Clean rooms, nothing spectacular, but clean and comfortable. The sourdough restaurant food is FANTASTIC, and relatively inexpensive. Staff is very nice, and I love the fact that a deposit is not required, no resort fees and credit card is not necessary. The only drawback is the clientele can be rather seedy at times and so is the neighbourhood. If you are coming to see sights, it its not near anything, it's basically smack in the middle of the west side of the city, geared towards locals.

Sucks, filthy, nasty, crappy security, surveillance must not watch anything, there was a pimp tricking a girl right across the hall from our room. He stood right in the hallway "conducting business" with a huge hand full of cash and a bottle of whiskey in the other. There are cameras everywhere! They just don't care. Be safe and stay away.

Two stars based on the price of room and resort fee wasn't ridiculous. However the shower in my room was awful. It literally had no water pressure. I had to wash my hair with the bathtub faucet which was nasty by the way.

We love going to breakfast here! With the players card you can get a great steak and eggs for 5 bucks. Be advised that you need to go early. 8 or 9 works well for us. Any time later than that gets quite busy and the diner fills up fast.

The room itself was very well made, and clean which was the main part of my stay. Amenities are exactly what you are paying for, so for it's price it is reasonable. The downside is that the smoke from the casino does travel but being on the 4th floor it was not horrible. Location was convenient for getting on to the strip and going to death valley.

Hotel: Decent, Clean and Affordable

Hotel: Decent, Clean and Affordable
Food: Good
Casino: Great

I called before I arrived and at check in confirmed a non smoking room. When I got to the the room it was not a non smoking room.
Went downstairs and the front desk agent apologized and fixed the issue.

When I was on the machine it froze and an attendant came by and said she would be back in a few minutes to hand pay but she took longer than that 15 minutes+ She was gone for a while by that time my taxi came and still no sign of her. I had to pay more for the taxi.
They need to tell there staff to be more honest about the timing and be more quick when someone says we have a taxi coming.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this hotel!...

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this hotel! The staff is so rude and no one communicates
with each other. The girls at the front desk are always bickering with each other. The housekeeping staff are rude and cannot speak english in fact one maid called me stupido because she couldn't understand me. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor. And two different occasion, housekeeping came into our room at 3 am waking us up.Stated they got the wrong room. More than likely they thought the room was vacant and wanted to take a nap or something more serious. I complained to the asst hotel manager about all of this, but nothing will change. I believe that they teach their staff on how to be as rude as possible. On my last day checking out there were 10 other guest all complaining about how rude the staff was. I've spent about $2000.00 in the last month and a half on rooms here. Doesn't matter to these people. Don't book a room here. They deserve a zero star rating.

As a local couple in Las Vegas we like to try different upscale restaurants throughout the city. My husband is a serious "foodie", a great cook and I am one of the pickiest eaters anyone would ever meet. We tried the steak house at Arizona Charlies on Decatur last night and have to say I was very disappointed. It started off good but went down hill fast. First we were seated in the back, by the kitchen even though the entire restaurant was empty except maybe five tables. We overlooked that. We were attended to quickly by a very nice and informative waiter who gave very good advice on what to order and drink. The Chef salad he prepared in front of us was amazing and for me to say that since I generally don't eat Chef salad is definitely saying something. He recommended an amazing red wine and great steak for my husband and the sword fish for me as well as a drink. The food was good but the sauce over the swordfish reminded me of the sauce in chicken pot pies so I scraped it off. At this point we had decided he was going to be tipped VERY well but then.....we looked at our completed plates for 20 minutes with not one bus boy to clear the table and no attention by the waiter even though he walked by us at least ten times and kissed the butts of the patrons seated in the next booth. By the context of their conversation they ate there weekly and were well known. They consumed all of his attention which I am assuming because they are weekly clients and great tippers. We finally asked the bus boy to get our check and that is when he took some of the plates from the table. What the waiter doesn't know is that when we find a local restaurant we are also great tippers and will visit often and refer people. So what could have been one of our new local steak houses will not be visited by us again which is too bad because the food was good.

2 security guards were so rude to myself and my husband and we were guests there. They followed him and were making fun of him and I. They followed us all the way to the elevator. They were insulting and condensing to both of us. Big African American lady was just rude and so was the huge African American male guard with her arm in arm. I refuse to stay there again.

Rooms are OK.

That nasty disgusting smell and atmosphere at main desk and lobby.
I get that you can smoke and gamble in Vegas. I've gotten used to it, but this place is a new level on its own.

Everything was good. It's obviously not a 5 star hotel, it's not on the strip. Pool was small and not heated, but the jacuzzi was nice. Buffet was DELICIOUS. Bed could be more comfortable. But, once again, this isn't supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

The room and excellent. Meanwhile ... the cleaning lady does not dust, does not put things in the place, stops cleaning the bed 4 times in 15 days. He usually forgot to replace toiletry products. Not quite, the buffet service only works for breakfast from 4 am, which complicates a lot because of the distance from the hotel with other food options. In fact there is a 24 hour cafeteria on site, but the delay in service is out of the ordinary. Disorderly, confused, lousy. Very basic casino. I did not like it.

Left with what $ that I came with to spend on gambling. Outside of that, it feels like any other station casino (but much more dated and darker). They did have a great little special by the sportsbook though. They had a wheeled cart w/ an attractive lady selling $2 hot dogs and $2 bottled beer.

Worst trip ever in my 21 years! Security guards doing too much. If you're smoking how can you wear a mask at same time. Laws ,regulations, procedures have been put in place and are supposed to be followed with not violating your rights!
