My husband and I purchased a Buick Lacrosse. We were greeted by Dennis and guided through the sales process with his friendly personality and knowledge. Our whole experience was positive from the price negotiation to the low interest rate for our loan. Customer service was first class ( even filling our gas tank). Thank you. We will diffidently be buying our future cars with Behlmann. Thank you Dennis, Doug and Jim.

I have called multiple times and spoke with multiple people about not receiving my title. It has been over a month and about 6 phone calls. I called again and spoke with the lady at the front desk expressing how frustrating this has become. She promised this would not happen again and she would get an answer for me. What do you know a week later and still no phone call or message!!!! I was also promised a spare key at the time of the purchase they said they would mail it with my title. So, as of now I have no title and no spare key. So if you plan on buying a car and actully licensing it I would go else where.

I was in contact with Brooks several times before making it in to the dealership. He was always prompt and courteous with his responses. When I made it to the dealership he knew what I was looking for and took me right away to look. I did choose a GMC Terrain. So far, I love it. This is my second vehicle from Marquitz.

What a fabulous truck buying experience!!! Doug Johnson gave me all of the details the evening before I went in to see the truck. Everything was exactly as he told me on the telephone. The entire experience was great. Doug even arranged to have my truck delivered to me later that afternoon. Great People, Great Dealership!

Working with their body shop has been a nightmare....

Working with their body shop has been a nightmare. Took them over 3 weeks to take the front end of my car apart to assess damage after an accident. A week of sitting there waiting for my turn in line, 3 more weeks in paint, and on the day it was hopefully supposted to be completed they found extra damaged that was missed. My car has been there for 8 weeks and is still not complete. Save your time & sanity and find a shop that can complete a job in a decent amount of time.

I had a TERRIBLE sales experience. Patrick was unprofessional, pushy, rude and did not provide the customer service that I had previously experienced at Behlmann when I bought my Pontiac in 2004 and expected to receive during this purchase. He rushed us through the negotiation process, while we were also trying to take care of our small child (which felt very dishonest; at one point he even snapped at me that the price was not negotiable), but then made us wait forever while the finance guy finished writing the loan. He didn't even give the finance man all the information he should have had to finalize everything, and we had to wait another 45 minutes with him. Patrick didn't ensure the vehicle was delivered to us in an acceptable manner (gas tank wasn't filled, plastic wasn't removed from the floorboards, dealership keyring remained, truck wasn't cleaned), and it had to be partially fixed during a second visit. He told me that I didn't need a Service appointment to have my power steering checked, I could just drop by. I live 30 minutes away and thank goodness I called first. The entire purchasing process took 3.5 hours; with a small child that is very frustrating.

However, the service technician was excellent and went completely out of his way to make sure I was fully satisfied. I left with a plan to fix my alternator and power steering with a loaner vehicle since I live so far away. The cashier lady was also extremely nice. She said she wasn't surprised to hear about my sales experience and profusely apologized. My recommendation above is ONLY because of the service technician and cashier. If this survey was for the sale, I'd have put a zero.

Update from 6/3/2020

I just took in my 2017 Sierra for the proverbial check engine light warning. I was not overly excited about the deal since my truck just came out of warranty 15 days earlier.

Joe G in service was my rep and the experience was fantastic! Yes, I had a gas tank sensor go out but Joe worked with GM to assist with coverage since the warranty literally just rolled off. (Normally this would have been a $500 fix!) Eric Miller in service performed the repair and completed an estimated 90-minute service fix in under half the time. Great work Eric!

I ve had more than a few odd warranty remediations since I purchased this truck including blower motor replacement, seat had to be remounted etc. so I was of the mindset to trade it in had the repair been extensive. Since I had such a great experience with Joe and the Behlmann team (and GMC) I ve decided to keep it to see how it performs. Hopefully we ll have normal maintenance repairs moving forward.

had two warranty items to remedy .
1.) Replace driver's seat bushings and
2.) Remediate the proverbial 'rattle' inside the door.

Jesse explained there was a service bulletin for the seat bushings so we scheduled the service and both items were remediated to perfection. MIke was the assigned mechanic and he was obviously very good. The entire seat assembly had to come out and the door panel had to be taken apart so this was a fairly extensive repair job.

Jesse and MIke are great assets for Behlmann and I couldn't be happier. Fantastic job guys!

The only problem I had was that the Tech forgot to hook the door handle up after he repaired my door locks. I had to take it back for them to repair it. Otherwise, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Our car went off the road during a snow storm recently and this is the shop where we took our car for repairs. Being from the other side of the state I had no way of knowing what to expect. The staff was courteous and friendly. The repair team was exceptional. Even dealing with insurance they were able to get our car repaired and back to us in good time. I can't say enough about this place. Scott and Paul in the body shop were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car. I may even make the 250 mile drive to buy my next car!

The mechanical shop took advantage of me. They took my vehicle apart farther than it should have been taken apart for the job that needed to be repaired. They didn't call my warranty company in a timely manner to find out how the warranty company wanted to handle it. Than had my vehicle for week longer than they should have had it. When they did call my warranty company and found what they would pay for they stuck me with the bill for the labor for work that shouldn't have ever been done. I would advise anyone that would think about using Belhmann stay on top of them make sure they are communicating with your warranty company or they will stick you with a bill that shouldn't have been.

Behlmann was so fast and professional! Tammy in the Body shop was so nice and kept me informed! She even came in early for me so I could get my truck and get to work on time! I have already told everyone that Behlmann is who fixed our truck and that if they need anything done they should take it there!

Customer service was poor. The sales man did not go over any of the features for the vehicle. Car was not detailed and tires already need to be replaced after only a couple of months of owning because they were not new or even in close to new condition when purchased. We traveled 2 hours to look at the vehicle, and it was dark when we looked it over. The finance guy, Carlos, even asked if it had been detailed, and the sales guy said no. Carlos did not offer to have it detailed somewhere else. He also got very upset when we refused the $5,000 added warranty. I had to take the SUV to another dealership where I live in town to have someone show me everything it offers since the sales man didn't take the time to show me while there. Also, no one followed up after purchasing to see how things were going with the new vehicle. I would not purchase from here again, nor refer any family or friends.

I was not too happy with my visit here. Drove a half hour to go look at a vehicle, only to find it was already sold when I arrived. I had told the salesman I was coming a long way. He said no worries, we will take care of you...but it ended up just a wasted hour of my driving time and fuel.

I purchased a GMC Terrain and downsizing ist always good, but this is perfect.They took to time to listen and treated me like a person instead of a dollar sign. I thank them. Replaced the rear bumper cover on my jeep,
from a fender bender, Buffed the body,waxed the tired,and a few other cosmetics.All I can say is WOW and thank you for your excellent work.

Never will I ever go here again! You spend thousa...

Never will I ever go here again! You spend thousands and thousands of dollars on their vehicles. We were there for 4 hours for an oil change, filter replacement, and diagnostic test for some light that kept popping up on my dash.
They charged me 327.00! 190 of that was for them to diagnose my cars lights that kept popping on. They fixed nothing because they wanted 1700.00 to do so.
So I pretty much I walked away knowing I need a bracket for my running board, a new shock on my left rear, and they need to unplug a dirty valve. And it cost me 190.00 to tell me that and 4 hours of my life. Never will go back.
