Building is good and nice place to work along with eating area at ground floor. Only issue is parking not available.
Nice upcoming business park. Metro station is coming near which will be very helpful for connecting it with Noida Greater Noida metro line
Very bad administration... They have rented ground floor to various eating joints.... But don't have ant restroom.. guards are highly ignorant of the building they are guarding and their surroundings.........also there is no parking which causes a great nuisance
Advant Nais Business Park has a huge business building and many restaurants at ground floor like McDonald's, Subway, Cold Coffee and Ice cream behind Subway, Dominos, KFC.
My office is here IndiaMART, one of the best business park available in Delhi - NCR, architecture is well designed, lifts are super fast, reception area is also well maintained number of International brands to get your tummy keep moving also all major bank ATM's available,
This place is good for working environment and here is many types of resturent like MacDonald, wow momos more top level restaurant is here.

The construction and architecture of the building is not good. Parking space is not properly lit. There is always something or the other kind of work going on. During rainy season the water drainage system is not optimal. The house keeping staff has to wipe out the water manually with wipers and broom.
Lifts are bad, Parking is the Worst..admin of the building has no say...the big tenants occupying more floors think they own the place...if u require a small work place this is definitely NOT the place to look at
Prominent office complex on Noida expressway, iconic building with 2 towers having a number of food joints and a dedicated basement cafeteria. Good security systems and a number of lifts as well. A new tower is under construction.

Basically a business hub on left of noida greater noida express way with companies like samsung , kpmg and others in it. But if you ask others who live nearby its also a hangout place with food joints and subway, Mcdonals, shreerathnam and others.

Reaching here is a bit tricky. I left the bus and took a small walk. Although if you are visiting it for the first time, rake a cab. It hosts a number of MNCs. It has good eating options as well.

Good place for having drive through meals, has MC donalds, KFC and Subway with HDFC Bank. Few Companies have offices at this place. The security here is good. Upcoming Metro station right in front of the building.
