I had an average experience working with a real estate company recently. While they were responsive and provided decent service, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The communication could have been better and some of my concerns were not addressed in a satisfactory manner. However, they did manage to find me a property that met most of my requirements. If they work on enhancing their customer service, they could be a great real estate partner.
