I was duped at that dealership. Peugeot covers warranty for the shock absorber up to 40,000 km for my car (408). But I was told there was only up to 30 thousand. As I was traveling I paid for maintenance. So I already went to two other CCS and they informed me that it was not correct.

I have been a customer for 4 years. I have always enjoyed my car and did all the services at Belfort. Although always delivered normally, the headache is getting them to look at your car. It takes more than a day for a diagnosis of simple things and not talking about the parts that take time. And today dps of 4 years as customer my quota of patience with the company sold out. I left my car at 8:30 in the morning and so far, at 5:00 p.m., they did not give me any budget returns. They did not even look at my car. The service of what needed to be done had already been diagnosed in another trip to the store, that is, neither looking for the necessary service needed. And when we come in contact the employee does not respond, just say, that has no answer or forecast and is still arguing with client. After that I will do the services in the competitor and when I change the car I will choose another brand.
