I am a customer of Westlake convalescent hospital, inc. and I have to say, the service they provide is average. The staff is fairly competent and the facilities are kept clean. However, there have been a few instances where I felt that the level of care could have been better. Overall, I would rate my experience with Westlake convalescent hospital, inc. as satisfactory.
