Nice and air conditioned with plenty of room. But ...
Nice and air conditioned with plenty of room. But the seats smelled like someone spilled beer and this event is alcohol free.

Had a great time there went to many concerts there and had a blast.
Bought standing room only tickets for game 1 of the playoffs between Blazers and Pelicans! $25 for a playoff game with my son?? So worth it! The staff even let us go down to the floor during warm-ups to get up close and personal - very cool!
An awesome venue have seen many concerts, events, and the blazers here. Hope to see Garth Brooks back soon
Saw Elton John we had great seats! the people we double-dated with are still talking about the Moda Center and the concert...
Amazing venue. Plenty of bathrooms (especially for the ladies), good food choices including healthy and vegan options, water bottle refill station, and multiple doors for easy and fast entry. The seats are comfy and there is not a bad seat in the house. Everyone has a great view.
Best arena in the country! Lots of food options to choose from, parking is very good, and the staff and workers are very friendly and helpful. Then the atmosphere during the Blazer games is incredible, amazing.
Great place to watch the Trailblazers! Parking is challenging and costly but if you can find $10 parking in the area it s a good find! Very clean area. Lots of security and police. Will be back to see another game when I m in Rip City
Had a great time at the blazers game. Everything went smooth
The Moda center, formally and better known as The Rose Garden is one of the best sporting arenas out there. They have some amazing food from some of the local area restaurants, and a good selection of beer. If you are going to see a concert there it is a "state of the art" facility's. In the rafters they have these panels that absorb sound on one side and reflect it on the other. Making it a great place to see a concert.
If you don't time it well for the event. You can get stuck in a bit of traffic, easy to find Moda and lots of staff directing your way. Lots of food options but didn't see any vegan choices, always event gear to buy a bit overpriced but your paying for the experience also. Fun family time!
Was there for a concert. The sound quality was poor.
Would be a five star if they still called it by the correct name (The Rose Garden)! Great place to catch a game or show.
Saw Trans Siberia Orchestra and it was amazing from the light show to the music. The way that they play together is like nothing I have ever seen.
This is always a fun place to come watch.... anything. The servers always seem to be having a good time while at work. I only wish they would follow what the Atlanta Falcons have done with concessions.
Premier sporting, concert and entertainment venue in the Pacific Northwest. Fine dining to casual dining, great customer service. Accessible by every type of transportation from public to private and everything in between. Uniquely located next to the Willamette River and directly off Interstate 5 and Interstate 84. Plenty of parking and excellent directional signage. A world-class venue providing world-class entertainment. The premium concierge team for the Blazers and premium concert events are second to none and are the most professional experience I've ever encountered.
Blake Shelton concert was unbelievable beyond words
The Moda Center is a great place to take in a basketball game. From our section 318, row 6 seats we saw Lillard a product from my Bay Area beat the hated Lakers and King James by 10. It was very satisfying and the energy in the building compared to Oracle where my champions Golden State play. The fans were loud and enthusiastic and when they found out I was a Warriors homie still convivial. I thoroughly enjoyed the home team's putting a hurt on LA.
At least once or more a year my husband and Like to go to the blazer games. Most of the seats that are up In the centers of the stadium provide good Views of the Game.
I will try to avoid getting Nose bleed seats. If you require glasses The People on the court look fuzzy. sometimes it's hard to make out Just how a play went down from that far back as well.
There are concessions stands that you can purchase from throughout the stadium. They are very Overpriced. You are not allowed to bring any outside food or drink. So if you're thirsty are hungry during the game you will be forced To pay a premium for food that is sub par. I suggest that you eat before you come.
WOW!! I AM AT THE MODA CTR TONIGHT TO SEE, " MICHAEL BUBLE'," CONCERT
Joe Rogan it was great did have to remove my shoes on the way in. Just because they are not steel toed doesn't mean they dont have metal in them
My mom and I went to see Mumford and sons and the seating qas terrible. The seats were really small and the rows were jammed together so it was hard to get to our seats we had to make everyone gets up every time we needed to get up I saw a lot of people who are a little bigger have problems with the seats it s not a situation anyone should be put in that they don t fit. Are those standard sized chairs? Really beed bigger seats but most importantly more soace between the rows. People who are bigger or even taller have trouble with the seating and really just that makes me not want to come to the moda center for any event
Great place to watch the Trailblazers win a basketball game.
*PROS*
- Taking the train is VERY convenient. Yellow line takes you right outside the arena.
- Great atmosphere for basketball games! I came down from BC to watch the Raptors and had a great time!
- Had a terrific view of the court even from the corner in Section 220.
*CONS*
- Didn't have much leg room at our seats in section 220.
