A lovely place away from the hustle and bustle and with excellent service

A very nice and quiet 5 star hotel. Very nice and courteous staff. Had a very nice junior suit with its own pool access. The catering is very good, due to the current Corona measures, unfortunately associated with a little waiting time at the buffet. Very nice beach access with its own beach. You should take bathing shoes with you as it is slightly pebbly. Since it is a bit remote you should take a rental car. A car rental company is directly connected to the hotel. The best is the hotel's own app with which you can order almost anything in the hotel. All in all a very nice vacation.

Hotel is very good. Staff is very polite. Thalasso not as "modern" as in the Atrium Palace.

Great hotel! A fabulous room with a private pool & sea view!!!

I recommend the Italian restaurant which actually has an international menu (you don't need to be a hotel guest but be careful not to miss, there are 4 different restaurants in the hotel): excellent cuisine, superior service and affordable prices (around 30) without wine, sometimes I spent more in a pizzeria in Italy). Very pleasant and panoramic environment, perfect for an evening where you want to feel more "pampered" than usual.

Very nice staff. Beautifull areal with palms, flowers and pools. Feels like be in a jungle :) Me and my wife like the the stay very much. We have all inclusive stay. Perfect place for quiet and relaxing holiday.

Really good place. Lovely staff. Loads of pools. Recommend getting snorkeling equipment and checking out the sea. Food is superb. You can't have the water from the tap in the room so you need to buy water.

We rested in July 2020 and were very pleased. Great hotel for a romantic getaway, cleanliness and order everywhere. Excellent cuisine, very friendly and intelligent staff. Liked everything. Thank you very much to everyone and especially to Julia, who organized this wonderful holiday for us.

Very nice hotel. We had a very spacious room with a sea view. The open design is unique. Restrictions due to covid with queuing weren't so nice, but they were situational. Service with a la card would have been better than standing in line several times per meal. The quality of the food was ok. Not more but also not less. Those who like omelets for breakfast will be disappointed here. I tested it twice and then let it go.

Incredibly nice staff, very nice facility and despite Corona hardly any waiting times at the buffet. Of the specialty restaurants, we liked the fish restaurant best. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
Vacation 1 week at the end of September / beginning of October. For us the best week of this special year. :))

Great, well-kept 5 star hotel with very friendly staff. There are 2 pools and a long beach (gravel and sand), which was very comfortable. Very suitable for children. The food in the standard is very good and there are 4 additional restaurants. The hotel has 250 rooms but is very spacious, so that the guests are well distributed. The hotel is located outside, so you need a car for excursions (you can also rent locally).

Top. Very friendly staff, food good, price - performance in my opinion very good.

This hotel has everything you need / need. The room was well equipped, well maintained and clean. Due to the private pool that could be booked here and fantastic room service you did not even have to leave the premises. In the complex itself mini golf, billiards, table tennis etc. are possible. The restaurants were so good, you were sad not to try everything. The waiters were very friendly, did everything that you feel comfortable. The hotel lives up to its 5 stars every time.
We'll be back (hopefully soon).

Everything was great except the place far from the city

Everything was great from the service started kitchen, front desk, housekeeping ... Really worth the money!

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful environment, very quiet. The private beach is very nice. A heated indoor pool with hydromassage jets. Quality music shows at night. And above all a staff with little care and smiling, which makes all the difference.

Have been here for 10 days in May 2018. The hotel is definitely one of the best, in which we were so far: extremely friendly and always cheerful staff, spacious rooms with sea views and a beautifully landscaped area. More

It is a very nice hotel where you are very well looked after. The cervis are always good and the food always tasty. There are also many beautiful snorkeling spots in the area.

What a paradise!!

We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such a luxurious hotel before. Being spoiled like this is not common for Norwegian women and at the beginning of our stay I thought; how can I bear this! But believe me, after one night sleep, I enjoyed every second of our stay. We felt like farmers in town , but the kind staff treated us like Kings! The hotel was like a small village far away from the other hotels. It was very quiet and relaxing surrounded of lots of different pools and an unbelievable garden. Although we did not ask, we got upgraded to a luxurious bungalow with a marvelous view over the Mediterranean Sea. The bungalows were build in the hillside, and in some way we felt like we were the only one because it was designed like we could hardly see the buildings in front of us. We enjoyed it that much and in spite we had rented a car we did not travel around. I am so happy we booked half board because the food was indescribable, with food (and music) from different countries every day!

Very nice hotel, spacious room with private swimming pool but decor without style. Careful staff at all levels: room, restaurants, spa, reception. Very quiet even if the private viewing pool can quickly become a source of noise. Beautiful beach with crystal clear water and full of fish.

On the other hand, drinks, SPA services (massages, etc.), restaurants other than the main excessive prices aligned with those in Northern Europe or even higher than in Paris. Pity !
Pleasant and satisfying stay.

