It wasn't as good as it used to be!! Food very dry, waitress very inattentive.

I gamble here often because it's a nice off-strip low-key casino.

It's ok place if you're just passing thru don't plan a vacation to stay there,it's a seedy place and not really much to do.Also there are alot of street workers inside...pros Ross and souvenir place in parking lot...........

Just spent a long weekend enjoying a reunion of the USS Belknap. The staff and service teams were top notch. The Sourdough Cafe, open 24/7, offeres great food at good pricing. The buffet ofters a wide selection and the staff there is friendly and helpful. We took advantage of many tours and were so glad we did! Our Ladies Auxiliary breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. The food at our banquet was absolutely scrumptous and the desserts were yummy in the tummy! Bingo was an absolute hoot and we did pretty good at the slots, too. Ours room was in the newly renovated tower and was clean and smoke free. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but it is a nice area .. did some "down time" reading in the brilliant Nevada sunshine!
The only downside was the smoke-filled casino area .... there is a closed in smoke free area, but you have to go through the smoking area to get to it ... should be the other way around. Off the beaten track, but Uber, taxi, and Speedy Shuttle gets you around ok. I can't figure out how to post photos, but our view was awesome ... we were even treated to hot air balloons coming over the mountains!
PS: one thing I would strongly suggest ... for events such as ours, in order for your guests to get here from the airport, verify in advance which shuttle company actually will come out here .. we went to 4 companies before we found one .... food for future thought, esoecially if you want reunions/conventions business

Great place if you don't want to deal with the big casino drama and just want to o go for a second.

This place isn't even fun anymore. It's like putting your money into a vacuum cleaner. It's just a legalized form of robbing people of their hard earned cash.

The staff can be a bit rude sometimes but the food is pretty good

I would just like to say thank you to the supervisor that worked on the 25th of October I had an issue with one of my rooms and I took my issue down to the supervisor of front desk and she accommodated me the most beautiful room I could imagine at Arizona Charlie's I love the Jacuzzi oh my goodness, but it took me a little bit to get comfortable in there but finally did at the end of the night ,it would have been nice to have two nights stay instead of the one but , I'm really happy thank you very much I absolutely love the 7th floor, also the only the only thing that bothered me was the cocktail waitresses they avoid you if you don't tip a dollar Everytime and I play max bet most of the time for water. Buffet was lovely but it would be nice to have something different, Sourdough Cafe kudos to you absolutely delicious great great customer service ,security awesome great job absolutely wonderful thank you guys ask , guest room attendant to me is lacking in some areas I don't know if they're rushing I went to one room and had no toilet paper I go to another room another day had no ashtrays I go to another room another day I had no washcloths the last room I was in the toilet was nasty at the bottom of the base they need a little bit more work on the guest room attendant service. I am looking forward to dine in Ron's steak house. Thank you Uncle Charlie

They have loose slot there and great stake and eggs breakfast I recommend

Buffet is good, I like the Boulder Hwy a bit better. We go on Tuesday's 2-4-1 buffet day

Very cheap buffet but I prefer Arizona Charlie's boulder because Arizona Charlie's Decatur not provide meat or shrimp or any kind of fish but it's more big than Arizona Charlie's boulder

This was always my favorite casino as local back in 2002-2004. I swung by for a quick visit last night and it remains quite nice. I wonder if The Checkmates are still around?

If you wanna get shot on the way out be my guest. Place was horrible I m sorry. The homeless outside didn t help. And inside wasn t all that. Disappointed went there for Bingo ended up leaving after walking In and a homeless guy followed us in asking for money

Very dated. Nothing special. Only positive is one of the only places in Vegas that offers 24 hour bingo

Its the best place for locals or any body that wants to be treated fairly. Customer service is impecable

We went there to grab the buffet lunch. The food, and selection was a hungry persons fantasy. After we at lunch we we went in the casino. I won but not enough so I played it back, and left with still my shirt on.

it was fun food was good. i got drunk but it was still good. over all it was good and aswome for me.

Great hotel/ casino for locals to play and dine. We enjoy the food specials offered in the Cafe, yummy burger and full breakfast.

I like Arizona Charlie's..not crazy about some of the employees but I'm not paying them ...buffet is awful but it's 2 for 1 on tues get there early cause the place is crazy with kids ....coffee shop is very good food ..gift shop used to be a lot better (have no idea what happened there) lots of security felt very safe there.

Had not been to the buffet in about 4months. Today everything was horrible. It's always decent. But this time was horrible

I love playing Bingo at Arizona Charlie's. It is so convenient to be able to play every other hour 24 hours a day. They also have some very fun slot machines. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

We went for the hamburgers at the Sourdough Cafe. For $4.99 (with player card), they really can't be beat.

Better than in the past... haven't been in for awhile but its def not as stinky with cig smoke but that could be because not as many people... steak and eggs breakfast was the usual $6 with players card, so placed my NFL bets, had breakfast and left satisfied...

If you are looking for a nice Sunday brunch DON'T COME HERE. The food selection was horrible, it took the waders a long time to get my drinks, when I tried to order an omelet the station was always crowded. Their was also two kids running around and being loud and none of the workers said or did anything.

Inexpensive but delicious breakfast at the 24 hour restaurant. I had the Steak (cooked perfectly) & eggs and my husband had Ham & eggs. Both included hash browns and toast. I was really good.

Very good breakfast I ate the best biscuy of my life it takes a while to serve you is the only bad thing.

We had a great family reunion banquet there.The food was good no problems .

Always frendly people when i get a room. Nice and clean highly recommend for someone who needs a place to stay

Their machines pay like hell and their bingo staff sold of the absolute worst package of cards possible, we paid $42 for our cards and our friend who went got their before us got litterally twice the cards with a similar ratio of lv1-4 cards for a dollar more by not trusting in an employee to not screw him, on top of that they don t even have the same complimentary drinks every other bingo hall in Vegas has! I will never give Arizona Charlie s another penny as long as I live, and I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as they can.

Not that impressed. The restaurant food wasn't too good. The room we have is non smoking on 3rd floor. My sons legs and feet are completely black from crawling on the carpet. Its disgustingly filthy. I wonder if the whole hotel is this bad, or if its just my room...

I like that this casino because it is not too big and touristy, it gives more of a "where the locals go" feel to it. And the cafe is one my favorite places to get breakfast. It has that small town country cafe feel to it and the food is just same. Wonderful.

Worst hotel.smoke fills the place....The sourdough restaurant food was way over priced ..just see how small the half of sandwich...is the soup tastes like it's two days old...worst management team..best bet check in elsewhere.....if you want to waste your money....on a trashy place with low class people..welcome to Arizona Charlie's Decatur..You've been warned.......too bad I wasn't.
