I saw Tool and it was the most awesome concert I have had the pleasure of attending. Thank You
I saw Tool and it was the most awesome concert I have had the pleasure of attending. Thank You
The chicken and waffles food stand was really good.
Good event Center, but if you have a hotel with in walking distance you get 1/2 block from it and you have to walk in the street due to the homeless pitching tents on the side walk.
Great spot to watch an event. Awesome modern facilities.
We are way the heck up in the high altitude seats, fifth row from the top. Even so, the view was not bad. It was all helped by the fact that the Blazers won. I'd never been there and was very baffled by the layout. The people who worked there were extremely kind and patient. A surprisingly pleasant experience!
What a venue! Incredible viewing, great sound system and fantastic lighting and effects, all topped off with a super basketball team working up and down the hardwood.
I love going to the MODO center to watch various sporting events. There is always ample parking, good seats no matter where you're seated.
Court side service was great, enjoyed the game a lot! Go Blazers!
Nice arena that is well kept. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Food selection is good, but expensive and quality is not consistent.
We've been here for a number of events- basketball games, shows etc. and the place never disappoints. Food is definitely pricey, but seats are nice and you have a good view no matter where you sit. You might want to invest in glasses if your vision sucks and you're sitting in the 300-level though.
Hate the name, Moda Center. Ugh. Been to several concerts and blazer games, nice space, clean and loud as F.
Awesome... Well organized... Everyone was super helpful!
Recently got to see our Trail blazers beat Golden State at home court! Yay. Good music concerts too! Been going since it was called the Rose Garden as it still should be. My only qualm.
This venue is excellent for games and concerts. Wide selection of foods offered once inside the moda center. On the outside though the options are limited and extremely crowded. A few more food places on the outside would make it a better experience. Also the bathrooms on the outside (port-o-potties) were exceptionally disgusting. Other than those two issues the experience was wonderful.
Good venue for music and entertainment. Excellent food options and a great place to be when the Blazers win!
I have only attended the Moda Center for the Blazers. I think it's a great arena. Let's be real tho- it's so dang packed and crazy for game nights so who is paying attention to anything.
RIPCITY!
I know it's pretty obvious to most but just in case you did not know - YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING IN A BACKPACK! dont be the person to hold up the line debating why u are not allowed. And I am sure you dont want to be turned away also .. (I did notice you can purchase a clear/plastic backpack that is allowed)
There are no really bad seats here. Includes places to eat and get coffee as well.
Good but had to wait outside cause fire dept was inside and show started late
First time at moda center to see Ghost. Very easy to locate seats, staff super friendly at merchandise stations. Great experience!
I took my son to his first monster jam this year 2017!:) he loved it! I wish we could upload videos I have a great video of grave digger! It's a must see in person type of event. It's always epic and super fun to watch!! :)
The Moda Center is HUGE! Follow the signs and don't look at the swarms of people, you'll be fine. I've gone for Blazer games, and it never changes. It's a great experience to add to your bucket list!
Great place to enjoy a Blazers game. A little outdated but you will have a great time!
Sweet place. Go Blazers! Very nice basketball stadium. Clean, new, friendly workers.
Cool venue. But you know big arenas. Big prices just because. And considering their sponsorship deals and the insurance company that is it's namesake, you'd think they could, would and should keep their prices reasonable and competative.
Ohhhhh that's right. What competition?
Friendly and helpful staff. But prices are astronomically TO HIGH! Especially during concerts. 5$ for a bottled water is ludicrous.
We had a BLAST...road MAX to the MODA Center right to the front...got right in with Zero wait...excellent seats and food then got right out..walked across the street to Max and straight to Hayden Island to where we parked and 5 minutes to Vancouver...but the MODA Center was Very Nice, Fun and VERY HELPFUL STAFFING and AWESOME FOOD CHOICES!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR A FUN TIME
Most events the staff that host the event(s) are friendly and the experience is good. Food is nothing to throw a party for as it is typical stadium food. Even the local companies that have restaurants in or around Portland is just OK here. What can you expect when you are at a large event. All in all for a facility that is around 23 years old they keep it up well.
watched my first NBA game here. was super excited and the trail blazers did not disappoint
Very nice place to watch sports. They keep the area very clean. Even the restrooms. Parking area is very big. The seats are pretty comfortable.
Went there for a Blazer game. This place is great for sporting events.plenty of food and drink and Blazer stuff. Would be nice to have a little convenience store for emergency items, if not you are out of luck.
Parking is a mess that's the only thing that needs fixing
It s always fun going to live sport events, but it can get expensive if you re buying food and beer there. This is my third time here at the Moda and my first time sitting in 300 level seat. Good times, I ll probably purchase 300 level tickets more often.
Great place. Friendly and fun for all the family. The staff were all very nice and curious as always.
The Moda Center is a great place for concerts or basketball games and other events. I have been going there since 80s
Went to Lana De Rey concert. They have good pizza , very specious place, good sound isolation
Nice arena to watch a hockey and or basketball game. Good food and drink vendors.
