I went into AutoFair Honda because I had purchased from them in the past years. Recently I lost my car when I was rearended in an accident. I knew that my insurance would cover most of the cost of my existing loan; however, the remainder would be an issue. I was pleasantly surprised when Jeffrey Cate came back and told me that my gap insurance had covered the existing amount and I could have the vehicle that I wanted. Needless to say Jeffrey help me get the CRV that I wanted for the payments that I could afford and what a sweet vehicle it is. I love it. Thanks Jeffrey Cate!!!

Can't recommend Eddie, Lucas and the whole team at AutoFair Honda enough. My husband and I were stressed and looking for a new car after our Jeep literally fell apart in the middle of the highway a few days prior. Eddie took care of us and made sure that the process was easy, stress free, and that we got a great deal. They turned a really bad week into an exciting one with our new (to us) CR-V. We're so happy to be in a safe, reliable car! Thank you guys!

Outstanding customer service! AutoFair Honda really does it right. We leased a new Pilot and are more than happy with it. Highly recommend a visit there, and although I m sure there are several great sales people, it won t hurt to ask for Jeff S. The process is lengthy, but he seemed to make things move along quite smoothly. We ll continue to do business here well into the future! Thanks again everyone.

Dishonest Service Center.
I took my car in for an oil change and was told my drain plug was stuck in the oil pan. I was so upset because the service rep I was speaking with could not tell me how it was stuck since my last oil change was done at their facility. Once I got home I call and left a message asking the service manager to give me a call which he did not. The next morning I went back to the service center and spoke with the service manager who was able to get the drain plug out and change me oil. The next time I took my car in for an oil change once again I was told I really need to have my oil pan replace. I was also told the during one of my previous oils changes the tech over tighten the drain plug and stripped the threads in the oil plan and took it upon himself to install some call a time slip bit that was just a temporary fix. I asked why did he do that without my permission. I told the rep they can't do thing to people's cars without their permission. He replied you 100% correct and that's why the tech no longer work there. I was told it would cost between 500 and 700 to have it fixed. Luckily I was smart enough to get a second opinion. The mechanic told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my oil pan. He also told there was no device or temporary fix installed in my oil pan. I have since had my oil changed twice with out any issues. Please if you take your car to this facility and ate told there is an issue please get a second opinion because they are very dishonest and just looking to take your money. I will never step foot inside Autofair again.

"I do everything through the internet. I tried other dealers, in order to shop for the best price possible; and ALL (with the exception of AutoFair) used the same type of strategy "you need to come over so we can get you numbers,..., let me put you in the seat of the car". If you ask me, that strategy is Pathetic, maybe it worked in the last decade; but definitely not now. AutoFair, I visited their website, and it was pretty clean, and easy to navigate. I could use some improvements on some of the presentation of the information; since I was almost willing to abandon my search. I knew exactly what I wanted, understood my negotiation position. I called Autofair, Christina was EXTREMELY helpful, particularly since she did not tried to force the sales strategies as other dealers did. And most importantly did NOT wasted my time; since I wanted to make a purchase decision within my lunch time. She came back with numbers within my negotiating position. At that moment; I felt really confident that I was already purchased a car (without visiting the dealer); the rest was all formalities. In the dealer, I did had the same experience with Alison as I did with Cristina. She also did not preassured me into anything that I did not wanted. She asked to see the car, I agreed. She ask to drive; I declined. The we went to the desk; she verified the deal made with Christina (she had a transcript, pretty clever ;-) ), and made the deal happened. I was in and out of the dealer in less than two hours..... this should be a world record. And as long as you can support this model of no pressure, fast, information driven and tactics of "I will need to talk to my manager.."; BS; I will always come back to your website whenever I need a car."

I was late, but they still took me in and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. It's pretty cool that I didn't have to get out of my car until I drove inside their "office" to check in. The advisor Peter made a good recommendation. I had some complementary popcorn while I waited. It was an excellent experience

Tried to sell us a car for $23,000 when it was advertised for $17,000 and acted like they were doing us a favor by selling it to us at the lower advertised price. Left a really bad taste in my mouth. Walked straight out that door while the manager was huffing behind me!