- High food prices. I expect prices in arenas to be high, but $6 for a cup of fries? (Just eat somewhere else before going)
OVERALL: Great experience, I would definitely go back again if I had the opportunity.
The staff was incredible in helping us find our way around. And parking was available without a pass which was so nice!
Went to the Moda Center for the Fleetwood Mac concert. The event center is well maintained and easy to access on foot, but the entire venue is very difficult to navigate by car. I had a hard time finding where to park and what road to go down. I am not a Portland resident (or city dweller for that matter) and felt very confused by the signage around the area. As for the center itself I enjoyed the concert and over all had a good time.
How could you not enjoy going to the Moda Center to watch the Blazers, Every game I have been to see the Blazers play is full team spirit and excitement. The people who go are always a positive group cheering on the Blazers - Win or Lose.
Not understanding of Ticketmaster screwing me and terrible acoustics anyway. People not very helpful or knowledgeable. Clothing allowed is not consistent.
A fun arena to watch an NBA game. The crowd is usually energetic and the staff helpful. Crowd control is managed well. The food is overpriced but there is a great selection. Park a little but further away and you'll save a few bucks.
Amazing game! Never seen another play as Unesco plays the game. Such a fluid, team player!
Easy access to the MAX, lots if different food and drink options, not just the usual stadium foods. All seats have decent views.
We sat behind the goaly and had a little bit of a blind spot from the second level. Otherwise pretty awesome hockey game !
Fleetwood mac was great .
I paid way too much for my tickets. If they didn't have the huge screens I wouldn't have been able to see much of them .
The leg room wasn't the best. .
I think it is a fine facility however 300 level seats really suck
Fun experience. First time ever seeing the Blazers live. Lucky with parking and traffic too
Always a great time at Moda. Juat need to figure out the parking sitch when there are dueling Blazer and Winter Hawk games. It's crazy!!
Only had 1 set of doors open for today's show. I've never seen lines like that before. Thankfully we got there early and made it in just as the show started.
Came here for the Janet Jackson concert. Staff was so nice helping us find our seats right from the beginning! Definitely added to the very memorable night. We had floor seats so they help escort you to where you're located since it's not as easy to find your row or seat number with the folding chairs. Food choices could be better though considering all of the amazing restaurants in the vicinity.
Absolutely love this place for anything and everything!
Just came from the Luke Combs concert, venue was good, well organized and no issues!
Saw Cirque de Soliel Crystal here with my husband. It was a very large center. I liked the random food and beer options they had available inside. Such as Salt and Straw ice cream. :]
Although I have to say; the elevator, escalator, and floor system they have is really confusing.
They don't allow concealed carry. Would be a great venue but when you prohibit licensed law abiding citizens from the legal right to protect themselves you only stop people from protecting themselves and their families. Criminals don't care about weapons policies.
Good fun. 4 STARS = CHER WAS AMAZING! 2 STARS=Food WAY overpriced, STOP THAT MODA!!!!
I've been to the Moda center for a few different events.....all in all its always a great experience! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The arena is always well kept, and generally clean. Security is pretty tight so expect that when you arrive. The food and drinks are ridiculously over priced(1 bottled water= $5), but I think that is with any place of that nature that you go to. However if you are up for an exciting night out, you will find yourself fully enjoying the Moda center, for what it has to offer. Here are a few pics from an amazing night I enjoyed there at the Billy Joel concert!!!
Less than impressed with the no backpack policy. Turned away by security for my purse that I can strap/sling/carry anywhere on my body. Anything that resembles a backpack is not allowed . Anything with two straps that can be slung over the shoulders is consider a backpack.... Better remove my bra before the next game just in case #nofrontpacksallowed
Love this place. No matter what the event is, the staff is always friendly! #GOBLAZERS
Saw Elton John here and had a great time. Easy access from downtown hotel on public trans (stop right out front) and was back to hotel less than ten minutes after show. For not great seats, the view was excellent cuz the place is not huge. Acoustics were kind of ok, kind of not, but it was all about the piano, and that part sounded great. Good screen work, and quality of images was crystal clear. Seats ok but could have had more cushion for my bony butt. They were plenty wide so my neighbor wasn't breathing on me. Restrooms clean and nonodorous. Only reason not 5 stars is lines were horrible at merch and refreshment places. I'd go again, but buy merch online before or after show.
Large arena. Saw Green Day here. The sound quality that this arena has is top notch! Food is pricey same with drinks. Everything else is fine no complaints
Big place. But don t go to a country concert unless you want to hear rap music too.
Despite the frequent inventory shortages of the Trail Blazers merchandises, the place offers the good hospitality for all the visitors with great vibe!
A great, modern arena. I was here for a Blazers-Cavs game.
It Was Awesome! I Went The Metallica Concert, It Was My 2nd Time Seeing Them!
