Stayed at this hotel for 3 times, the south indian food that they provide in the morning was delicious. Hotel staff is co-operative at all levels. Parking facilty is not adequate, this was the reason i gave 4 stars.

Room is so small not match with the room rate.bit costly as par its facility is concern.winter season, but hot water supply is funny due to its power sensor.However,its breakfast is appriciable.

Very bad service. Staff lethargic. People on phone immune to calls. Housekeeping very bad. Leaking AC. Dusty telephone equipment. What else? You can write essay.

I have stayed in this hotel yesterday but at the time of stay whole light I was facing electricity problem and my colleagues came with me late night at hotel. And at the time of check out they asked me for money so I have asked for what then they have told us for extra members when I have told them no one informed me about this then they told us that we never tell anyone about this. There behavior were Rude and I don't even like this. Vishal and Azhar both members behavior are Rude and they don't know how to greet guest
Overall I Will never stay in this hotel.

Service is great. Easy to locate. Rooms are clean. But the food was little unsatisfying.

Hotel is not big. Room is also small but with beautiful interiors. Fare is little much higher.

Very professional service. Good ambience, cooperative staff

For the price its quite decent( food is pretty good)...but there is a lot more that can be done( Wifi, service, amenities...etc)

Recently stayed at this hotel after a gap of two years. An extremely good hotel. Only change in last two years was that there in no room service for F&B and the only hotel restaurant opens in evening. But, besides this, the hotel is an excellent place to stay. I only hope that room service for F& B starts soon.

Decent rooms with friendly staffs, as it's located in a very crowdy place so it's quite to get in their your car, but you will have a parking lot nearby to the hotel. Rooms are clean and wide with all facilities such as free Wi-Fi, tv etc. Locality is full of different shops for all kind of shopping and having good food as well.

the rooms were nice food was good but most of the options in sweets were not available (just rasmalai) and wifi was "just for surfing",very slow to be used and service was slow

Extremely unsatisfying

We booked this hotel offline. The price was decent, maybe a little bit on the higher side with respect to the services being provided. The hotel seems new with the building new and painted. The staaf is courteous. The food rates seemed a little costly.

An okayish hotel for a short stay in the vicinity of the the city. The location of the hotel is good. Service was not perfect or upto the mark. Rest all was good. I asked for breakfast at 8am and it was ready on time. I stayed here for a night. The rooms were not so spacious but comfortable. There was some issue in the AC that neither me nor the hotel staff could get. All in all an average hotel and can be considered for a short stay. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I visited the hotel to check the rooms for some of my guests. The rooms are well furnished, quality of service is also good. the staff treats you well. the location is good but might face some problems due to metro construction.
