Arizona Charlies Review

The chicken was old overcooked. Food quality was not as it was tears ago.

Decently priced for a clean room to pass out in overnight. Not too of the line but decent!

Local casino off the strip that has an ample amount of gaming experience. Ate at the sourdough cafe and it was good. Also has a buffet and a 24 hour bingo

Although Charlie's is an older casino, its homy , friendly, has RONS, a great steak house with very nice atmosphere. Pricey but delicious!!!! Today we had lunch, my huge chef salad an wife's chicken fried steak were great an very u nexpensive. We go alot.

Pretty small place, but you get what you pay for. Hotel room was nice and simple. Its a little bit dirty.

They have amazing workers and plenty of fun slot machines and great food as well

Rough crowd later at night and very slow drink service, but decent machine selection.

My favorite...need more games but hey the free slot play I get every week out does the selection besides I have one machine I always win on....need more food options too

The buffet was nasty food made me sick informed managers even took a picture will not eat thier again unless health dept checks it. It needs 2b cleaned & retrain cooks on food handling, cooking,cleaning,preparation & customer service sliding old good mixed with new cooked food is gross.

Dirty bathrooms food in buffet is not so great anymore. Spoiled fresh fruit and lettuce rotten. Rolls dry and hard biscuits hard and dry. Graves to salty. Just gross food. Machine I play had spit on it for over a month. Machine screens all around dirty. Machine not paying like when Ron ran the place. People are saying the same and planning to go elsewhere.

We didn't get a room, but we saw a friend and we ended up going to a restaurant there. The service was great and the food was amazing.

Rooms are clean. But it not a good place for family. No private inference for hotel guests and casino stinks with cigarette smokes like every other place in Las Vegas. Stay away since a double homicide happened when we stayed. The issue is not with the homicide itself since with guns/drugs/alcohol mix, it is happening everywhere. But the fact that the hotel operated as if nothing had happened at all tells me how they respect their guests and employees. The homicide victims were security guards employed by the casino. I will give a negative star if there is a way to do it.

A little bit too Smokey for me..

I'm giving the cocktail servers five stars they were very friendly and efficient. I really don't understand why security scolded me for drinking my drink and not having my mask all the way on, especially when I'm sitting alone with no one near me. It was hard to tell but I think he was laughing.

Hotel room was small, clean, and ok. Single king sized bed was good, pillows were kinda flat. Older style air conditioner that kinda blows at you throughout the night. The casino itself however was very thick in secondhand cigarette smoke and after an hour down there, you smell like an ashtray. (Unless you don't mind the smell) otherwise a decent hotel.

This place really went down the hill. Horrible Sunday service. Not enough staff and or staff is reaching senior citizen status and have slowed down. Food is served room temperature and fries were stale. They changed they're fries and now serve it with cheap ranch. Will not be coming back.

I stay here every other week for work. Clean older rooms. Pot smoke in the halls everyday but it is Vegas. For the price worth it. Get their true card.

Great waitress, good food, steak breakfast special $ 5.99 Hamburger and frues 4.99 and huge servings.Also a ham with bone in special vreakfast

Ever since the new owners took over Arizona Charlie's has gone downhill they hardly have anything on the menu anymore for the cafe and then they cut their staff so down that it takes forever and a day to get your order or to be able to order the last time we were in there we were sat down the bus person which folding napkins are rolling silverware and ignored us walked past us didn't ask us for drinks I just sat down and rolled silverware in napkins someone else was seated and they were asked by the person who set them what kind of drinks they wanted we were never asked so we finally just got up and left it's not the staffs fault it's the management fault because they reduce their employees to save money well they lost money for me that day and they're losing money every day from me because I will not go back ever

Ron's Steakhouse is the best. Chicken Parm special was the best ever ! Thanks JP for being the best waiter.

The front desk ladies were rude. There was only 1 woman working valet and she was never around when i needed to get my car. The staff at Arizona Charlies arent really friendly at all. I would not recommend this casino to my friends.

Excellent location to spend a day off, inexpensive breakfast, loose slots, and friendly cocktail waitresses

Awesome place a little loud but service is still top notch

Nice little locals place just north west of the Strip. Very relaxing and friendly staff, but again, small and old/musky. Definitely needs a remodel.

Since Golden Entertainment bought Arizona Charlies, Strat etc. The machines cost more to play and they don't pay. Don't waste your time or hard earned cash in any Golden Entertainment Casinos!

Cool inside but no temperature check just make sure to wear a mask

It was a nice stay. The room was clean. The bed was super comfy. I loved the pillows they were amazing, So fluffy. I have a hard time sleeping and I've struggled to find a pillow with good support and this hotel had really great pillows. My only complaint or dislike was that the room reaked of cigarette smoke. We asked for a non smoking room and it still stinked like cigarettes. My nose was completely stuffed every morning and I kept waking up with a bad headache (no I wasn't hung over lol) other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Always awesome. I haven't been down here I. Like 8 years. Great times.

Went there from the buffet. Was much better and more affordable than expected.

Waste of time nightmare machines. THIS PLACE SUCKS. Not happy the machines cold again. It s Much better to go try at a Station Casino Location at least Hospitality is just right.

Sourdough Cafe has the best breakfast late at night

It was good but do not like the drawing or the hot seat have so many tickets in and my name never call I heard people name been call at every drawing the same name every drawing it like it's a set up for these names to call at each drawing not fair with this drawing or hot seat spending lots of money and can't get at least something back not even from the machines

The room carpet was very much in need of a shampoo.

Had a great time, enjoyed the establishment and the people are from historical Vegas. Locals rock!

Order the Corn Beef Ruben at the Cafe. You won't regret it!

Cause of Security Always messing with wrong People instead of right ones Seen it to many times Ive never Personally had a problem with them but its just Matter of time Very Very disappointing fooling with Disrespect especially when it Supposed to be thier Perfection Yeah Right Reall and its like that at Both but Worst at Boulder one

The entrance is right at the casino, which felt weird because we were made to wait at the lobby with all our luggage in the middle of the casino.
The room was spacious, however it reeked on cigarettes, which was horrible for my allergies, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was only paid wi-fi and the bathroom had no vents, which made the stench in there even stronger than the room itself. I can't complain about the staff though, they were helpful enough. Reccomended only if you're gonna spend a night or two maximum.

Our waitress was fast. She was the best there. We tipped her very well!!!

Played and played never getting ahead at all basically throwing good money away after good money

Because the Security ,Staff and Bartenders and Waitresses are alright!