When more work was found needed to be done he got me a loaner car, free of charge, so I didn t have to wait longer than expected. His service was quick and professional.

I have tried to contact on several occasions in relation to ordering parts. I was a genuine buyer and not a time waster. Shame on me, I should have learn't after the first time they did not respond but I persisted with emails to multiple departments (including the honda k parts site), I live in Australia so due to time zone differences and overseas call costs I chose the method of email AND website enquieries which I never even got one single response. LAZY BOYS!

Well I will never attempt to do business with these clowns ever again and I will promote my dissatisfaction on the local honda forums to urge people trying to buy parts from the 'proffesionals' (LOL, yeah right) to steer clear.

The sales rep I dealt with, Susan, was absolutely wonderful! I wish all car sales rep were as phenomenal as she was! I can't express that enough! This was the purchase of my very first BRAND NEW SUV and the largest purchase I have ever made and I am 47 years young. Admittedly, I had some anxiety when it came to making the final decision but she never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured or that I was taking up too much of her time. The piece of my experience I can't give 5 stars to was the "haggling" part with "sales managers". The back and forth and the "he wants to come over and talk to you".... roll my eyes, sigh and say to myself "stick to your guns, this is how they do things, this is how they sell cars, but I still DISLIKE it! I wish this part could change, although I have no suggestions how to make it different. I know it's been this way forever. Now that my rant about the "sales manager" is done, I do love my new car, but what is more important to me is that when I'm ready for another, I will only buy from sales people I feel as comfortable with as I felt with Susan. And if I'm in the market for another Honda, maybe I'll be working with Susan again.

I accidentally showed up at Honda on the biggest sales event of the year. I was helped by adam la rochelle. (putting his last name just incase i get the first name wrong). He was great. He made the process easy, he understood my concerns, and he made me feel like he was on my side. He never tried to offer me something I couldn t afford or question my spending limit. Now I have a reliable car that I love. People who you feel like you can trust during a process like that are people who take a company to the next level. Thank you to everyone.

Ryan and Colin are both an absolute pleasure to deal with and have assisted me over several parts orders both for my project car and my daily vehicles. I couldn't dream of going anywhere else for my parts. The only improvement I could ask for would be for you guys to be closer to Chicago but of course that's unrealistic!

Carolyn was by far the best sales associate! Lets start off by the way she approached us. Very sweet and direct to the point. I loved how I did not feel pressured into buying a car. Love how she listened to exactly what my husband and I where looking for. She made buying a car easier than expected. She did not sugar coat anything. My husband and I went in just to see our options . Turned out Carolyn found exactly what we where looking for. I 100% recommend going to carolyn.

Nick and Chris were also a huge help with finding something within our budget. Their work ethic is amazing. They are also very direct and straight to the point. They make sure you purchase something you can afford. They even go the extra mile to help find the perfect loan for you. I have had past experiences where the person just chooses the first one they find and thats it. But at Auto Fair Honda, they actually prioritize their customers.

This was unqestionably the smoothest car buying experience I ve ever had. It was truly seamless. I asked for availability on a vehicle via the Autotrader app and got a phone call from Autofair within 30 minutes. I arrived the next morning and the vehicle was warming up out front, ready for a test drive. Sue was wonderful to work with through the entire process, they are lucky to have her on the sales team. In previous car buying experiences it s been the typical back and forth, followed by the credit specialist hiding behind some monitors and a few whispers amongst themselves. Not here. Full transparency. Even their credit specialist, Derek, came over to say hello and shoot the breeze for a few minutes while they ran numbers. Jeff helped me complete the final paperwork and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. Great customer-focused culture here. I ve never felt so comfortable buying a car. Thank you!

Worst consumer experience I've ever been a part of...

Worst consumer experience I've ever been a part of.... was convinced to trade in a lease by sales rep stating that they would take the trade so I would not be charged for incidentals or mileage and then they shipped it off to Corporate who is now asking for nearly $2,000. Spoke to someone in finance who said they would work on resolution and I haven't heard back. I have reached out for resolution with my sales rep at least 3 times since then, 5 calls to the finance guy, multiple chats with customer service and I have not received one response in 3 weeks! I've never put a negative comment on any company but this is the most ridiculous experience of my life. Lied to during the deal, accused of not reading the fine print after I'm being charged, and now refusal to get back to me at all. My biggest regret is that I am stuck with them for 3 more years.

