Very very BAD service center, for opening 2 screw to remove the battery of Mac Book they ask for 150 QR, I ask them to bring the screw driver only and I'll open the screw but they refuse also. Note that I opened the back cover and noticed the screw for battery is different type that I doesn't have,so all things was ready but because they are very very BAD service center first they ask for 150 QR and then they refuse to bring the tool. NEVER answer the phone.. a tech company that doesn't know how to answer the phone.

Their repairs are terrible. Fixed the screen and broke the depth cameras - so Face ID features and portrait cameras don t work on anymore. This is a new issue problem only since they returned the device.

I took my Apple Watch Series 4 in for repairs (19-SEP-2020) - watch had a crack on it. The service agent examined the watch for about 10 minutes and told me that they do NOT repair Apple watches.
She then went to to tell me that I could make use of their EXCHANGE and trade in my watch for QR 1440. When I asked what the market price was she said it is the same..!!

So I asked her to explain what she meant by an EXCHANGE offer.. where they get to keep my watch and I pay the exact same price I would in a retail shop..! No Answer..!!

I don't know why apple chose ABA as their service provider...I gave them my phone which was supposed to be replaced with new phone as the original has so called multitouch problem and they provided me so called new phone which by no angle was looking new phone ... up on receipt I found that it has already multitouch problem and flickiring... so obviously it is not new phone so there was some sort of trust deficit created... now again they took it and informed me that they will replace it but now the wait period is over and I am yet to receive my phone back... so at the end with their service I am without phone for last one month.. this is clear lack of seriousness about the the customer concerns.. when I called them they are blaming apple and asking me to call apple...

no one answer the phone u need to drive to the location ... my openion (51 east ) are better u can call them and they answer u

The transaction is very bad, there is no Arabic speaker on the counter, and there is no random job organization ... on the least, put the numbers in order for one to take a number and wait for a better course than everyone inside.

building have nice waiting area. every morning someone cleans the entrance, lobby and around. good job for those maintaining its cleanliness.

They are the worst apple dealers I've ever been to. I gave them my phone to fix because there was a small black dot in the screen and when I got it back the screen was not closed properly so I told them and they closed it but then when I got home my Face ID was not working and until now (it's bee 4 months) it doesn't work at all. I would recommend you go to any other apple dealer you can find.

Was crowded the day when i went to the store..
Next day morning i went to store by looking the Google timing.. But wasn't open... waited for 1 hr.
Went to repair my iPhone xs max..
Got rectified soon...

Worst customer experience ever, rude staff and unknowledgeable. They have zero respect to their customers specially the guy in the reception, I think his name is Mohammad Wagdy. It s a shame this company represents a reputable company like Apple. They know nothing about customer satisfaction. They literally deface the reputation of Apple in Qatar.

My husband is still struggling to get the service they promised. I had warned him when he called them several times at first and no one would pick up the phone DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Although they reneged on their promised service, they would not issue him a refund since he wanted to cancel the deal. Their excuse was that the manager was not there! Would never deal with them again!

Have called several times throughout the day. They literally NEVER pick up.

They never answer the phone even when I call within working hours listed here. At the end of long ring the phone goes to busy tone as of someone hung up or disconnected deliberately.

This people don t and will answer your calls,I took my AirPods for repair they were under warranty was told to wait for them after 5-14 days but they called me to collect after 10 days.

Hustle and wait without a dedicated place, Apple maintenance should be better than this

They replaced my MacBook battery after 20 days, they do not pick up calls. Really dose not deserve 1 star.

Service is good but need to improve the customer handling skills also need to speed up the service especially when there is device replacement.

Very worst staffs ever I seen, today I have experience,
I was purchased my AirPods 2nd generation on day before yesterday. Then I found a issue, Airpod case battery drain when the AirPods are fully charged. When I charged AirPods and it s case are 100% , after 6 hrs case battery discharged by 20% ( AirPod both are inside case, I m not used that 6 hours). When I told my complaint on Apple Support then they told me your airpod has complaint you can go Ali bin Ali. Then I gone there the worst staffs I found there, they told me your AirPods has no complaint every AirPods are like that it will drain battery when AirPods are inside , I m told them normally if I used my AirPods and put in to that case it will possibly drain but even both AirPods are 100% then how it will drain,

I m sure they nothing knowledge about it, and also they humiliate me!!!!

