Awesome spot! Great selection of local beers, beers to-go, and great sandwiches!

Every Wednesday is vinyl record day, bring in your own personal records and listen to them over an excellent quality sound system while you enjoy a beer and some food.

The atmosphere is very laid back with plenty of room on their massive table or on any of the lounge furniture around. Of course there is a standard bar area for sitting as well.

This is one of my favorite bars in the city. The staff is friendly and the beers are amazing.

First time to ABC and loved the beer selection.

Brilliant beers and a lovely waitress who helped us with the beers. For those that don't like their craft beers, there are some excellent wines as well.

My wife loved the Gruner.

Great take out beer selection in a bar setting. Lots of canned options in the coolers plus they'll make you a crowler right on the spot with whatever beer they have on tap at the time.

This is a nice little spot with a good beer selection (they had 8-9 on tap when I was there, all things I never heard of before) and a comfortable atmosphere (one big communal table, a few smaller seating areas, a sofa, etc.). Would recommend for a chill get together.

This place is quite nice with a great selection of beer to go and beer on tap. I believe Tuesday is the trivia night. If you're looking for a nice quiet place Monday to Wednesday, go here. They even allow outside food from Bobwhite (a great fried chicken place next door).

Great place for beer ESPECIALLY if you missed Octoberfest or you just couldn't stand to wait in line to get into Octoberfest from across the street. The space is pretty wide including a back area and a back, back area leading to the porch that is quite mosquito infested. I'm sure it isn't in the winter time and ownership is rectifying this for next Summer. Giant projector screen that is normally tuned to sports can be tuned to whatever the mood strikes but you'd have to ask the bartender to do it for you. Excellent beer on tap and I believe that they have a rotating schedule. They do serve food here. *** No frosted mugs so don't ask. No ice cubes either. *** Good beer spot to come to.

The place to go when you've got to, Get a beer, (you're choice, so it's got to be the best) and a bite, (also your choice) from a great easy menu. Thanks guys.

This is the best bar in the world.

Half bar, half store, this place has a good selection of craft beers on tap and many more in bottles. They also refill growlers and brew their own beer. Only downside is that seating is limited and it can get crowded.

Always a good spot to go to after work. They have a fantastic selection of beer from sours to IPA'S to porters. This place also has a section for bottled and canned beers to buy and bring home which is always a plus.

Very cool and cozy bar setup with great craft beer. The front half of the store is a beer store with bottles and cans in the refrigerators, and the back half is a very chill bar with excellent beer. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the beer, though they recommended an IPA to someone who was looking for something like Blue Moon which was unconscionable. The couches, huge communal table, and variety of games like Jenga and Guess Who make it very homey and a great place to spend a day though it is super dark inside. Go for the nitro wit when they have it as t was delicious.

Great taproom. They have a wide selection of drinks on tap (not just beers!), a knowledgeable staff and plenty of space, especially for the LES/Alphabet City. Went out of my way to try it and will likely go out of my way to go back.

One of the best places to buy local craft beer at a good price. Undoubtedly one of my favorites. Great selection of artisans from New York for the best prices. The variety of draft beers to drink on site is not very extensive but I like the atmosphere.

Solid beer selection. Great service and variety of light food offerings. Mixed type of crowd from casual to the serious beer consumer, everyone welcome. Families with kids too, without feeling chaotic. Highly recommend!

I went for happy hour and a man with a red beard who claimed to be the owner kept talking about savory oatmeal and pasta for breakfast. I haven't tried either yet but the beer is dope at this spot.

This place is a mullet: Business in the front, party in the back. Don't be deceived by it's 7/11 facade. The place opens up to become a swank, dank leather bound lounge. It's got beers you've never heard of so make sure you try them all. Sober up with some fine cheese and bread or the classiest nachos you've ever tasted. These guys are fans of quality.

This one is very, very similar to the Good Beer Store on 9th St, but has extra points with their fantastic layout. The space is inviting and has cool (huge) leather chairs, which look like they belong in a man-cave. Plus, a communal wooden picnic table/bench set-up in the middle of it all. Great feel but they currently only serve the beers on draft and have about 3 fridges of bottles for take home.

Really relaxed place where you can have a beer and a talk. Great comfy seating and chill vibe throughout the place. Would have a brew here Everytime I'm in town.

Nice new beer store / bar in a part of town not yet fully gentrified. they have a frequently rotating list of drafts (which you can also get to go in a growler), plus about 50 kinds of craft beer in bottles. there is a small selection of cheeses and some bar food to go with your drinks, and some eminently comfortable seating. plus they are open late.

Great spot for packaged and rotating tap beers. Shared seating, huge screen for sports games, nice atmosphere and great staff.

The beer selection is not big, and mostly IPA/bitter beers. The server was kind of weird. Overall didn't feel like a very nice experience.

Excellent rotating draft list, board games, cheese boards, soft pretzels, etc ABC Beer Co has it all. The friendly staff takes the comfortable chairs and communal seating and makes it feel like your living room. They'll let you sample beers before buying and are great for a chat at the bar. After talking to them, head to the main table, and you'll likely make friends with some strangers over Jenga or just good beer.

The kitchen does turn off around 10, but they're always fine with outside food. Bobwhite's is right next door and has a chicken sandwich you're going to want to try.

Great atmosphere (super chill), great staff and a well thought out assortment of local craft brews on tap and to take home. Definitely recommend dropping in for a pint if you re in the area!

We used to live 2 blocks away from this place. Lovely environment with load of beer to choose from. They do get very crowded during weekend's night and you will barely get place to stand, but otherwise great place for beer

Pretty good beer selection here and the atmosphere is good. No annoying TVs and it's not too crowded.

Love this place but it needs some updates and a working lock on the bathroom.

This place is pretty awesome - especially on a cold night strolling through Alphabet City - way out - and needing some great drinks, good food and a laid-back staff and atmosphere.

They definitely have some off-the-beaten-path beers on tap here, and the bartenders are willing to let you sample whatever you like. They seem to have a lot of Ommegang varieties on tap, and frankly I'm not complaining.

The vibe is also very chill, lots of leather furniture and a big, long communal table where you can chill and meet others.

Overall, definitely coming back here as they unveil new tapped beers.

Weeknight drinks (frequent). Best bar in the neighborhood. Never too crowded, really nice staff, amazing beer selection, and knockout cheese on offer (yes please, Shelburne Farms cheddar). They also always have really good sours and, for the really committed, they sometimes have Sip of Sunshine hidden in the fridge. Great place to chill out for an afternoon or evening. Also a decent place to work during the day.

Very good beer selection, duh. Great for drinking there when you can, or picking up some stock for home.

Excellent selection of craft beers. Create your own six pack to go or sit down and enjoy the beers on tap. Smaller seating area in the back with games (cards, Jenna, etc.) to play and a large projector for sporting events.

Large but cosy pub with leather sofas. Lots of beers to choose from.

Place is fantastic for great beers and great people. The staff are careful to curate a great beer selection, both for in-bar consumption and take-away, and they're always willing to help answer any questions. If you like great beers, solid people, and a no nonsense chill environment at reasonable prices this is your place.
