😄 The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests were taken care of. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with beautiful views. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