Worst customer experience in life .The lady at the reception , before even listening to the complaint was jumping into conclusions that the device is damaged. ( The device was just bought 3 weeks ago) and we had to take it due to delay in full charge. Apple should stop giving their services to such dealers or people may even stop buying apple devices due tho these kind of dealers.

Very crowded not enough for as Apple support and service point

Its the best and official service center for apple products in Qatar. You will get the service from 8AM- 8PM on regular days and on saturdays they starts from 9 AM. On fridays they won't open. Its situated between Holiday Inn Villa signal and Qatar petroleum office. You can purchase Apple accessories and Mobiles after the 7s and Upgraded models.

Gave ipad for mic issue and that too device was in gurantee, but it s more than a month now. Tried calling but no response, went there and they guys be like still your issue pending. Dude like what will it take a year more? Delay in service !

I went there to fix my Mac that gets too hot. They said I'll need to leave it for 2-3 days for inspection and then if replacement parts are needed until they order them for another 2-3 weeks. During this time they will have to keep the laptop. Basically, this means I should buy another laptop before I give them this one.

I looked for another service center, I went to fifty one east and they said I can keep the laptop during waiting for the replacement parts. Will see how it goes.

It was very bad experience , they don t have any kind of customer care. I have asked for manager two times, every time. The answer he is not available .

An embarrassment to Apple products...one week after the submission of my macbook for a fault and have no clue on whats wrong. The Call centre never answers their phones and even if you get through keep saying that the technician will call you back. ....some service centre they are.

The worst customer service in Qatar.

I have recieved very negative experience from both staff there. The lady and the man had no customer service skills. They didn't give me time to speak about my query. I have never had such experience before. They showed no respect whatsoever. At one stage she gave me the wrong information concerning the cancellation fee and then when she was corrected by the guy (in Arabic language) she never bothered telling me the facts. I am disappointed a reputable company have such staff. Will not come here again.

My iPhone replacement take two months, I discover some customer give them his phone after my date around month and we collate same date, so my phone stay hole month with them and lie about it, also they re not picking up the phone, and if you request talk to supervisor via phone call, they take your number because he in restroom he will call you back, i never hear them again

If we call this Alibin Ali they let the phone ringing intentionally and they reply to us we are busy thats why we unable to pick your call...

Then why you keeping phone on your office simply throw it away please...

I'm giving them a 2 star, because the technicians were at least polite and gave me additional numbers to contact.

Unfortunately nobody answers their phone. I tried calling them multiple times in 3 straight days. If you want to follow up , I would suggest you go directly to their office. Also when you submit your gadget, please make sure you ask them when they will diagnose it, so you save time and effort.

If your looking for an alternative (for Macbook or iMac repairs) , there is another service centre here in Qatar. Google it :)

Its worst service center. I bought one Iphone, with in one week I have pblm in headphone port. I went this service center, they took for replacement. today is 26th day, still i am waiting for mobile. They didn't pick calls. Very bad experience from this service center.

There is no way to rate a negative star, so i gave the least 1 star and i feel sad for giving too much. Today (01/04/2014, Saturday), i visited Ali Bin Ali technology to repair my iphone6plus which had a minute technical issue. The receptionist was too busy chatting in her mobile. She gave less attention to my words, and told me that they cannot repair iphones, they can do replacement only. My phone warranty was expired and so i need to pay 1600qar to get a replacement. So i insisted on repair only. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE NAME "SERVICE CENTER"??? PLEASE CHANGE IT IN TO "EXCHANGE CENTER". I asked the receptionist whether she will change her children if they are sick, instead of curing them. Then she took my mobile inside and in a minute she came back and told me that it is impossible to repair and i can get a same new phone if i gave 1600qar along with the complaint phone.
After that i approached a local mobile shop in madinat khalifa south. It cost me just 20 riyal and 10 minutes only. And Thanks God, my phone is working fine now. I will keep stay on iphone, but bye bye for officially authorized, but REALLY UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS...

This is a bad company. Because my iPhone was damaged due to water.last week.so I went here and ask if it is possible to repair after they took inside and came back after (30 SECOND ) saying they cant .but I feel they didn't touch even my phone.after all when I came back close to my home there is a mobile shop.i gave to them and the instantly repaired my phone.they changed the phone battery in my front of me.it was damged .I payed only 150riyal.so Im not satisfied with your customer service and should look into it more

Doesn't pickup the phone. When I called the other division, The lady was rude and said that she can't help me and asked me to keep calling the other number.
