Not possible to call business, prices not available online, went all the way to Queens to find out there s a 7 group waitlist when we could have just found out via phone prior to coming all the way out. Waste of time and money. Also customer service takes forever just to be told there s nothing available for hours.

Worst bowling experience I've ever dealt with in my life!! I took my kids first we asked for the prices to bowl and the cashier told us and rang up the wrong price. Then after we waited 45 minutes for our cold food we had to wait another30 minutes for our beverages. On top of that asking for help the workers just tell u go back to your table they'll be right with you and they don't. Horrible service they brand all the food and beverages with no napkins. To top it all off my kids wanted to play games so they have a self service machine that does not give change nor tell u it doesn't give change. Told the people at the front desk and they just looked at me like it's nothing I can do. Overall worst bowling experience in my life what's worse is that we paid a total of $400 for the worst experience ever and my kids are disappointed.

Definitely Really Like This place. The lighting inside makes it really cool and animated. They Have Table service and A pretty good selection of finger food. Prices are reasonable. Shoe Rental is $6 and lane rental for up to 8 ppl is about $40 per round. Pretty much worth it! The also have parking available on site and inside is pretty clean and organized!

Great place to bring the family, good food options (not great if you're looking for veggie or vegan date). Only issue we encountered was the pin resetting system, we were on one lane, had to switch because of malfunctions, then the one we moved to had issues. Nevertheless we had a lot of fun and the video games were a hit with the kids.

Great location for the price. Parking is somewhat limited during peak hours but the neighborhood usual has open spots around. Plenty of bowling alleys and space for groups. A few good Arcades, however they can get a bit pricey. Overall, fun for the kids and adults.

Nice spot. Parking was lacking and when the bowling team came to town our car was held hostage by double and triple parked cars. We were stuck for 15 mins trying to leave with our daughter. It was her birthday. So yeah parking was horrendous but inside very nice bowling alley with a bar and grill... Can't be mad at that. The parking thing really pisses me off though. Gonna lose two stars for that.

If you are under the age of eighteen they do not treat you with the same respect as an adult. They moved us twice, the waiter was really rude and the pins were stuck for over 20 min. Don t believe we were acting rude we did everything properly and respectfully. They mad goofy for that. Shitten me

Excellent attention. This is the ideal place to celebrate your child's birthday. The price for the combo (snacks, food, non alcoholic beverages, and two hours of unlimited playing) is reasonable. They replenish the food as needed.

I have been trying the hummus kitchen for the longest time; have the opportunity to come here with other people on Friday night, around 8pm and around ten years old. The restaurant is modestly busy... it is a good thing to give their food more casual and naturally. We tried: - in the falafel (very good, fun, long and round and filled with lots of vegetables) - the hummus, it is obvious that the restaurant has the same name... this is creamy and excellently finished - Mediterranean Salad This is a chopped tomato and cucumber salad - chicken skewers. This is my favorite so far. The fleshy part of the tender chicken light and use a very good chili sauce garlic mayonnaise butter COUS COUS - Mediterranean chicken which is stewed chicken in red pepper sauce, and fragrant majadra rice - The kitchen Kadif dessert which has really sweet, texture crispy ice cream in The service of baklava sweet waifer / dessert is timely and polite. The atmosphere is intimate/comfortable. I started out with some mint tea, which is refreshing.

Its an extremely clean location, almost no food, garbage, etc on the floor. Staff knew every bit of the place, and can help you with almost anything. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that it is on the pricier side. Ive been to places that are cheaper and offer the same service.

This is a very fun & reasonably place to bowl. Tues special was crazy cheap. I think it was $15 per person with shoes for unlimited play. They also had $3 beers! You can't beat that in NYC!

Only been here once through a groupon deal but had a lot of fun. The bowling works as your would expect it to. There s food to order. And there s a huge arcade area with lots of games and claw machines. You could just come here for that if that s what you re looking for. No problems during my visit!

Staff was very friendly and polite, I went to the Monday unlimited bowling at night and had fun. Food was good, my drink could of been better. Bathrooms need work. If you want to catch the unlimited bowling get there before 8pm because once it's full that's it for the special. They have a nice arcade section, bar area.

I went with my family and we had a good time bowling but we were upset about the service. It s really bad. The waitress, well the staff in general are very unorganized and our drinks /food took more then 1 hr. My brother in law literally had to go to the bar and order his drink. I usually tip even no matter how bad the service was but today was one of the worst customer service I ve ever witness.

Third time I scheduled an event at Bowlero. From the planning to the day of the event the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend for events or friends get-together. We chose the King-pin which included bowling, shoes, food, and open bar

Great place to bowl. We visited Sunday night for unlimited bowling. It took us a while to get a lane since they don't allow reservations on Sundays. The bar was super busy and the bartenders were not well coordinated. We waited too long for drinks. Good arcade games though! Will come back for two dollar bowling on Tuesdays.

First time bowling here and really enjoyed it. I did the special of 2 hour bowling with soda and pizza for four people and it was worth it. We managed to play three and a half games which was surprising giving our skills. The place was clean and not that crowded for a Saturday evening (around 6:30pm) so that was a positive. I will definitely be going back.

Where do I start...$15 for a margarita served in a 4oz glass. Waited an hour for waitress to come to lanes to take order for food. Staff just isn't very attentive at all. Food came, no napkins, no follow up to see if anything else is needed. You literally have to chase them down. Paid for lanes and they "forgot" to turn them on. Overall decent vibe just horrible service.

Clean but very expensive. $15 a game per person plus $12 for shoes . The one in flushing is $10 for a game and $5 for shoes. It's been designed in a way to attract hipsters and younger crowd.

Fake patron. My group ordered 6 patron shots and what we got was 6 shots of what smelled like some cheap vodka. We spoke to the bartender and manager and they stood their grounds that it's real. They show us a bottle, but I been drinking patron my entire adult life and I can smell it without even tasting it. I will never come back here again. The other drinks we ordered were so water down it was not even worth it.

Perfect for hanging out with friends, family or a date! Super affordable games and food/ drink with exceptional service. The lanes, shoes and balls are kept clean. Fun ambience that gets the evening going. The staff is very patient in answering questions as honest as possible.

The place is better access by car. They have games, arcades. Expect; family with children, teens, groups and party. Overall is as good as it gets, the service might a little slow but not bad. The staff is willing to help.
