Unpredictable when it comes to playing those machines that's what I like about it.

Went on a race night. Usually slots aren't so tight but I couldn't get 1 bonus feature. No announcements all night about any big winners. Usually a couple hundred dollars and u can play for a while but the machines just ate my cash right up and gave back absolutely nothing. Pretty depressing evening.

Are you kidding?
We dropped more than we care to admit in that place on just a few short hours, never getting anywhere, alone say we even had any enjoyment playing there.
Everything is set on screw.
If you do end up there don't bring any serious money because they'll quickly take it from you.,again, can't even say we enjoyed playing with it for a while.
They're making the Oneidas at the turning stone look generous.

Awful... so sad the Turning Stone can be so different. Not fun......and when we went to get our food, we had to walk outside to bring it to our room. Why is it that we couldn't walk inside with our food? I just don't understand. I will not be returning until things are a little more normal.....

Great afternoon for playing the slots in smoke free casino. Not to much luck but still fun.

The food is not very good, the racetrack is getting old and you can tell.

Not too crazy about...mile long line for the buffet...NO THANKS!

GREATLY overrated as far as amenities go. Food staff (waitress and waiter) were poor at best. Room was not at all what it should have been. From inoperable lights to beat up furnishings, all told, not worth the cost. Only bright spot was the Casino staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Great time ,watch the horses,and have a good dinner,maybe bet

Remodeling I guess. Not much going on. Machines were quiet. Looked like some action at the track, but still very quiet. Didn't stay very long.

It's usually very good food. Good family fun but tonight was a let down from from there norm.

Room was clean beds comfortable..however phone was broken Wi-Fi was awful so they changed our room and sink would not drain.. breakfast was...ugh

Small casino but friendly good food and great entertainment.

every time I come there I have a bad experience,i went to the bathroom and the person who clean yell at me because he thought I was stuffing the toilet with papers even call security which they dismiss his claims. the food on the buffet is dry or cold several times I mention that.,i was there for lunch and I was asked to sit on a different table while I was eating..u have send my free five dollars free play to an old address,twice I gave my new address but still going on the old one...when I sit down your security comes near me every time that makes me very un comfortable ., I come there so maNY times I never got a free money on the weekend I wonder if its my name... the music is loud and the last time had problem with the eco of the mike that made very bad noise...
.over all I have bad experience I know loosing money is your profit but make the visit good.

The waitress there was very rude &all she wanted to is go home & she let you know it. But the rest of the people & service was good. The music @ Red eye Pete's was good too!

Disappointing service and dirty facilities.

We were guests at a wedding offsite, and booked a room over the phone as soon as we got the hotel block information. The person that helped us on the phone, Noah, was slow and obviously new. It took a half hour for us to get the reservation done. This usually takes me no more than 10 minutes at other hotels.

Then, we decided to split the room with 2 other guests, and so had to change our reservation. We called and the person we originally talked to, Noah, hadn't actually put us in the system! He said he couldnt find our reservation. So had we not called, we would not have had a room. We were told there were no more rooms with 2 doubles, but we could get the executive suite, which has 2 rooms, and they would set up trundle beds for us in the living room area. Having no other choice, we paid the extra to get the suite with beds.

Check in arrives and lo and behold, no beds. We try to call the front desk to ask to have them brought up but the phones in the rooms do not work. Several people come in and out of the room to attempt to fix our phones but cannot. Eventually we say it's fine just to keep people from showing up, we've been visited 5-6 times within an hour and really we just wanted to get ready for the wedding and have the beds set up. We are told that they will be set up when we return from the wedding that night.

Get back from the wedding, and guess what. No trundle beds. We go down to the front desk to complain, and some are eventually sent up, but we have to make them ourselves. Keep in mind we paid $50 extra so that we wouldn't have to deal with that, then ended up having to do it anyway.

Other joys include:
- Noah told us that the suite would have 2 rooms, it didn't. Just one big room.
- the guy that delivered our beds saying "Sorry they're so late, no one told me you needed them." WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THEM MONTHS AGO WHEN WE MADE THE RESERVATION.
- an empty Poland springs water bottle left by a previous guest in plain sight behind the bedside stand. If they missed that, what else are they missing?
- disgusting black mold in the grout in the shower, was so bad we didn't want to use it. (Photos attached)

Needless to say, it was not worth the money and we will not be returning.

Pros: No bedbugs
Cons: Terrible front desk service, obviously poor communication between staff, dirty room.

EDITED - removed a star because I was told that the room would cost $150 incl taxes and fees and we were charged $195.

Small intimate casino, good use of space, live bands.

I didn't specifically visit the racetrack, but the track itself is extremely well he maintained. Not many places still offer horse races, all in all I believe it is a beautiful thing that still exists and is a jem that everyone should at least visit once in their life.

Hit a 1000 jackpot within 30 minutes of walking in! Only casino I've been to where I actually leave with some extra spending money.

Great place to gamble atmosphere is great people very nice food is great

Don't eat dinner at buffet lunch ok but stay away after lunch

The employees are very nice. Its decorated nice enough but none of the machines play well. The RNG is set too low to make it a good experience. Didn't go to get rich but when the machines don't play so you can spend time there, it's not fun.

A day or weekend of fun for all. Game ling at the track or on the casino is very easy to take. Restaurants and buffet are plentiful. Watch what you spend and have a great time
