This company is made up of lying people, and I say beware of HR head Rajesh there.
Rajesh will haggle for even the single paisa .
Here is my story:
I had an interview scheduled here and they specifically mentioned to reimburse Bus fare (for the shortest route) or Sleeper class by train .
I couldn't find train tickets so I went there by bus mentioned it beforehand that I'll be coming by bus.
After having my interview this Rajesh (so called HR) refused to pay Bus fare and refused to admit that he sent mails for the interview.
I had to literally haggle him for what was promised to me and after 2hours of discussion he agreed to pay only Train sleeper class charges.
I was tricked to sign a paper stating that "I got all the money I was promised".
So please avoid going to this place for an interview if you are living outside Udaipur.

Very far from the city. Building is good looking and big. Professional environment.

Arcgate is a great place to work. Great work environment. The management would be there to help always if you need any support or any help, and also good place for women's.

Easily job available for fraishers on good sailery package .

One of the largest ITES company in Udaipur. I would say best infrastructure and office management in Udaipur. Around 2000 employees are working for day and night shift. The work environment is nice but the growth of employees in terms of learning is not so good.

Great environment and good infrastructure. One of most largest BPO of Udaipur. Cafeteria food is also enjoyable & reasonable and i'm having it daily. Nice management and project team very cooperative.

I'm working here since last 8 years. I praise my work and justify at my best.

Worst Organisation ,having only of big buildings. My interview is taken of five hours . First when i entered in HR cabin ,then he was managing new building construction things with two other people, till one hour, then told me that fill the HR form and i will be back. Then he returned after half an hour . Then my technical interview person , came late of actual office time and i waited for half an hour again. Then my technical interview has been for 1 hour, thats ok. After finishing my technical interview , interviewer told me ,wait outside ,we will go to HR. then he went for lunch without informing anything, and i waited for 1 hour again. Then after i called to HR and he informed me my interview result . One of the worst management in a IT company .
