Aeon credit service is awful after submitting your application they wont call you back to inform if why your application denied or what not and your waiting for the result but nothing..

The best talaga ang AEON CREDIT SERVICE PHILIPPINES INC for me imagine after a few minutes naclaim ko na agad yung cellphone ko without downpaymet as in wala akong nilabas na pera kahit singko.And also the services are so nice and the promoter are very accomodating.

The cashier answered the costumer service !! How do I know the outstanding balance and if my account gets in my payouts !! Not reliable like home credit with application.

They offer loans for appliance and I believe they have cash loans too. For your gadget or appliance need and if you don't have a credit card, this is a great way of having them via installment. Depending on the value, they will compute how much would it be for your monthly payment. Once you decided, you can fillout their form and wait to be approved. They have 0 to 20% down payment and 6/9/12 installments. I attached a sample computation for your reference. The downside is, the longer you take the loan, the higher the interest will be.

Long waiting time to no one will answer on their customer service hotline and if you inquire thru email they will not respond immediately.

Last I loaned to AEON to. Grabee is already a size of interest when you just drop 200 immediately. Interest rates too. It is a waste of approach to their client. So it can sometimes be frustrating to pay a fee. Better yet home credit. With home credit I will get tenacious.

Poor customer service and poor support. Your hotline is useless. And your call center agents are so rude. How come you give out different computations and you texts us night and day with numbers that can't be called back?

One of the leading financial company here in the Philippines where clients can choose and avail in various selection of items. I suggest that clients are able to receive confirmation thru text or email that their payments has already been posted, this will help clients in a better way.
