My experience with this company has been positive. I was informed about my job application being unsuccessful via email from the managing director. He did not just let me know about the result, but he also gave me some suggestions which I appreciate. I got replies from all my emails to him quickly and efficiently.

After connecting with Christian via LinedIn, as I was trawling job search sites and becoming progressively disillusioned, we scheduled a meeting to discuss my CV and job hunting approach. Christian was very honest and pragmatic and gave me some new ideas which have me thinking out of the box, now to put them into action! Thoroughly recommend the experience.

Natasha provided a clear and concise plan for the application process from the outset and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our engagement. There was a strong focus on matching the right candidate to the role both from the client's point of view and employee's requirements from the role. The interview was set however unfortunately Covid-19 social distancing measures had been announced by the state government so in line with the recommendations my interview had to be postponed. During the lockdown period I received several courtesy calls from Natasha to check in and as soon as the social restrictions were relaxed, true to her word, two months later my interview was re-scheduled and I am pleased to say I have accepted the offer of employment.
I have dealt with many recruiters and must say the service I received from Natasha and 11 Recruitment sits far above the rest.
