I recently used Kimball Genetics services and overall, I found them to be satisfactory. The company website, khan.com.tr, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The test results were accurate and delivered in a timely manner. However, the customer service could be improved. I had a few questions and it took a while to get a response. Overall, my experience with Kimball Genetics was average.
