The breakfast is good, the room needs an upgrade, the pool area is comfortable

But Poor Interior Room Design, a lot of stuffs need to be replaced or even need to redesign it's room design because it is getting old.

Salah satu hotel bintang 5 yg mewah nih. Skrg harganya terjangkau banget. Walau memang termasuk hotel tua. Perabot juga tua, tapi masih terawat. Lobby juga mewah. Parkiran luas. Kamar cukup luas, ada bath tub segala walaupun bukan kamar Suite. Breakfast saat nginep disini harus di takeaway. Jadi kurang puas. Tapi rasanya ok. Kolam renang cukup nyaman walau untuk anak2 kurang2 karena cuma ada 1 pilihan kolam yg cetek.

Room is spacious, bed is comfy and bedding of good quality. Breakfast choise contains traditional and western food. Swimming pool is large enough and was not busy during days we have been here. Some of electrical outlets in our room did not work and the furniture was well aged.

The Hotel is elegance , just surprised at first when we see the exterior from the street before entering the building looks like it needs repainting , but everything inside are well maintained only the parking areas really need improvement , Kids love the pool and there is one guy name supriyono if I'm not mistaken is very friendly. Overall we are having a good time and will be back for sure.

Great hotel to stay in, first you get a really nice receptionist, second you get a really nice room, and if you chose the one that has a balcon, that one is great to just relax and enjoy the sun, and the weather.... plus if you feel like you wanted to workout a little bit, just go out from the balcon, and there you go! Theres a swimming pool right outside your room! How sick was that!?! Plus theres also a jacuzzi there, so if you doesn't feel like swimming, you still can relax there. And if it's finally night, you can go to the top floor, to enjoy the club dinner, professional people there, beautiful and delicious food! Overall, a 5/5 experience...

I stayed here 30 des - 1jan 2018. the rooms are quite spacious and clean, it & amp; # 39; s just that there is a part behind the table near the bed with a hole in the wall which turns out to be where the cables are. good cleanliness and friendly cleaning service.

The breakfast menu on the first day is delicious, the second day at New Year is not good.

for the swimming pool it is also enough, it & amp; # 39; s just that there are other guests who are not wearing swimsuits and swimming. so it's a bit annoying and should be reprimanded. while for the jacuzzi the first day the temperature was just right. Meanwhile, on k2 the water tends to be cold, somehow it can be different from the previous day.

For the access card it was quite annoying, I stayed 3 days 2 nights and the next day my card could not be used because he said it was possible that the card was only set to stay 1 night, so I had to queue again to ask for the card access to be opened with a queue of guests who had queued a lot because they wanted to check in at that time (31 dec). Really unpleasant and tiring.
For the second day it was repeated, I got up early and left the hotel to meet people. When I returned to the hotel to go to the room the card access could not be used, so I could not go to my room even though it was not yet time for check out (12 o'clock). Again I had to queue again to open the card access along with other guests who wanted to check out at that time to prepare for check out ... really unpleasant.

The rooms are cool and clean. Only standard plugs use Europe, so for Indonesians you should bring a converter.

Old building hotel. Just came for my kid's piano examination. The room level smell of smoking. But, absolutely this hotel was one of the best.
