I recently booked a trip with Global Travel Experts Limited and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but I expected more for the price I paid. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, there were some issues with the hotel reservation and it took a while for the customer support team to resolve it. Overall, it was an average experience.
