Great experience in the Roscoe village Ashley home furniture store! Marianna was very patient, courteous, professional and helpful! Will definitely go back!

The two stars goes towards their furniture. I truly love my sectional I and bedframe I got there. It is good quality and sturdy. However, the customer service here and the overall shopping experience was perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. Stores like these are the reason why companies like Amazon are thriving faster than ever. This was not a customer centric experience. Unless you absolutely want a certain item from here, go somewhere else - you will save yourself a headache. If not, expect to wait approximately two months before they get everything right.

Great furniture, terrible customer service. When buying big purchases it is so important to feel taken care of. Not the case here. Given wrong information about their inventory. A different table was ordered than the one I was sitting at with the sales rep, saying "I want this table". Trying to correct it, I had a hard time getting a hold of the same sales rep and other reps would not help me. When I did get the situation resolved, I had to call I think 5 times to get a receipt sent to me to confirm the correct table was in fact going to be delivered (I had to beg, and got attitude because "didn't I call yesterday?"). Best part was the correct table was less expensive then what they had ordered for me. I had to wait weeks for reimbursement. Pretty unacceptable when it was their mistake in the first place. I won't return. You spend thousands of dollars in these stores. Not OK. Also, they are not apart of Ashley Furniture's national brand so no getting any help outside of that one store. If you can avoid, do so.

Lisa was amazing. Very helpful the whole time we were there. She helped us find a really great sofa with a chaise for an amazing price. Would recommend her to anyone. 5 star employee

I was greeted by Jennifer with a great smile and was assisted with my mattress purchase. Jennifer was nice and very knowledgable. I was in and out in 20 min with my new mattress thank you Jennifer

Went in with an open mind just to look and get a few ideas for our new apartment. We were in the market for a sectional for the living room. We ve always liked the quality of Ashely s home store furniture. Moving is always a pain so when we saw a few pieces we liked we were quickly discouraged at our wine taste on a beer budget mentality. When approached by the sales associate Nigel he showed us similar pieces at their home store prices we liked allot better. While he was approving our financing application we were approached by Adam the manager on duty. Adam had taken notice that we were looking at the mattresses while making our way around the store. He asked us a few questions about our sleep quality and without knowing us he was able to figure out all of our sleep problems. Super knowledgeable he then took us to a mattress in store that measures your pressure points when sleeping. After seeing our pressure points he then found the perfect mattress for us and as soon as we laid down and felt the difference we quickly said take our money! Being that we weren t in the market for a mattress we were extremely out of budget. Adam then talked with Nigel and was able to write us up a deal we couldn t say no too. We were then greeted by Lesly who got us and explained all of our financing delivery and paperwork. We got the mattress we didn t know we needed and an awesome sectional for the new living room. Awesome people and very knowledgeable overall excellent experience :D

Lori Ann was very helpful in helping us to pick out a Tempur-pedic mattress and base. When they ran out of the cover we ordered, they were awesome and upgraded us for free. Thanks!

Horrible, horrible customer service experience. They overcharged me by $100 a year ago and I have been trying to dispute it ever since. Over a year of waiting they finally said they can t do anything about it. Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with, apparently no one can do anything and they just kept passing me around and giving me numbers to call that are useless.
