Service: waiting for my colleagues joining the dinner, I waited way too much for the beer I have ordered meanwhile; food: mediocre; drinks: short Romanian wine list and really not relevant (but this is a personal opinion); music: Albano and similar Italian music. Neither bad, nor exciting, mediocre.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel rooms aren't large but are perfectly adequate for a hotel. Everywhere was clean and in good condition. The staff were helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the old town which is well worth doing.

I was at the restaurant yesterday, December 29, 2019. We were greeted respectfully, gallantly, according to the location.
I ate the best soups at a very reasonable price. I haven't met a chef in a long time who is so ... a "magician".
I have eaten such good soups before, at restaurants where there was a 28/30 lei soup. Here it is half the price, at the same quality. You lick your mustache, believe me.
I'm not talking about the burnt sugar cream, which was divine.
Hats off to the waiters! Talk, be attentive, friendly

An excellent Hotel in central Brasov. It is 700 years old and the Restaurant is in the old cellars. The food is excellent. Well worth a visit.

A great atmosphere with delicious food. If you are a steak lover, you must try the matured sirloin, it's a dream.

They have a music menu, nuce environment and good food.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we went to the restaurant one day and although the food was pretty good (you also pay for it because it's not a cheap restaurant) the service was lousy, the waiters very rude to us, laughing with each other in Romanian directed towards us (although we were Spaniards two of those who were there understood Romanian perfectly).
I honestly do not recommend going to that restaurant as there are many in the area just as good or better and with excellent service.
I didn't stay in the hotel, but one day I went to the restaurant and even if the food was pretty good (you pay the same because it's not a cheap restaurant) the service was awful, the waiters very ill-mannered with us, laughed between they also commented in Romanian on our address (although we were Spanish, two of those who were there understood Romanian perfectly).
Honestly, I do not recommend going to this restaurant because there are many in the area as well or much better and with excellent service.

A lovely historical hotel and restaurant. The hotel itself is over 600 years old. It's across from the town square where the festivities are held. Convenient location with friendly staff. Breakfast is good a variety of foods are served. If you're on a motorcycle or car they can also provide secure garage for parking about 250 Meters from the hotel. The town and square are lively.

Great food and excellent service. You should check it out, unless you are claustrophobic. What I really liked was the fact that the mobile service does not work too well, if at all here, so you are forced to interact with your friends and/or family. You might need a reservation beforehand.

The hotel has an excellent location, is right in the old town center. It was realy cosy and clean. The rooms are a little small, but well compartimented. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I totally recommend this place and I return with great pleasure.

A good hotel in a great location. Our room was in the attic which meant four flights of stairs (and it was a bit hot) but was a nice room.

I loved everything about this place; the interior design was amazing, the rooms were very clean and tidy, the hallways were very quiet, the breakfast was really good and the hotel was really close to "Piata Sfatului". The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, as we had to check out at 12 and didn't have a ride until 3 so they happily offered to keep our luggages safe as we went around the city more.
It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to visit Brasov again and stay a few days at Bella Muzica Hotel.

Fabulous hotels about 15 rooms stunning with brick and wood. Very friendly service. the location cannot be any better in the heart of the plaza. If you are travelling alone make sure you were not in the smallest room (205!). Great stay and value for money (55ish $)

The restaurant looks very good, the environment very pleasant. It's in the basement (I was not careful if the restaurant is in the basement or just a part), and it gives the impression of the basement (very loud) The order came quickly. The food was very good. I came especially for Bean Soup in Bread (phenomenal). :)

Location is not on the main old City streets which is good as it's not too crowded. Food is good but not among the best.
It's a bit cold at the entrance of the restaurant (if you get a table there) as the door opens quite often.
Music is very good and the way they have arranged the cellars is very interesting.

Hotel located just opposite the Council Square, in a historic building, renovated to European standards, with friendly staff, wine cellar, decent prices, breakfast included!

Very nice food in a correspondingly nice place. Try traditional dishes ... And lovers of pasta try their Romanian version, ciorba de burta if I remember correctly.

Their food is really good. This place is often underated. Used to be very popular years ago but now it's getting less fashionable. However, I came to the conclusion it's an interesting place and people should come here more.

Very cozy place, the waiter who played us very friendly and attentive. The delicious food. What I like the most about Romanian restaurants is that you can go to eat at 4 o'clock, when nothing happens, the meal time is much longer than in Spain.

I will come back every time when I will be in Brasov! I can not imagine a better place to stay in this town! The perfect starting point to explore Brasov by feet. A few meter beside the Hotel there is also a small 24 Hour Supermarkt.

Perfect location with a good atmosphere together with friendly staff makes it a very good choice in Brasov.

The food was fairly average and the service was pretty poor. It was Friday night and busy but there were plenty of waiting staff. For the price there are far better places to eat in Brasov

The location is great, the staff is very kind and nice. Could not rate it with 5 stars because in my room there was no internet available. I had to go to the lobby every time i needed to send an e-mail.

2nd floor rooms have a very small window. The decoration is very sturdy, and heavy. There is a suffocating feeling in those rooms. Breakfast could improve, better quality products.

Had lunch at their restaurant. We got some nachos and salsa on the house. Menu has a variety of local and international dishes, including mexican. The food we ordered was delicious and service was impeccable, all at good prices. It's a cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere.
