It was a best Home Decoration store I have ever visit ever. I just lost there for many hours. Not expensive and great quality, a lot of great stuff for home. If you want to make your home great living place just visit this store.
Very cool store with all kinds of Home Decor, Patio, and kitchen items. You'll find things here you won't find anywhere else, but you really have to hunt for bargains!
It killed me to give this amazing store 3 stars but I had to because of a bad experience. I drove all the way here one night and they closed an hour earlier than their website stated. It states on the website 10pm on Sundays but they closed at 9pm. I had just got there at about 8:45 and drove all the way from Shelbyville. They need to be more clear on hours. Other than that this is an amazing store for furniture. If you are looking for a good rug, look no further as they have a huge inventory. Tons of decor. This is probably the best home decor store I've ever seen. They have a huge selection of art, curtains, bedding, kitchenware and lamps. Not including tons of other stuff. I absolutely love this place and the people that work there are super nice.
They don't have much left in the Christmas department. However there is always a hidden gem somewhere there to be found.

I had a problem with a brand new piece of furniture I bought. One manager (Michele) told me in disgust they would never sell anything damaged. The other manager was more understanding, took down my info, said he would get back to me, and never did. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Nice decorations, though.

I had high hopes. But I don't know if they had nice things or not. It smells so strongly of candles or perfume or something that my eyes immediately started burning. I had to turn around and walk right back out the door.
This store is amazing. The merchandise here is similar to a Kirklands, Old Time Pottery, TJ Maxx Home, Big Lots, and other big box store all under one roof. The lamp selection is the best! So many different styles and you can mix and match the shades. There is also a large amount of outdoor furniture and a huge selection of cushions. If your setting up home/apartment and don't want to spend mega buucks definately check this place out.
Anything you need for your home at a reasonable price.
Spent over 30 mins in store and couldn't find one floor salesperson to assist. Went to register for help to find only one person checking out. Is this the only employee in the entire store today? Left without buying a bookshelf located in the overstock. Too heavy for me to reach and no one around to help.
Huge selection of home goods in every imaginable department. Quality of products is higher than their low prices. Plenty of employees on the floor throughout the store to help you find anything or answer your questions.
One area that could stand improvement is the check out, cashier lines. There is usually a long wait to check out even with 3 or 4 cashiers.
This store lacked the items and choices I have grown accustomed to in my city.

Wife loves this place, can be on the expensive end for some furniture, but reasonable prices for pre-built furniture. Bought cheap $20 patio chairs from here, and they still seem brand new. So, furniture lasts

Have been a loyal customer for the last few years for all my decorating projects for my home and office. I have referred friend's, family and strangers to the store. I just recently told a woman who was shopping for a picture at Home Goods to visit your store.
I had the worst experience on Friday evening 8/23/19 around 7:30 pm. The manager looked up a canvas art piece that I wanted to purchase and stated that if she couldn't find the price she would charge me the price of a comparable item. Great! She then sent a coworker (blonde woman) to find a comparable item.
My daughter, niece and I were on our way to dinner so to expedite the search I walked over to the area and grabbed a "comparable" item from the same area that I picked up the unticketed item. The blonde was near the pictures by the wall, not on the aisle where I got the item. I told her that thi was were I picked up the picture. I picked a "comparable" one up and began to walk back to the register. The blonde took the picture from me and I believed that she was going to bring it to the register. She didn't, and when I returned to the register the manager miraculously located a price and said it cost 3 times more than the comparable item.
I believe they were rude, misleading, and did not treat me with the same dignity and respect that I extended to them. Needless to say, I left the items. I was overwhelmed by the way I was treated and doubt that I can ever patronize At Home again.

This is a large warehouse style home furnishings store. They carry rugs, small furniture, decorations, homegoods, outdoor furniture, and seasonal decorarions. There is a large selection and free parking in the shopping center lot.
The staff is incredibly friendly. I only had moderate difficulty finding what I was looking for, new bedsheets.

Huge store with low prices. I wish you could order or reserve pieces but it seems you have to keep checking back to see if the item you see on their website ever arrives in stock.
Great store with a nice revolving stock of home decor. Can find pretty much anything to suit your needs. Modern, vintage, neutral, colorful, basically anything your inner basic white girl could ever want.
This place is awesome! It's a large home decor store, but we went here for the outdoor Xmas decorations. They had a ton more than Lowes, Home Depot, or Wal Mart. They also have a lot of cool stuff for Halloween. The wife thinks their rug selection is nice too.
Great place for basis decorations. But BEWARE if you buy anything that is mechanical in anyway. They only offer a 30 day return if the item was never open. So I try to find some where else to shop unless it is a true decorative only item. BAD POLICY BEWARE IN ADVANCE.

Great deals unique gifts and ideas. Can be a bit overwhelming. When you come plan to walk a while. Some prices are ok some are high. Furniture is unique but priced higher than expected. They are open late though so a great place to walk of dinner. Bigest draw back is a lack of help in the store. Staff is very nice amd helpful but hard to find.

They had the headboard we were looking for. We didn't even mind driving to the other store to pick it up.
My experience was horrific! I wanted this cute lil French country setee . I was excited because had been anticipating getting it for a while. Well upon closer inspection I found that three out of four if them were soiled .One had been stepped on with footprint, One had makeup on it and the 3rd one was slightly dirty as well I was kind of upset about it because I thought about getting two to go on either side if my long dining table I saw a sales rep to make her aware and she acted like I was a menace and so her attitude made me more frustrated So I asked to speak with the manager Once the manager came to me and I showed her all the filth . She just looked at me with a matter of fact unapologetic shrugg of the shoulders well customers let there kids jump on it . I could not believe the uncaring response She was not very professional She just did not care Now I know why the other sale staff member was so rude I had asked the same rep about down pillow inserts ...down pillows are something so destincte that anyone working there should have some idea She just rudely told me to go look and that she had no idea. As I walked away the manager said something under her breath to the rep she asked to take the one clean setee up to the front to which he responded That is terrible . When I called back later that day I asked if someone could wrap it in plastic and the person on the phone just said I don't know if U have enough sdtaff to help you here again a nadty unhelpful attitude So when I got there u asked for someone could load it for me no one came after waiting 15 minutes then thus other rep said begrudgingly and rudely your going to have to help me she grumbled on the way to my truck and only helped me lifted a little bit which made me tweek my back I was so upset by that point that I said the customer service here is just aweful she told me that You can just leave which made me lose my cool I went to report her to the unhelpful manager she lunged at me called me crazy and lied and said I told her to go f her self which is not even in my tendency to use in that format she was going to try to put her hands on me until the manager jumped in between us she acted like a mad woman with so many unsightly tattoes to count I like tatties but she looks like a road map The store had boxes every where in the isles it was messy and unsightly me and two other custoers discussed that it looked chaotic to enjoy shopping worse shopping experience if my life I would only go to the Franklin location this is home decor in the hood where you might get shanked
This place has everything! If you're looking to decorate or for something new or different, make this place one of your stops. Well worth it.

Enormous selection of basically everything. My girlfriend and I went for pots, and there were so many different designs it was hard to choose. Very reasonable prices as well.
If the home decor tab of Amazon had a physical store, it would look like this. Everything and anything you could need to decorate is here. This store is huge but very organized and clean. I can spend all day here and always find what I'm looking for. There is always a helpful worker around the corner.
There are good products here but the store is a mess. There are pallets everywhere and some aisles you just cannot even maneuver through. It is the holiday season, but I spent over an hour in the store and did not see an employee until I got to the register. Come ready to filter through things!
