African Union Commission, Addis Ababa Review

Immeasurable and surely expensive, when we see the misery next door. It's shocking

Went there for WEDF 2019. Really like the facilities, they are world class. Security was also very good, firm but still polite. Staff at the building were also very friendly.

Beautiful buildings representing the African Union. The only negative is that these beautiful buildings look out of place within the rest of the surroundings.

Very beautiful and long live Africa but Africa is composed thus Africa francophone, Africa Anglophone and Arab above to see that in the house of Africa a single language is imposed and I give the note of 3,5 / 10

The African Union (especially the conference center) is a marvel.

It could use scooters as it eventually becomes stressful to walk from place to place within the building.

The conference center has free wifi for guests and everywhere in the commission is wheelchair-accessible.

Excellent conference facilities; however need to improve the display/ projector poor display.

I loved my time.

Spending time at the African Union was so pleasant.

I loved all the art works from all over Africa. Was especially proud of buraimoh. His work of art is just amazing.

I loved meal times here and that I was lectured by AU royalty. It was quite cold. I wasn't used to the Ethiopian weather at the time but it later grew on me.

The most hahaha moment was sitting in the delegates chairs. It was heartwarming to know the Obama was a there a few days after I visited. Amazing

If you have the opportunity to enter the African Union, you will have a good chance. This is like a university or an educational place. The most important here are the people you will meet. The opportunity here is great to meet people with high ambition. For me, it was a good opportunity to know young people from different African countries. very big.

The hall is well equipped and has open Wi-Fi. Seats are comfortable with good projector and screen

I went to work and found the warm welcome. In addition, there were people with a wealth of experience who were keen to advance regional integration.

Beautiful edifice, the beauty of Addis. I covered the 32nd ordinary session of the Heads of State and government meeting where the statue of Selassie was unveiled.

Political headquarters of Africa,the modern architecture was a delight to behold. Their very civilized staff treated us to a tour of the facility.An amazing snapshot of Africa's history and brand.

Although there are lots of African Union Branches, the main administrative capital of the African Union is headquartered in Addis Ababa. The AU conference center and office complex were inaugurated in January 2012. Maintenance is good and nice!

We had a tour round many of the facilities and it s beautiful to see different pieces of art donated by different countries to the African Union.

There are always different people in the building, the security is tight so make sure you are with a form of identity card or your passport booklet if you are a foreigner.

I feel the love of an African family... I wish to live in AU forever. And happy African youth day.

The AU Conference Center and Office Complex is a building in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is the headquarters of the African Union and plays host to the biannual AU summits. It also serves as a conference center for African and diaspora businesses.

Sadly, AUC is inaccessible for people with disabilities!

Conference facilities are very professional and meets every requirement

An majestic building with excellent facilities, hosting of the top events in Ethiopia. Our Trade and Finance function was complimented by a quality lunch and after event coffee, promoting good networking opportunities too.

The Chinese did well in the construction. The whole complex is very beautiful and well worth a visit.

Nice architecture but built by the Chinese for Africa which is an indictment on African leaders

The hub of African Unity. Very large complex... It's too large and getting around can be frustrating without a car. It's also easy to get lost so always ask questions. Staff here are nice and will gladly help