Great place. Food is kinda expensive but already knowing that
Fun place to watch the Trailblazer's or a concert. The vip boxes have insanely amazing catering.staff is super friendly. Fun times happen here. Plus it's kinda the glowing nightlight of Portland
I've been to many arenas before but this one is definitely amazing. We ended up buying seasonal tickets for the Blazers!
It's soo loud and the fans for the blazers are amazing
Great venue with great shows. The only reason for not having 5 stars is because of the concession prices.
Always a pleasure weather it music or games, this place has always satisfied in entertainment, it's clean and safe and we'll maintained. Staff is very pleasant and work their butts off. Thank you moda center crew and staff.
Over priced, as expected for a sporting event. We saw the Globetrotters, and weeks later, my son is still talking about it.
Great arena. Centrally located next to the Light Rail, good atmosphere. Portland is truly a basketball city. Highly recommend it!
I was impressed by my whole visit. It was surprisingly easy to navigate and bathrooms are readily available which was comforting because the Moda Center is imposingly large. Things are expensive but, what can you do, that's just the way it is at events.
Nice enough although I prefer the Veterans Memorial Coliseum better for hockey. The Coliseum is full of good memories. I'll always think of the Moda as Trailblazer Central. Many people prefer the Moda Center over the MC because it's newer.
Great venue for concerts and overall fun. Access and accommodations are nice as well.
Cool to have a band warming up the crowd for the season opener
Excellent venue to see your favorite and more popular singers and bands. Security is tight enough to feel safe and loose enough to not feel like it bogs down the line and entry. So far, every person I have asked help from has been super friendly and very helpful. The Theater of the Clouds set up is wonderful and a fantastic way to see some of the more popular, but smaller venue bands and singers. Parking could use some organization and better availability for the larger shows.
Great place to see a concert!! Needs better instructions when there is multiple entry times and access to floor seating was a run arround with one worker saying go here next employee go there... if you are familiar with the venue there would likley be no problems
This place was awesome, it was ran really well, everything was clearly posted and if you had any questions someone was right there to assist you, it was my first sporting event and i will be returning for sure.
I had so much fun. The employees were friendly and helpful. Love the space. Going back for a concert in a few months.
Paid for five seats and one of them was broken let them know but we didn't hear anything back very expensive and a little uncomfortable
Superb location to be ripped off on overpriced tickets and concessions
We came to an all day convention. Completely understaffed. Lines for every concession were 30 to 50 people long with half or more registers unmanned. One coffee cart with only 1 person manning it. Unbelievable. Out of paper in bathrooms. Trash not emptied. NEVER have a major venue here. Very poor business sense. They could have made a lot more money with proper food quantities and adequate service.
Watching the blazers win or lose always a good time!
Awesome feeling of being sober with family and friends
Great arena to go watch a game or event in. Super helpful staff
They do a great job of moving people through the facility. Went for a concert and wished the bar by our seats would have stayed open during the show, rather then having to go half way around the arena to the other open bar. Seats are cramped for tall folks, and always they need more women's restrooms.
Service good as always, atmosphere loud but its a blazers game.
Disney on ice, With the family. Real cant have a bad seat for this show, or ant Basketball games as well. Moda center is alot if fun
Fast and efficient getting us into the Blazer game!
Great place to work, learn and meet, greet the crowd and fans of the Players
Clean, friendly, well-staffed, helpful services, good food, safety-conscious. Thanks!
I ve been to 4 concerts - of different genres - and sat in 4 different locations. Each event has had quality sound and each seat has had its pros, even the nosebleeds (if directly to the right or left of performers stage) have advantages (you get to see the front house show and behind the scenes!). Large bathrooms on all 3 floors mean lines are shorter (especially on levels 2 and 3!).
The venue doesn t set the price for the event tickets...but they do charge the small price of your firstborn for a concession refreshment. Such is life...
Parking is conveniently located to the Moda Center and they always have staff directing traffic before and after events, which is nice. Getting out after an event is easy until you get onto the actual roads. Some major traffic congestion is inevitable. Garages are $20 per vehicle to park.
A great venue that has spawned some great memories.
We went to Cirque du Soleil performance at the Moda center and it was a Thursday night. We were celebrating the anniversary so I wanted to take her to Jake s restaurant at the Moda center before the performance. After getting there found out Jake s was closed and pretty much nothing worthwhile on the inside to eat so we ended up having to leave the Moda center to go find somewhere to eat and then come back really makes no sense why they don t have better door services.
The circus Olay performance was amazing
Well organized, helpful attendants. Refreshments are costly though.
Loved watching the Portland Trailblazers play right! Love the atmosphere and the great look of the stadium!
Moda center is great. Alot of security for safety friendly staff lots of good food choices to choose from.
Great location right close to the freeway to get going home. Definitely be back soon
