An excellent selection of beer. My wife though prefers wine and on her last visit, did not find it to have as good a selection as usual. We will visit again and we hope that both of us will be pleased.

We love Southward and visit whenever possible. After using the Adnams shop regularly on our visits, it's only recently we've been in the Adnams bistro. The food is great, and really well priced. Excellent scones, cakes and sausage rolls and delicious wholesome open sandwiches and dishes from a compact menu. Quality ingredients, great staff and a chance to try out some adams culinary products. Thoroughly recommend when in town.

Lots of choice of beers, wines, spirits, foods & homeware. A lovely coffee shop too with a large outside area. Dogs are welcome in the shop & outside cafe area. Things are rather expensive, especially homeware.

Love Adnams products.
Whilst visiting there Southwold store my wife was looking at some Fudge Kitchen Mocha Caramels and was avised by a staff member that they were absolutely delicious. On that recommendation we purchased them amongst a number of other items. Very disappointed when we got home to find that the same member of staff had failed to put them in the bag. Hmmmm!
Very upset wife.

Lovely coffee and teas, scones are really good but get there early to avoid disappointment. Cakes, not so keen, the pecan mini tart we tried wasn't very nice, dried out, as was the carrot cake. Partly I think as they are uncovered on the counter or maybe old stock. Super staff who are very adept at clearing up broken china from the amazingly 'slidy' plywood trays. Two lots smashed when we were there! Lookout for the cute baby seagull wandering around.

Decided to pop in for a bite after buying a couple of bits on the shop. The food looked good but it really wasn't as good as it should have been. The jacket potato wasn't fully cooked and there was no butter. The rarebit came on a really thick bit of bread which was not toasted, the rarebit was anemic. The salad it came with had dressing poured on it, would have been better to have it served separately as not everyone likes it. The rarebit also came with a bag of posh crisps that were not necessary and i would rather have had the option of something else or a lower cost. The rarebit would have been better on thinner bread that was crisp from toasting and then put under a grill rather than looking like it was microwaved. All edible but disappointing.

Excellent cafe with a nice range of homely freshly cooked food. The store had a huge range of beers wines and spirits on sale, not just Adnams but others as well.
Great menu for the little people as well, offering both healthy and less healthy options.

Every time I vist Southwold I pop in to have a look and always leave with something. Have had coffee, scones, jam, butter and cream in a little coffee shop they have. Lots of times, very nice. Bought my mother a lovely decorated bowl for Christmas last year from here. She loves it. I have also bought a Adams hooded jumper which I'm very pleased with. Lovely, helpful staff. They remember me lol.

Full of wonderful things. There are of course all of the different drinks that Adnams makes themselves but there are also a whole host of other wonders. There are crockery and kitchen gadgets and glasses and other amazing items that you can't help but be tempted to buy. Seriously, go there with cash and leave your cars at home otherwise your end up spending a fortune on all the beautiful lovely pretty things. there is a cafe as well that serves a good selection of different beers and snacks. Family friendly and one of our favourite places to visit.

I am a long time fan of Adnams. We came to the shop nearly every day of our recent stay - each day bringing back goodies for our evening meals. At the end of our holiday, we also took 2 1/2 cases of wine and spirits back.

The shop is not as eclectic as it once was and much of the fine wine is not really stocked - there is today more beer and a lot of spirits. But the service is such that I can't wait to return.

Nicely done shop with a wider range of interesting stuff on sale than you'd expect. Good place to buy gifts as well as the more obvious Adnams beers and spirits. If anything its biggest flaw is that it's too well done: it feels a liitle too More

Not too expensive considering the location and quality of product on offer. Plenty in indoor and outdoor seating and friendly staff. Food is quick to arrive and of a high standard. The shop has a fantastic range of quality food and alcohol items on offer.

Nice clean store, price range higher level especially for wines but good quality. Limited collection of French wines.some staff seem a little unfriendly which is a pity as even with mask's on I feel you can be friendly to encourage customers to return and buy more.