I am day five into my 14week stay,this holiday is absolutely amazing,the food is star quality and the staff are not 5 star they are 10 star they can t do enough for you,Ivan on reception is the most polite kind and helpful person I have ever met,all the staff are always smiling even though they are always busy they always have time to ask how you are,the hotel itself is beautifully set out and is kept immaculately clean and I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely come back again thanks guys looking forward to the rest of my stay

The best of the Atrium hotels. The view from the lobby is just stunning, really. The pool area is great. Hotel is at the beach, all of the rooms have direct see view. The food in the restaurant is great and a big variety of food. The staff in a whole hotel is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hotel.

Great place to feel cared for) the staff speaks many languages, including Russian. The rooms are huge. Lots of free entertainment, tennis, basketball, table tennis. From inexpensive: yoga. Two excellent pools and a well-organized beach. I am silent about the super indoor sea water pool, filled with various hydro massagers, plus a sauna and a hammam, all for free. Better to take with breakfast.

By far the best place on the island. It deserves 5 stars and more. People, service, cleanliness, rooms, food top shelf !!!!

A stunning hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had with a private pool was beautiful. Always clean and the food was delicious. The 2 a la carte restaurants were excellent and the views were so picturesque. All the communal areas were lovely. The pool bar had wonderful cocktails and the staff there were efficient and so friendly. It's a quiet place which was ideal for relaxing.
Definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff with amazing very well kept gardens. I can honestly say I could not find anything at all wrong with this hotel.

In addition the dive centre is onsite and both my son and I would like to thank Lee and Ryan for their amazing refresher and ship wreck dive for me. My son took his first dive and is very hooked. Great experience and well recommend using #divemed

Wonderful hotel. All stars deserve! The hotel is quiet, very large and there is just everything your heart desires. Perfect for a one to two week vacation. Absolutely luxurious ambience and unbelievably good service! Fantastic location incl. Selbigem view. Everything was clean and tidy. Large deluxe rooms with private pool or even private villas make the luxury perfect. The food is very rich and absolutely excellent. The reception after a long journey was a dream. Every invested Euro is well worth it, if you want a quiet beach holiday in a luxurious atmosphere and superior service. For exploring the island take a rental car, as the hotel is very secluded and quiet.

Great hotel for those looking for peace and quiet. Attentive service, great food, clean rooms. In addition, a great facility with a very decent gym.

Super great hotel. Keep it up. The facility is very well maintained. The staff is very committed and eager to meet your needs. The food in the main restaurant is very good and varied. The evening a la carte main courses are unfortunately not always a highlight. Every now and then you go better with the main dishes at the grill station. Starters all great. Desserts very sweet and very fatty. But tasty. Absolutely recommend the baklava! Pools are cleaned every morning. The facility is always well maintained. Garbage is removed immediately by the employees. Pool and beach service very modern. Everything can be controlled and ordered via the hotel's own app. In terms of price, everything is not that cheap, but you have to see what service you get for it. Rental vehicles are available in the lobby from 30-120. All-in insurance. You only have to refuel. This hotel is highly recommended. Thanks again to all the great staff at this hotel.

Everything is good, but the Japanese restaurant disappoint.

This hotel is really 100,000% to be recommended !!!!! I do not know where to start.
You walk into the hotel and immediately feel at home, everyone here spoke perfect English, many here spoke German or French.
You will be well informed about everything here. Despite Corona, we felt very safe here. Everything was very clean, there was disinfectant everywhere and loungers, tables and the like were regularly disinfected.
Room: we only had a double room it was really very large, nicely furnished and it was cleaned regularly and very thoroughly. After a few days we upgraded with our own pool, really recommendable.
Area: very large, clean, beautifully designed, very remote, which didn't bother us. You are in good hands with a rental car.
Food: very tasty, the restaurants are very good, lots of great dishes, lots of choice. The buffet restaurant was also very tasty. Cocktails and other drinks were always delicious. There is a huge choice.
Beach: clean, great service, the beach is sand and pebble, everything was okay. A few more flowers or plants would round it up a little more, but we were still satisfied with everything here.
Now we come to the service! It's top notch, never seen anything great. Everyone was super friendly, grateful and attentive. You could really have fun with some of the staff here.
The greatest respect goes to Jannis, he runs the restaurants downstairs, you can tell he loves his job !!! He is so friendly a good-hearted person !!! We thank him for the great time and the delicious food. Another thank you goes to the nice ladies and gentlemen at the pool bar; Voula who probably makes the best cocktails, Nico Alex and Panos, all really sooo friendly. Thanks to them, we always had a lot of fun in the evening, great conversations with good cocktails! You can see that they like doing their job.
These 5 people really made our vacation unforgettable, thank you very much.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon for our first wedding anniversary. We had read good reviews on trip advisor. On arrival we got a glass of fizz and Katerina had upgraded us to the superior deluxe suite with a sea view. We had champagne and fruit basket waiting for us on arrival in our room. Arriving late we couldn't see the view and we left the curtains open and the view in the morning was picture perfect which brought a tear to my eye. The staff are all wonderful nikos at the pool bar. And jani and stelious at the prestigo restaurant were amazing for dinner very polite and couldnt do enough for us. We had a candlelight dinner on our anniversary at the thallasa restaurant organized by Katerina. And drinks back at prestigo we went back to our room and Katerina had personally been in our room and decorated all the bed and left champagne made the wife very happy and teary eyed. She really does go above and beyond as do all the Staff. It's a little piece of paradise so clean everyone so friendly and time really does stand still.

