The building looks nice but really dusty at the entrance because of the ongoing metro construction, cars are parked on road inconsiderately adds to the chaos.

Corporate tower nearby to highway at peaceful area place is really clean with good security.

Best business park on noida expressway till now. a lot of open space makes in more serene. Few popular eateries can be tried. like domini, macD, Sub-way , barista, KFC, etc

Nice business Park. Well maintained. Parking can be an issue and has to be outside. Has a good three ratnam on ground floor. For outside visitors you need to get your pass created at ground floor which requires an id. Pass creation time can be 10 minutes.

This is my office, place great but the location is bad, not too many shops around.

It is an office complex where different companies rent office space. Samsung, newgen, exponential- to name a few. To enter the office complex you have to have an access card which is offered by your company/ you can have a temporary one made at the entrance itself. There is a canteen downstairs which only the employees can use. Also, there is a general store, food chains like KFC , dominoes, moti Mahal which even outsiders can use.

If there is a meaning of upgrade you must see what this Business Park has done over an year. They have created an open air food mall with musical fountains. Also, they have listed some wonderful eateries such as Starbucks, Moti Mahal, Dasaprakash, The Beer Cafe, Chaayos, WowMomo, 24Seven, KFC, Dominos, McDonalds along with an economic food cafe. They offer a mesmerizing experience to all visitors.

Had been to this place for 3 times.Awesome space provisions.Well built business park.Culture is outmost.

Best location on Noida expressway to opt as business location. Very well maintained, sourounded by good food joints, upcoming metro is just few steps away. The only issue with this building is their parking space. It's too much crowded and may even go worst when metro station will be in operation.

This is an amazing place to work. Consists of mostly offices and small companies such as Indiamart, ex, just relief, KPMG, Qualcomm etc. You have Mc Donald's, Dominozz, Chai Garam, Moti Mahal, Shree Ratnam, Subway, Fiesta etc restaurants to relieve your hunger.
In short you have a lively environment and a lot of fun surroundings here. Only problem I see is of parking. The parking lot is not sufficient for all the employees of the companies. The private parking outside doesn't seems to be authorized. They don't even provide receipts.
This will be a very happening place in near future and seems like parking problem may also become non-existent because of upcoming metro station.

He only place near my home where I get quality food. Presence of all the big restaurants there is a blessing.

Very good corporate tower but is located on outskirts of greater noida.

Landmark building on Noida Expressway, good destination for Fast food joints

Well developed IT park with lots of fast food restaurants.

Good place but construction going on near it so always little dusty

Outdoor condition is bad roads near this are under construction

Good office complex right on the expressway.. Casual eating options apt for younger audience

I only went there to have something to eat plenty of options ranging from McDonald's, dominos, to sagar ratna and moti mahal and many more

Excellent infrastructure and very good place for offices.

Still lot of construction going around the complex. Even though there is plenty of parking space but the guard shall ask you to park on the roadside. Have domino's, KFC and Motimahal alongside HDFC & ICICI bank. Big office space but still lot of construction happening around this place. Metro line passes right from outside. Needs more cleanliness to be rated higher.
