Unfortunately the contact with customer service lies. It is practically impossible to get a call (it was done after the 4th attempt and at the end of the day) to the inquiry via the contact form that the pages after 2 weeks have not been received and I do not expect to receive an answer anymore. In general, the repair issue is currently pending and I will not judge it anymore, but the client service for receiving requests is cruel.

Edit: as for the application number, unfortunately I will not give it because I did not get one (which is a pity). Currently, the topic is on the abc Bazyl website in Warsaw and we are waiting for the shipment of parts, which will take place on Friday (no need to hurry, after all, it's 3 weeks without a washing machine with a 2.5 year old child)
