Staff are phenomenal but management deliberately understaffs so they are so poorly overworked. Please treat them better.

We ate at the buffet, the staff was awesome the food could have been better, soggy pasta soft meatballs not my cup of tea.

The day of check out I called down to the front desk asking for a bottle of water (they come with the room ) .... I was told I was checking out and that I didn't get water cause I was not staying another night . The customer service ended before our stay was up . Sad face AZC

Horrible experience, they traspassed me & my family for no reason, see better business bureau review on them.

Boring and worn hotel with a smoky casino that you have to get through to get to the room. But works if you only have to stay one night like we did. Free parking and wifi, but only for one unit (there are usually several who want wifi on their units) which felt stingy.

Smells bad and every machine was filthy sticky and had buttons that didn't work

Rooms are decent, but not very handicap accessible.

Arizona Charlie's is a good place to eat at and it has good service

Buffet was alsome love it so much. Alsome come all over ever tusday

It's all right definitely lots of machines for a smaller-sized casino

The Sport Bar is excellent due to having a large screen to watch the games plus the bar and the sitting area with plenty of tables

Went to the cafe and food was good but server was very slow and never came back to refill our drink.

The cafe is good. Prices are really good. Great for you to go to breakfast with a big family.

I brought a whole bunch of fancy hats from the gift shop!

I noticed a little difference in the daytime and the evening time with with the cafe better on weekdays but all in all good food

Machines are tight and sometimes you have to wait more than 30 minutes to get a beverage

they took my money and never give me the food... restaurant not recommended... thieves...

Needs updating, too filled with smoke and not enough filtering of air. Also very dark and music is horrible

I have been going here since I was a little kid I absolutely love the place and they're so affordable in their restaurants.

We planned to stay 5 nights but needed to stay a couple of days longer. They made the arrangements very easily and quickly. We had our kids and grandkids up to visit. The waitresses were very playful with the grandkids they loved it. Housekeeping were very kind and helpful. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We felt very safe to park our semi truck in the lot. Thank you

For the price and the area it's not bad at all. The staff seem to be very friendly the rooms were nice and clean.

LOVE AZC! I have no idea why I love this place so much, but I do. I've won pretty well there ONCE...but I imagine I don't really play there as much as I used to. Anyway it has a great atmosphere. Staff is friendly. It's clean with newly renovated bathrooms. Overall a place I would recommend for some adult fun of cocktails and gambeling. Plus, as with all Las Vegas casinos, it is very smoker friendly. Hope this was helpful! Enjoy and good luck!

Arizona Charlie's! I had a great time here, I played poker for roughly 3 hours on 20 bucks, so it felt like a fair time! This simple Casino lights up the night with a more western flare, including a steak house inside the casino, and tons of Buffalo machines! They have an actual video game arcade, some of the games there are Virtua Fighter 2, Time Crises 2, and a few other standard arcade choices, hydrothunder, and the key and claw games for prizes! They have a rather cozy feel and seem to market for locals specifically. If you find yourself for going to a real locals casino with slightly better payouts than the strip, come check it out!

The casino has a very nasty smell. It's a smokers casino. I have never been to this casino; it was the first time and last. One min and I was out.

We do go here alot, our 2 biggest complaints are these .... 1- please clean your machines more, my husband is going through chemotherapy and radiation and even the smallest infection could kill him, we do see alot of homeless in there just spitting all over the place, sometimes it's just nasty nasty NASTY!!!! the 2 is the restaurant it takes forever to just get a seat then there have been a couple of times we waited 10-15 minutes just to get water, this is unacceptable.... The gambling is good I won't lie always do pretty good on the keno machines.

The service was tragic , had to ask for refills and no it was not busy. The price was $56.00 for three but in my opinion was way over priced for the service and food. The food was stale and honestly just terrible . Do not come here it's no good

First time for me this morning. Food was excellent and our server was even better. Angela was fast and extremely courteous. I had the ham and eggs and was more than pleased. I'll be back.

I was trying to sell my car is why I went to Arizona Charlie's Michael and I went in to have a drink there is some beautiful people in there angels it's like I dropped my phone twice and that sweet lady and picked it up and gave it to the security guard I went straight and when I noticed my phone was missing and asked her did she see her phone and she walked me over to Security and there was it was a beautiful thing to have Guardian Angels watch over you straight to my phone like they were already knew I was going to drop it and they were had my back it's a beautiful thing

I have not been in for a while. The new LED lighting in the Table games area is HORRIBLE .

I manly go to Arizona charlies to play bingo and slot machines buy it's the best bingo hall in town and great slots as well

Friendly staff, very accomadating. Prices for drinks are reasonable as well as a nights stay.

Place is run down and smells like an old basement full of smoke. I would not recommend the buffet it is served with practically food out of a microwave well what does one expect for $6 or whatever it costs. Stay away it s too far from strip to even Uber if your visiting. I would recommend palace station it s nearby and a lot cleaner.

A few places to eat in there Ron's steak house, sour dough cafe, Subway and the buffet wouldn't recommend the buffet food was cold pizza limp taco shells soggy lettuce wilted the cheese was hard haven't tried Ron's steak house but I've heard good things about it Subway is good if a sandwich is what you're in the mood for Sour dough cafe has ok food if your not in the mood for fast food
The gambling sucks you can't win but if you're just wanting something to do on the weekend and don't want to hit the bars they have live music only on the weekends

Arizona Charlie's was okay I have breakfast with friend won a little bit of money and left.

Great small Hotel and Casino.
But it needs to build at least two other towers for rooms and Casino areas.

Machines are tight especially around the first of the month
