I recently utilized the services of a telecommunication company and had an average experience. The website provided the necessary information, but it could be more user-friendly. The customer service was average, and although they were responsive, the solutions provided didn't fully meet my expectations. There is definite room for improvement. Overall, an average experience with the company.
