I have mixed feelings about my experience with Enkounterd. On one hand, the website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, the customer service was lacking. When I had an issue with my order, it took a long time to get a response from their support team. They eventually resolved the issue, but the delay was frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