We were in Rhodes in July 2020 and loved this hotel and the service. A wonderful room with a private pool was the perfect vacation.

Nice secluded place to relax. Large spa area with steam bath and sauna. The rooms with their own pool are the highlight. The Asian restaurant is also very good. Overall, the food was pretty good, even if the buffet can't keep up with the menu for dinner.

The private sandy beach is also very nice, but the insider tip is the two secluded bays to the right, which are about 10 minutes away on foot. Here you can also do nudism and snorkel or hike a bit.

The hotel staff was very mixed, some were very accommodating, others seemed a bit overwhelmed. The evening program appealed to us less and the Salza evening was unfortunately a bit thin. The long drinks and cocktails were too alcohol-heavy for our taste. My girlfriend couldn't get one inside because it only tasted like alcohol. Instead of diluting the cocktail a bit, a new one was mixed and boldly added to the bill. Since day 3 we have limited ourselves to mineral water. Price / performance ratio and the service wasn't right here.

Otherwise there were nice shopping possibilities right in the hotel where we got everything we needed from jewelry, swimwear, souvenirs (not just junk) and food.

The hotel is actually a really nice complex with all the pools, beaches, restaurants and the spa, but a lot here is in need of renovation, also because the price is really cheap overall.

Oh yes, the cleanliness is otherwise great, it is cleaned, tidied up and towels changed all day. The front desk and the manager try to help with all problems as much as possible. We had to change rooms due to the noise, which worked without any problems the next day including a room upgrade.

The location is quite far from the airport and quite remote. So if you plan on going out etc then a car is recommended. You can hire a car and book excursions at reception.

We have spent a wonderful stay in a room with private pool. The hotel is far from everything and is huge, but it has a beautiful style and decoration, with direct access to the beach (with some quiet ones), but despite being so large it is very quiet. The room is very spacious and has a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ate in the Asian restaurant and in the Mediterranean, although the service and atmosphere is unbeatable, the food in general is its weak point, it lacks quality. The last day they left us a gift in the room and the first day we had complimentary fruit, water and wine. It is a wonderful hotel, very detailed in customer care, to repeat on our next trip to Rhodes.

From the minute we arrived on 8 Aug to the minute we left the Staff and organisation were amazing. The hotel and organisation in these difficult time was first class and we felt much safer in here than UK! Shame to pick out Staff as they were all so nice but special thanks for the initial reception welcome, particularly Voula and Niko their incredible work on the pool bar and the restaurant Demetrius. What a wonderful break recommend all to take the COVID plunge and jet off here.

We stayed in the hotel for 14 days in July with a toddler, my points in a nutshell
+ great spacious area
+ everything and everywhere clean
+ very nice waiters
+ great mini club for the little ones, lots of toys and great care
+ great breakfast buffet
+ an "indoor pool" for the little ones, which was great, especially on almost always very windy days with small children
+ great uncomplicated rental car company in the hotel
+ great WiFi everywhere
+ great mini market, good prices and almost everything available about diapers, baby food, hats, drinks, sun cream etc.
+ very quiet hotel
- The room was nice and big and clean, but mixed furniture, no real seating
- Food, with a very Russian touch, I missed the Greek, there was mostly rice, french fries, stews and gratinated or boiled eggs on a large plate and thick meat sausage on top - who wants that ??? !! Or else a lot of Russian salads, Russian soup, borscht etc. after 6 days we already didn't know what to eat, that has never happened to us after such a short time, always the same ...
- Change of room (since very noisy neighbors for many days), unfortunately not, one day we were told that the manager had to decide we should come back tomorrow the next day another said without looking "no is not possible" but he noted it we would be informed by letter in the room, if so ?? !! - Conclusion we haven't heard from the front desk
- Drinks prices were very high in the hotel, small coke 0.25, glass of wine and a bottle of water 14.50 at dinner or at the pool bar Club Sandwich 13, Pizza Magarita 10
- The loungers were all occupied even though no one was there we noticed the reception to them saying, they don't know what to do, whether we had an idea and we should contact the pool bar
0 poor TV reception and few programs - who cares
0 beach was nice for Greece, the water was very clean and hardly any waves, but bathing shoes are important because they are very stony
0 transfer airport hotel 1 1/2 hours
0 approx. 95% Russians, 3% English, 2% German

When you arrive you feel in a quality hotel.

The hotel is in the quiet of the island (1h15 from Rhodes town)
You can rent a car on site for an attractive price (40 per day)
The rooms have all the necessary comforts, the housekeeper comes twice a day to clean the room.
