I would rate Citius Express as an average company. The service provided is decent but nothing extraordinary. The delivery was on time and the package was in good condition. However, the customer service could be improved. The representatives were not very responsive and it took them quite some time to resolve my issue. Overall, I have had an average experience with Citius Express.