Update....the gm called and was very professional and apologized but also told me he COULD NOT HELP. He fixed the issue of me not knowing the outcome but I guess Autofair Honda doesn't empower their gm to make it right for the customer. What do you in sales for a year? I am a customer service manager of a tiny company and I have the ability to fix an issue for under $5000. Either your policies are ridiculous or I was lied to about whether or not you can fix a customer issue. Nice guy but has zero authority. Either way I've paid and I do not recommend anyone ever go to this dealership.

Went in for a engine block recall. When I come to pick up the car my lights started to flicker. Went back to them and the technician said there was nothing wrong. Go back home to find out that the battery terminal was not tight. Then I figure out days later that the Main Fuse box /relay wasn't tight. The lights stopped flickering but if I had not figured this out my car could have Turned OFF in the middle of the road what kind of work is this? Parth that tech did a trash job

Everyone there was extremely kind. Lazaros was the best truthful car dealer I have ever met. He kept on his promise and got me in a car at an affordable price. He also kept in contact even on his day off to keep me informed on what they were doing to get me into a car. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Tony in finance went above and beyond on getting me financed. He also deserves a raise and a promotion as well. The both of them made make the decision that I will only buy from Autofair Honda whenever I need a new car. I am one very satisfied customer. Again I thank everyone there for being extremely helpful. Horrible!! I would not recommend Autofair Honda to my worst enemies. First, Saleswoman Melissa and her boss Derek were extremely rude and unpleasant. They tried to force me to pay for the car in full and gave me deadline to come pick up vehicle when I already told them I lived in mass and over 60 miles away. Not only were they inconsiderate of me calling out of state in Mass, I was rather uncomfortable during this entire experience I was shocked that I had to argue with Melissa just to put a down payments on the vehicle to reserve it after we agreed on a price over the phone and without actually seeing the car in person. Melissa talks over you the entire time, cannot relate to the consumer, and makes it seem like you are inconveniencing her. I GUESS MY MONEY IS NOT GOOD AT AUTOFAIR HONDA

After a disapointing experience with a few other car dealerships, i took some advice and called auto fair honda... i was put in contact with Derek Hammond. Derek was extremely professional and knew exactly how to treat a customer. He asked me what i was looking for, and after about an hour of negotiations, i walked out of there with a brand spankin' new Accord EX-L... and i couldnt be happier. Derek and Auto Fair Honda take pride in the satisfaction of their customers. I was told by numerous dealerships that i could not buy a new car due to my credit score... i explained to Derek that i work hard for my money and exactly what car i wanted.... he did what he had to and told me what i had to do to make it happen... and Derek and Auto Fair Honda made it happen. Not only do i recomend Auto Fair to everyone looking for a car.... but I would ask anyone who didnt go through them, WHY NOT?

I have been going to AutoFair Honda for over a year. I had purchased a CRV from another dealership and got taken pretty bad. First time buyer experience. The Service Team has always been courteous and hospitable. My check in guy is Randle and he has gone over and above to help me out with insurance issues even when he was swamped with other customers. Randle and his team have always been very professional, straight forward and never try to sway me into any decisions. Even if I have done work to the vehicle myself they have noted it in the system. I recently went into Auto Fair to look into lease options and left within a few hours with the vehicle of my choice. James Dean worked with me on every option to get me where I needed to be That's a Blessing. I left a very happy person. Auto Fair has all my business! Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Staff was excellent - Manager Moe, Team Lead John, Finance Lisa and especially our sales agent (Scott). Two things I want to mention to note for improvement are: 1) someone on the detailing crew is not doing a good enough job. We originally were going to purchase used and the car went thru detailing which was not up to par so it was sent back again. Then we changed our minds and bought new and the same thing happened. It went thru detailing twice and that one was also not up to par. We will bring it back in for another more thorough cleaning. 2) I believe that improvement could be made in the processing time; first day (we were there 6 hrs.) We test drove 4 cars on a very short loop & purchased the used vehicle.. 2nd day (we were there 5 hrs.) we brought the car back for another cleaning to redo paperwork and drop off a check. However, due to the condition of the used car in daylight we changed our minds and returned it for a new one we test drove on the first day. The delays this day can also be attributed to the multiple time in for cleaning. Although, something has to be done about training the cleaning crew better and to streamline the processing time, I do feel that the regular staff deserve the 5 stars for their tireless effort in helping us finalize the sale to our exacting standards and their friendliness on such a late night the first day (we didn't leave there until 9:30 pm; we had not had dinner and it was late for the staff as well.

