I have been a customer of Focus Technologies for two years now and I have to say that their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of decent quality, I have had a few hiccups with their customer support. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to inquiries and it can be frustrating. Overall, I would say my experience has been satisfactory.
