I had a mixed experience with French & associates. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not up to par. Overall, I would rate them as average. The team was friendly and responsive, but there were a few instances where miscommunication caused delays. Despite this, they were able to deliver the final product on time. I appreciate their effort, but I believe there is room for improvement.