My car was serviced today and the service advisor ( Joshua ) was courteous and friendly, very helpful, provided an accurate estimate and delivered the car ahead of the promised time. I have had my auto serviced here for years and am pleased with the quality and value of the work done. I can recommend this dealership for service based upon my personal and favorable experiences.

I live 1.5 hours from AutoFair. My receintly purchased 2013 Sport Accord needed the CVT transmittion up date along with a couple of other minor problems that needed to be checked out. Service Manager Perry Cataldo made it possible for me to have these services done while I was in Arizona leaving from the Manchester Airport. I was shuttled to the Holiday Inn Express after leaving my car at AutoFair and when I returned 5 days later at 11 pm my car was waiting for me at the Inn. Perry and AutoFair went out of their way to make it convenient for me to get the services done in lite of my travel time from for the dealer location. THATS GREAT SERVICE !! The work was done and AutoFair included a 30,000 mi. check which wasn't one of my request. Props to Perry and AutoFair. I'll be back, no question......

I recently leased a car from Auto Fair Honda and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience! I went in a week ago to lease a Honda Civic and the entire experience was wonderful, easy and quick. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. My salesman, Tod, was great, very polite. The dealership was extremely busy, it was just after Memorial Day and the end of the month as well, but never once did I sit and wait for very long for anything or for anyone to talk with me or move me along to the next step of the process. I was VERY happy with my entire experience at Auto Fair Honda as well as with the salesman, Tod, and every at the dealership and would absolutely recommend this place to family or friends.

If I could deduct a half star, I would note that my mileage sticker was not posted on the windshield - I went back in and was told by another service adviser that the printer was down. I should have been advised up front.

He explained in detail the service I needed and checked for recalls. He checked in with me and explained that I needed a safety inspection. He didn t try to sell me products that I didn t need. Well, he was right from the very beginning! It was extremely relaxed with no pressure from anyone there. Their staff was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I dealt with Matthew DiClemente and he did a great job. Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (2017 Pilot) but what impressed me
the most was that he was extremely responsive. He returned my phone calls and E Mails in a very timely manner. A much better overall car buying experience than a few years ago.

I dropped off my beloved beasties and carefully drove to AutoFair Honda about 10 minutes away. A couple of months ago I contacted Autofair about a 2016 Accord. later that week my wife and I met with Isaac P. who had a car ready for us to test drive. I told Isaac earlier that we were still exploring different makes and models and we were not ready to purchase just yet. We had a great test drive, the Accord continues to live up to it's reputation. We have owned five Hondas, four were Accords. This past Saturday we returned to Autofair and purchased another Accord, this time it was a 2017 EX-L V6. Isaac, Chris and Moe answered all our questions and went over everything thoroughly with us. It was late by the time we wrapped things up so I returned in the morning for the inspection. While in the waiting room the following morning I overheard a technician informing a customer about the repairs that would be needed in order for the vehicle to pass inspection in December. It was the typical brakes and tires that everyone needs to get from time to time. The technician did an excellent job explaining the issues with the tires and brakes and included the technical reasons that these items would fail the upcoming inspection. The technician presented a quote for the work that would be required and let the customer know that there was no rush to get the work done right now. For most of us we don't get to be the fly on the wall observing a conversation such as this. I observed the technician and the customer and saw that they had a mutual respect for each others position in the conversation. The customer wasn't just a car that needed repairs but rather a Grandfather living within a budget supporting his family with his Grandson in tow, and the technician was sensitive to that. The customer accepted the news reluctantly as most of us do and the technician did an excellent job explaining what was required. I thought to myself, if I was that customer, this is how I want to be approached at a time like this. Be it myself or anyone in my family.
