Went to see the fantastic Sound of Music. Great venue as usual. Pity about the construction taking place which took alot away from the experience. Also noted that the aircon was quite loud and extremely cold in the theatre hall.

Of course your night is dependent on the show you see, but the theater is great. Impressive architecture - in a brutal fashion - enough bars and toilets so that you don't have to wait too long, comfy seats. All good.

Too much walking especially since there is no closer parking for those with a disability. Seating is also too close. I felt sorry for myself and others who's toes had to pay the price for lack of space to walk

The service was excellent. The production "Westside Story" was great. It was good actors and all of them had really good voices.. Must say, you really should be fit to play in a production like that.

Excellent theatre presenting talented casts and impressive shows. Large capacity and many performances. Cheap underground parking. You get a sense of high class when attending. There are many easy to find restrooms, but the ladies' facilities have extremely long queues during intermissions. There are drinks, souvenirs and programs for sale at all/most performances during intermission.
Bookings are easily done via the computicket website, which usually allows you to select your seats months in advance.

Beautiful theatre with world class productions. I encourage you to order your interval drinks before the show because there is not that much time to stand and wait in a line.

You can order and pay for your drinks when you arrive and they will be waiting for you as soon as you come out of the theatre.

From doing workshops here and performing on the stage. From enjoying the theatre filling with laughter due to a performance by Mark Lottering and tension filling the air from a production filled with passion and intent, this place is truly amazing.

A disgrace. A public theater and they only have wheel chair access on the one side down the main theater. The other side has steps. The ushers were clueless and ignorant and kept sending us to the wrong entrance. The show was brilliant but what a mission to gain access to our seats . I took my 92 year old mom in law and it was a struggle getting to our seats. They get full marks for reserving parking directly at the front entrance. The parking attendants were great.

I always enjoy the shows there, but the catering arrangements leave much to be desired. We were told that we could not sit in the restuarant and have coffee, only if we were going to eat, we were referred to the bar, which did not serve coffee, only champagne and water. I am a non drinker and found this ridiculous. There were no other options. Some of the bar staff we incredibly disorganised and even rude. Sonething to think about Artscape management

There's no through way on the balcony. The rows should be split into aisles. If someone wants to pass the whole must get up so that those who are seated on the far side can get through. Very bad seating
