I had a mixed experience with Vivekananda Travels. While the tour guide was knowledgeable and the itinerary well-planned, there were some issues with the accommodation. The hotel room was not as clean as expected and the customer service could have been better. However, the company compensated for the inconvenience. Overall, it was an average experience.
