center and versatile sauna selection. Big but expensive cinema selection.

Sauna: the first time a bit confusing to find the way. Be sure to bring your own bathrobe and flip-flops. The wardrobe is mixed with the adventure pool, accordingly very loud and crowded with children. After the sauna, the relaxation is unfortunately quickly gone.
Sauna areas are great and varied, the relaxation lounge is unfortunately missing the relaxation factor, as no music and the sounds of the water park audible.
All in all a solid experience. Will definitely go again.

The setting and the premises are beautiful, but we were disappointed with the performance. Indeed the goal is to follow a course with different stages.
Unfortunately, during the course, we found several couples at the same time in the baths and sauna because the order was not respected.

Pool, children's area and slides great, everything was very clean, the taste of the food was okay.
Too expensive in terms of price, in my opinion, and the three hours are too tight. With children, especially with small ones, you can reach the three hours pretty quickly, with changing clothes, possibly eating something and then showering and changing again. There is not so much time for swimming if you don't want to pay more.

Dear Aquateam unfortunately another child was injured today on this red slide with a current next to the restaurant. I don't know if you are aware of how dangerous this slide is and how dangerous it is for children and adults? It is not the first time that you unfortunately hear something like that, but I wonder why nothing is done. Dear parents, dear children, please avoid this slide, it is more dangerous than you think no matter what measures are there, it is still dangerous. Nice bathroom, clean changing rooms and showers. A bit confusing on the first visit are the many doors and corridors without signage. Also missing signs in the bathroom so it is difficult to find, for example, the steam room udw

Bernaqua is very good but the toboggan is very dangerous.

Bernaqua combines bathing fun, wellness and fitness in one center. The facility offers something for everyone. The young enjoy themselves in the water park, the parents prefer the outdoor pools or relaxation facilities. If you have the appropriate ticket or a subscription, you can let yourself be pampered in the wellness area. The fitness area is spacious and the staff is competent and friendly.

Had an appointment for a pedicure. Since I have more dry skin on the heel, I told the woman who treated me that it bothers me the most on my foot, and if she can remove it more than just a few words about it. But she made it clear to me that I have to become a professional? (Who will work at Bernaqua ?;)) and let me do that. The employee has informed me that you are only there for the aesthetic (nails filing, etc). Whereby my nails are still the most beautiful thing on my foot. Conclusion: under pedicure I understand something else and if a customer asks politely, if you can please remove the dry skin more and get an answer, then I do not know.

I think the bathroom really nice, but if you change the basin it is ars..Kalt. I do not like to freeze when I go to a water park

In the bathroom there are (too) many children. The wellness area is very spacious, varied and very nicely designed. Top for a sauna day, with everything you could wish for

Baby pool too cold and too small. Too cold at the paddling pool. No relaxation room just lounge chairs in the hallway. Do not eat your own food. No opportunity for an afternoon nap with a child. Had to go again after two and a half hours despite admission because we had to feed the child. Ev again with 4 years

Actually cool bathroom wouldn't be that price! Adults: 45 CHF (without sauna), and children 30 CHF. a day is too much, in my opinion half would be oke! The swimming pools are good, but I find 4 slides too little, unfortunately there are no diving boards.

Wild water slide hurt a lot, otherwise a lot of fun

The water is rather cool for my taste. Furthermore, I think it's crazy that there is no picnic area. A brine bath or jacuzzi can be integrated into the sauna area. see example Aquabasilea. The steam bath in the adventure pool area should be a little professional. The entire bathroom looks a little monotonous. It should be less familiar. Anxiety Good. I find the price - performance rather poor.

Pleasant in family, in particular with children not very big. The 3 toggobans are easy. The canyon is wilder. If you want sensations, go to Le Bouveret instead.

The baths and saunas are very relaxing and it is very clean. It's very bright and the salt, in the inside salt pool, works really very well and cares for the skin (it opens the pores). As a nerd, I also really like the design of the bathroom. It's just a bit of a shame that it gets noisy inside the steam sauna or in the salt pool because either children are coming or because people are talking. I understand that it is, among other things, an adventure pool, but I don't understand why 5-year-old children come to the steam room with their parents and make crazy noise there. It would be better if the lifeguards reprimand noisy guests.

The Bernaqua offers fun and fun for children. Unfortunately it was a bit crowded on my last visit and therefore, for the first time, not comfortable. Towards evening it was quiet and you could enjoy the bathrooms and relax a bit. Great I found the two saltwater baths (inside and outside).

The entrance fee is steep. It is very loud and rather uncomfortable and, above all, it is too cool in the cloakroom and also downstairs in the bathing area! You freeze very quickly, so rooms should be heated more! Otherwise, it's a great bathroom.
The baby pool with the slides and splash figures is great for toddlers. The warm baby pool with whirlpool is also great for the little ones.
For the grown-ups there are different pools (inside, outside, brine, etc.). A rather expensive fanfare excursion, but one can afford it here and there.

My girlfriend and I regularly visit the Bernaqua in Bern. It is nearby and we actually always had a good stay.

Today, however, we were warned by one of the employees that we shouldn't get too close. This man obviously watched us for a long time and then told us about it. Has also pointed to the camera outside.

We behaved like normal bathers and were wrongly accused by an employee.

So if you want to be watched by camera, you will have a good stay there. Just be careful with the touches. Just don't get too close to each other.

The Bernaqua is great, especially with small children, the entertainment value is great! There is a deduction for the price, CHF 25.- for 1.5h

70.- for 2 adults, barely slides, vllt 5-6 changing rooms for 20 showers? Extremely dirty (hair, fuselage dirt of shoes) floors in the dressing rooms and premises.

Extremly crowded. Not clean enough. Kids everywhere. Not relaxing at all.