Amazing that they have WWE shows at Moda center! Was an absolute blast, and super nice and comfortable!
Marvel Super Heros was amazing!! If you are buying tix for a show keep in mind. I bought the most expensive tix thinking wed have the best view... Not so. The main show went on directly upfront not on the more expensive sides.
Great place to see a concert but sound system needs updated
Watched a hockey game here. Not a bad place. Does not really stand out in comparison to other venues like this in many other cities. Parking was not a problem which was my only concern.
It has been awhile since my last Blazer game and I was pleasantly surprised too see the upgrade to the concessions. Cost is still a bit steep (especially the $5 bottle of water) but overall head a good time.
Show was awesome! Moda center is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Was 24$ for two beers and 33$ for 2 hot dog dinners. Ridiculous
Finding your seats can be a little confusing. Drinks are pretty weak for the price. If you don't pay the $ for good seats, you're not going to see much. Last two concerts I saw, the music was too loud. Maybe I'm just old, but I'll be bringing earplugs next time..lol
Great view from most seats. Concession items are way too pricey. $12 for draft beer.
Such a nice venue, easy to navigate. Only wish was that all the concession stands were open during concerts, and that there were more food choices.
Great arena for entertainment, prices for food and beverages are pricey but that's too be expected
Just went to the Epic game 5 vs. OKC when Dame hit the buzzer beater!!! Been to Moda many times, hella spendy for drinks and food, but it s clean and staff is very helpful. I ll be back for many more Blazer games.
Good options for food and drinks. Pretty expensive. Blazers games are always fun
I've been here for concerts, kids programs, and Blazers games. There isn't a bad seat in the place. Even the nosebleed section is great. My kids love coming to games here.
The food and drink selection hear is awesome albeit as expensive as you would expect from a venue like this. The facilities were very clean and modern. No problems with staff.
great venue for concerts. it's a newer arena with better views all around the stadium.
We love going to Winterhawks games and Monster Jam!
We attended the final game before the closure. It was nothing short of fantastic. The organization was perfect. The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. Parking was well organized. The only thing to be careful of was the refreshments. They were spendy, but did not detract from a great evening with my son. A ten for sure.
The Moda Center is a great iconic place in Portland Oregon, I really like the lights they have going on on the outside. I also help the people in need out on the streets all around the center!
Really dramatic quality concert and highly noob basketball arena. Some brainiac did Only Hockey primitive arena and other fans have serious problems with any "possible" comfort. Better to have 2 universal arenas than totally disaster 1. Very, very strange expensive and against people wreck.
Its a pretty good place to see shows, so far Ive seen Bob Seger, Disturbed, In This Moment, Bones UK, KORN, and Breakjng Benjamin at The Moda Center, they were all good shows!
This was an amazing venue. I saw Roger Waters here, and the sound and visual was amazing. Prices for food and drinks were pretty outrageous though.
INCREDIBLE! Ample amount of space/legroom, great seat views, good proportionate amount of bathrooms - hardly any lines for the womens'!
Great as far as arenas go. Clean, reasonable with bathrooms and good availability. Thank goodness for upstairs bars too.
Love events and sports games are fine, music isn only great if you don't want to dance but if it's a GA (general admission) floor event it's kinda crazy. Hard to see, everyone bunches up and just not comfy. If only people could just spread out and not worry so much about gawking at front.
I came to watch an NBA Blazers game against the Celtics. The venue is great. The seating I had was in one corner in the stadium, on the 300 level. I had an easy access out of my seat because I was on the end of my row. However, it was a nuisance having to stand up each time someone wanted to walk out of their seat. More leg room would be better. Also, the venue parking is not enough for the amount of people that arrive by vehicle. I had to park in the nearby convention center, and walk about 10 minutes. I think there was inadequate parking plans. All together, the game was fun and the venue had lots of places to get food and beer. The lines were not very long either because there were plenty of places to get food and drinks.
Very clean. All staff were very helpful. Convenient parking and plenty of it.
Great drink selection. Good food. Was easy to find my seat. Friendly staff.
The hockey game was great fun for the whole family just eat b4 you go unless you don't mind paying 7 dollars for a tiny hott dog lol
I've always had a great time at most all events here. Tonight's sold out KISS concert was a bit chaotic getting in and a disappointed us that at least one third of the food and beverage booths were closed? The 2 that we chose at tonight's event were extremely slow. Just an off night maybe?
We went to cheer on our Portland TrailBlazers as they handed the Chicago Bull's a loss and sent them home
I only ever came in here to see Bernie Sanders but the venue held the 29 thousand party guests easily. It's a nice venue and security was a breeze but some of the staff seemed grouchy. Other than that Bernie Sanders enjoyed the wildlife and acoustics were fine.
