The location of the Asiana is great but there is no on site parking for this restaurant you have to use the multi storey car park across the road. The restaurant itself is nice but the heating in the restaurant isn't very good at all. The meals were ok but I have had better. Service was good
Tremendous once again. As always, great food, great service. Our go to place for a nice evening out. Even with a table of 20 people, food was great and served quick. 10/10

Took my partner here for her birthday great place to celebrate had the Asiana banquet so good no room for the dessert but they offered to put it in a box for us which we thought was a nice gesture even though we did not accept staff so attentive nothing to much trouble food out of this world so please try this great establishment

Stunning food, staff friendly, cheaply priced especially for what you get. Would have got 5 stars but spring rolls came out cold on the bottom, hot on the top and they gave everyone prawn crackers on arrival but us. Forgot to take pictures of main but pictures wouldn't have done it justice as it was beautiful - King Prawn Curry (never seen so many prawns)

Food is always beautiful and the service has always been to the highest standard. Honestly u can't fault anything. Me and my girlfriend hav never ever been disappointed. My advice: if u want a window seat/river view, book in advance because it's so popular.

I usually just do collections, which is always unreal! Salt n pepper chicken , it s usually a little more expensive than other chinese however this is by far the best and is always my go 2. Service was shocking to be honest!-
Moody waitresses that sat us down and served us quickly once they found out we only want half a duck to share. Acted like we we're a hassle throughout our time there and when we wanted to pay we had to go up to the counter ourselves due to getting ignored by our server. We found this awkward and wanted to get out ASAP! We went to the bar to pay and the lady at the bar was nice to us then the waitress that was serving us and gave us such terrible service approached the lady at the bar and spoke to her in Chinese then the women who was nice behind the bar became very blunt and cold towards us! We don't know why this was the case at all- we were not bad we wanted half a duck which is more than enough for two people and were treated like porpers!
The duck was expensive compared to other restaurants but due to the food being nice it was okay- the atmosphere wasn't nice due to the staff but the view was nice!

An excellent experience, both for the quality (and quantity) of the food, and for how efficient and friendly the service was. They were really good at engaging with two young children (aged 6 and 8) without distracting/over-exciting them. I'd particularly recommend the Honey chilli chicken.

Amazing experience every time. We have been coming here for years and have yet to have a bad meal. The staff are friendly, well dressed and attentive.
We went in here on a Saturday night. It wasn't to busy at all. We were told we had to eat and leave within 2 hours. Wasn't a great thing to say to us as we are being seated. I had looked at the menu online of drinks, on the menu as mixers red bull was advertised but when ordering the women didn't seem to understand what I was asking for then went away and came back saying they no longer do this and they had failed to update there online menu.
So I ordered a coke witch came flat and tasted horrible like water and sugar. So I ordered a bottle instead that had fizz to it.
We ordered a chicken chow mein. Chicken curry, egg fried rice and chips. The chow mein was horrible all I could taste was salt. No flavour to this at all have had better from a takeway and panda all you can eat. The curry was nice, egg fried rice had very little egg in it and didn't seem like it was fried. And the chips weren't even coocked properly they were still hard when eating them.
I went to order a dessert but I am lactose and can't eat cream. So I asked if I could have the brownie without the cream and ice cream
Over all I would not recommend this place to eat. I think the prices are ok but not worth it for the food you actually get. You are better of ordering a takeaway at home or going to a buffet restaurant where you will get better than here.

My and my partner had a meal at Asiana last week and must say it was stunning food and will definitely be back, The staff where super friendly and very professional with this current Covid19 situation so you felt at ease. Been to Asiana many times, including New Years Eve, and have rarely had a nicer experience. The food, service and atmosphere are always first class. Great views of the riverside also make it that little extra special.

Ordered tofu for apprtizer, chilli and garlic king prawn and sizzling black bean sauce beef for main, and banana fritter and ice cream for dessert. I think the beef is the best beef i ever had in an asian restaurant here in the UK. With that reasonable price, the foods are allllll amazing!! The portion is just right. The staffs are also nice. The view (river wear) also gives another experience. Def would come back again!
